Great experience, and quick service. Replaced items that weren't available with very close match which we were very happy with. Can definitely taste the difference compared to supermarket brands! Planned for a 150 person event and ended up with near 400. Definitely enjoyed by all. Thank you

No service is perfect but it is what you do when things don't go well. Due to unforeseen we couldn't receive delivery of the products. Halalfoodshop were very understanding of our situation, the owner himself rang me to clarify the situation and gave a full refund.

Me and my wife have been avid users of Halalfoodshop and will inshallah continue to do so. All of our halal meat and other produce is now procured from Halalfoodshop. They are a major convenience for busy Muslim professionals. 100% recommend.

First time ordering, ordered mostly frozen food so was a bit apprehensive about how the delivery will be executed. The package was well insulated and packed with ice packs. All products in perfect condition. Selected normal delivery- placed order on a Sunday night and received items on Tuesday morning. Delivery made by DPD so had a time slot. Will be using these guys again In Shaa Allah.

I ordered on Monday and paid for 2 day delivery. You didn't contact me back and I had to chase the order on Thursday, only to find out on Friday that you put a product on your site which you didn't have in stock.
