The person I spoke was very helpful and easy to speak with, was not pushy about much more than the information that I wanted, they did give me options but they understood what I wanted and why. A small pension came to light and needed to no how easy to transfer to my main pension. Excellent service

My experience was absolutely terrible I'm 73 years old in bad health I was only trying to get my own money I have been with you over 30 years and you treated me like a criminal for trying to get my own money to help me live my life comfortable what life I have left so no thanks I would never tell anyone to use your company very unhappy member

trying to get my money but it takes forever i spoke to a person on the phone and he sent out forms to fill in then over a week later i received more things i was to send in and i'm still waiting for my money if there was lower than one star i would've gave that.
