The Guarantors and Nova credit suck! I was a cosigner for an apartment my daughter wanted to rent. I have $150,000 in a small local credit union and $17,000 per month of reocurring income direct deposited monthly. I found out later that the gauarantor is owned by nova credit. Both companies stated that they could not verify my income and demanded a $3200 up front payment to purchase rent insurance to make us elgible to rent the apartment. Apparently their AI was not coompatilble with my loocal credit union. They would not accept my monthly banking statements and payroll receipts as proof of income. As we were short on time we paid the nonrefundible $3200 to get the apartment. On top of this my credit score is 831. What a scam! My complalints fell on deaf ears.

Everything I had question with they explained everything and they are very patient with me because I don't know how to use the Internet and they walked me through it all and they told me everything I needed to know and if I didn't understand they broke it down for me they were very professional with the application and every step of the way they explained everything I give them 10 stars 🤩

Never heard of them til we were told about them and they worked with our dream townhouse leasing office and got us approved and paid the bond and sealed the lease signing everything was very simple easy and everything was done on the email links couldn’t be happier

My experience with the Guarantors was great. The process was simple and easy. I made my selection submitted got an answer within 24 hours. The rest went so fast I didn’t think it was legit but everything was done within 48 hours.

I used The Guarantors for a renter guarantee, and the apartment complex denied my application on July 21. They sent the denial directly to The Guarantors, and I forwarded it myself the next day.

Despite that, The Guarantors claimed they “never received” the denial, clearly to delay my refund. It’s now Day 15 of their 10‑day refund policy, and I still have no refund, no transaction number, and no confirmation # that anything was processed.
I never received no emails asking for method of release, if you received a bounce back emai, why wait until I write a review to call. This has been stressful, unavoidable, and financially straining, and has impacted my health and ability to financially access other housing opportunities.

If you’re considering using The Guarantors, be careful. They delay or never send your refund.Keep every email and timeline. My experience has been nothing but delays. You don't want to reach here inorder to get your refund. Bejng Ghosted!
