trying to get my money but it takes forever i spoke to a person on the phone and he sent out forms to fill in then over a week later i received more things i was to send in and i'm still waiting for my money if there was lower than one star i would've gave that.

Received two letters ( both the same!) advising me on various things I could do with my pension. The amount in this pension is tiny so these were not strictly necessary as I can only have a lump sum. But good to know that this amount of information is given out as standard.
