I have had a great experience with several treatments at the Uxbridge TLC clinic, the best is the various facials, but I would highly recommend Jamila. She is very skilled, but also kind and courteous.

Professional service delivered by Shristi at the Windsor Clinic. Always friendly and helpful. Today I received my second session of photo rejuvenation treatment from Shristi, and pleaed to say I have noticed a huge improvement to my skin. Recently my daughter had the aqua facial, her skin looked amazing!
Definitely recommend the treatments at the Windsor Clinic.

I had a laser hair removal done at this clinic and the skin on my leg got burnt. After many emails between Deeepti Ingel, she has promised a full refund over the phone. When i asked her to confirm this in writing in the email, she says she has never promised that!!
Be aware of this clinic. They not only will try to con you but will damage your skin for life!

The Uxbridge is such an unprofessional clinic. Absolute definition of scamming customers.

I have to keep chasing them to set up appointments which I already paid for.

Total bunch of liars and who do not care about customer service. As a matter of fact they would not even understand the word customer or service.

I love how affordable Laser Clinics are and how well you get treated at them. I have been seeing Maddie at the New Plymouth store for over 6 months now for laser and I can’t recommend her enough! TLC laser group are amazing when it comes down to the services/treatments they provide. Ive been getting my laser treatment for the last 5 months and they gave me such a great deal, staff are so friendly and helpful. I have had 2 therapists Jamila and Magda and they are fantastic at their job. Make you feel comfortable, great at their job and the service is wonderful. They offer great prices for all other treatments and I surely will be getting a facial at the end of the month with Magda as she was so helpful with advising whats best for me skin. They really do take care of you, highly recommend the branch in Uxbridge!

Visited the laser clinic branch in Slough, whereby my mother was booked in for a Hydrafacial. Absolute horrible service whereby she was treated with the utmost unreasonable care. The hydra facial wasn’t even carried out properly, as it seemed to have been rushed. The overall experience was nothing but horror for my mum, so much to say that she was physically sick. The next day I rang to make a complaint to Klaudia and so called to the owner Lennie, who were nothing but unhelpful, rude and unprofessional. Refused to find any resolution to her awful experience. In fact, I don’t know how Lennie is qualified to have attained a job there, she was very verbally abusive, threatened me by saying “you don’t know who my family is”, refused to speak with me and also cut the call of numerous times; wouldn’t let me speak to say that I’m speaking from the customers point of view!! I will never think to treat/speak with someone they way they have. They’ve treated my mother with unreasonable carelessness and have done nothing but to blame it on her!

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE

I keep getting spam texts from TLC (The Laser Clinic Group) with offers about their services. There is no way of replying to unsubscribe from the text messages or any options to do so on the website. I have phoned 3 times to ask for my details to be removed from their database and found them dismissive and I still receive text messages from them.

Just had my appointment at the Queensgate, Peterborough cancelled 2 hours before I was due to attend. No appropriate appointments for 3 weeks. Will it be rebooking. Too unreliable.

I got a package for 8 sessions for facial hair remover but i had an amazing result from 2nd session and the staff was kindly and professional : I'm satisfied thx alot

I went to the Brent Cross branch to have some hair removal done. Had a really great experience, I can't wait to go back. See you soon guys.

I have paid £800 for my treatments to TLC Barnet!
After 4 treatments they closed the clinic, promised to move me another clinic! No!!
Connor which was on the phone with sent me refund form for me to fill
I did no updates no calls no email!!
I tried to call and email
All contacts are not available!!

I saw Jamila today for laser hair removal. She was skilled, knowledgeable and professional and made me feel at ease during my first session with her. I would definitely make a future appointments with her!

I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I started in 2018 and it has been going downhill since then.

I was 16 when I started, I double checked to make sure it is ok for someone that young to start it as I wasn’t an adult yet. I was assured it was fine. After 2 sessions, the lady that did my treatments changed and she questioned which therapist let me start doing laser hair removal as I was so young which means you’re generally going through changes. I was confused as to why it was suddenly an issue because I was previously assured it was completely fine.

Now coming to nearly 4 years later, I still have hair growth. In these 4 years, I have had the therapist doing my treatment change 5 times. I understand that staff members can change etc. that is not the issue. However, what I don’t understand is why these 5 therapists recommended 5 different things. My face is not an experiment board where they can each question what’s been done and go off on their own tangent, it is my face! Every time a new therapist took over, they questioned “why have you been getting this done, it’s not really that effective” ok... if it’s not effective why was I told this is the best way to proceed? I’m not the professional here, they are (well at least meant to be professionals). One of these 5 ladies even went to thread my face! At the time I did question whether that is actually okay to do because I heard you’re not meant to wax or thread when doing laser hair removal. She assured me it was fully fine and that she was a professional (lol again a false claim clearly). The only reason I temporarily had this lady who threaded my face was because the therapist normally doing my sessions was away for a while. When she came back and found out my face was threaded, she was shocked. After that point, I complained for a second time (the first being the fact that I shouldn’t have started at such a young age but falsely assured it’s fine) because I’d had enough. Again, they threw free sessions at me as a way of reimbursing/ replacing the damage caused by the two sessions the threading lady did. Fast forward now 3/4 years later after 3-4 complaints, I decided I was done with getting this service here. If I had any more sessions remaining I was not going to continue. The only reason I went to my session today was because it was the last one remaining.
Today just topped this whole experience off! I had to wait 20 minutes before I was called in and the reason was because the manager (Deepti) had brought in her friend to do an impromptu free consultation. There were 2 other ladies waiting apart from me because the room was occupied as a result of this ridiculous reason.
As a consumer, I was expecting to receive a treatment where I am happy and where the outcome of laser hair removal is met as stated on their website "removal of unwanted hair". This has absolutely not happened. When the contract was initially signed between me, the customer and TLC, the business, this was not the service I had signed up for or expected to get. Today I asked for a reimbursement of my time, effort and money wasted in this place. I had to speak to the same manager who brought in her friend and she refused any sort of refund. But of course as usual, they tried throwing free sessions at me which I denied. I don’t want free sessions or any other free treatments, I want the monetary value of the sessions I paid for back.
TLC and the manager talk about the no refund policy but that only applies in a case where the customer is being unreasonable. It does not apply where the consumer does not get that service they were promised and has to instead deal with people who call themselves professionals. If I wanted experiments to be carried out on my face, I’d ask for that straight up next time. I’m still expecting a refund because this is appalling. I hope someone higher up gets in touch so this issue can be resolved.

Lovely people, friendly, chatty and very welcoming. Have made me feel very at ease during my treatment, had one minor issue which was quickly resolved leaving me feeling reassured and satisfied with the level of customer service, thankyou all so much :)
