They had a problem locating my order to ship it. Then once it shipped they initially had no idea where it was. I called and submitted a ticket. Finally found out they gave me the wrong tracking info. So the order took more than 3 business days to arrive. I order it 6/19/17 and it is set to arrive by 7/3/17. I will never order from them again.

I bought an Apple tv 4th generation for $133 which was severely damaged:
1 the volume button did not work
2 I was unable to sign onto my tv provider
3 the Netflix app froze and stoped working
4 the screen button did not allow me to turn the tv on/off as it should
5 the remote stoped working at random
I submitted a ticket for a return within the 30day no questions asked time limit. I have spent the last three weeks answering a list of questions (all of which were addressed in my initial email). After I returned the device (and tracking number confirmed it was received) the company stopped responding. I still have not received a refund. I've decided to file a complaint with the better business bureau if I do not receive a full refund by the end of the week. I would have rather paid full price at the Apple store and purchased a quality product than deal with this unacceptable product quality and customer service.

Terrible product do not waste your time and money on this junk

I ordered a 7 inch tablet case from The Open Box. It came damaged but the company was so nice to send me a replacement. They were great people to deal with on the phone and online. I would recommend them to everyone!

This website isn't one I'd heard of before so I was skeptical at purchasing an important Christmas gift in mid-December.
I ordered an Amazon Fire 7 HD at a very good price and hoped for the best. Much to my surprise, the order arrived in 2 days, beating other things from Amazon and Target I had ordered the same day with comparable shipping cost.
Christmas came and the item works perfectly, the box has a lone scuff mark which is hardly noticible and Open Box has a new loyal customer.

Shipped immediately. Great price and exactly as promised. Apple cable in a previously opened box. Worked perfectly.

The service was great, delivery was on time. However I guess because I ordered (hp ink cartridges) thru Amazon there was a shipping charge.

I am very impressed with customer service. I bought a tablet and when it arrived I found it was not working. Called the customer server to report it.

They immediately shipped another one very next day. they did not even wait for me to return the defective tablet that I received in the first place.

Ordered a $15 controller got 2nd day free shipping. Controller is in perfect condition. Only negative is that I signed up for an account but couldn't log in to it. Called their customer service and the best they could do was to tell me to order as a guest. No more than a slight annoyance though. Will definitely purchase from them again!

I ordered 2 different speakers online and when they came I received 2 of the same speakers. I called them and they shipped out the other speaker expedited shipping and allowed me to keep the one they send on accident. They were great and fast at fixing their mistakes and I would order from them again.

I'm always leary of buying from websites I haven't bought from before, but I am so happy I tried this site! I bought a weatherband radio that was much cheaper than any other site and I received quick, free shipping!! The radio was exactly as advertised and works great! I will order from this site again! Highly recommended!

Product was not New open box return for full refund they did an outstanding job with provided me with my refund in a couple hours . Would have gave them five stars if condition was as stated . All I can say is that was the fastest refund I've ever received from my website .

I would not waste my time, they advertise items which they do not stock. You pay for an item, later to find out is out of stock, and you have to go to the trouble to get refund which can we all know can take up to a week

I ordered the Enigma Skylanders figure for so much cheaper than what you'd pay elsewhere and when it came with a broken arm they quickly got back in contact to help me replace it. I'd recommend this company HIGHLY to anyone.

I bought a Ps4 they had it listed for $233 new open box. It arrived all the way from Colorado to NY in about 4 days and when it arrived the box was a little rough but everything inside was new and wrapped in orginal packaging. There was also an offer for a free game out of 4 possible games I didn't think it would be valid still but it was! They didn't even tell me it was included when I bought it but what a nice surprise. I can't say everyone will have this but after shipping I paid $248 and I got Far Cry 4 with it for free!! Thank you Open Box for being a cheaper option than retail!! I would order again in a heartbeat. Also great customer service. Cory helped out so much!!!

Product is in great condition, basically brand new and shipped quickly. Great way to find good stuff for way cheaper than traditional retail stores.

I was buying a bluetooth speaker on amazon as a present for my cousin. I saw the open box had the same item listed but was $15 cheaper than everyone else. When I got the package that same week I was skeptical because I saw some rips on the corner of the box. But when I opened it, the product looked brand new, didn't see any signs of previous use. My speaker was advertised correctly and was cheap and very fast shipping. 10/10 would use again.
