A great pension provider. Really enjoyed investing with them.

I requested a fund transfer and followed the online instructions to arrange it. After submitting the request, I only received a confirmation message acknowledging receipt. However, I then waited quite a long time without receiving any updates on the progress.

I contacted my provider, who informed me that they were still waiting for The People's Pension to respond to the transfer request. I then called The People’s Pension and was advised that they would process it immediately and that I should receive an update within a week. Unfortunately, I did not receive anything and had to call again, only to be given the same response.

Eventually, my provider informed me that the transfer had been completed successfully, yet I still had not received any communication from The People’s Pension. I emailed them to ask for an update and received an automated reply stating that it would take five working days to respond. Today, I received another email advising that it would take 5–7 working days.

Overall, I feel that The People’s Pension delayed the process unnecessarily, and I was not given any explanation for the delays. In terms of customer service, I feel my provider handled the process much better than The People’s Pension, which has made me question whether I should transfer my funds back to my original provider.

Can still not get into my account..you were supposed to get back to me and I'm still waiting should I go on after 3 or more phone calls umpteen tries on line and still waiting for your employees for a better word numpties maybe some one just might sort this mess out by the way my account has been deleted was just one of your emails so please restart the process and that should work..if I sound miffed then your dead right I am..
