Delivery was very prompt and efficient . The solar light that I ordered included a USB cable, however this was not in the box. Also -minor point the Anthracite lamp info showed black fixings but included were chrome fixings.
I emailed customer services and Nicole promptly responded to apologise and resend the missing items.

I cant recommend the products and after sales service from this company highly enough. My husband spoke to Nicole in customer services this morning, after a visiting fox decided that the solar mushroom lights we'd bought, might be real food and promptly chewed up three of the mushroom tops! A quick live chat with Nicole so see if they sold spare parts separately, and problem solved, not only are we getting replacement caps but they are also free of charge! That's great customer service.

Purchased 5 lights in total over the last 6 months, the Grantham, and they look great! There was a slight issue with a new revision of the lights against the older ones we had, for the better, and Ella was a great help, all was resolved in the end. Great service

We had 2 faulty solar lights; Ella quickly processed replacements for us.

I have bought many of the Truro lights from Solar Centre,definitely recommend them, they're a lovely light. Spoke to Ella at customer services today and she resolved my problem immediately. Great company to deal with!

A fabulous first prompt delivery from Solar Centre to find two of the lights unable to absorb any sunshine / light.
Emailed the support to explain and have had first class service from ELLA, who has kindly sorted all this out and now have a new order on the way to me. Couldn’t have wished or asked for better support and service , thanks again Ella ☺️

We purchased two sets of solar strip lights for our garden. They were really bright at night and lasted all night long. On one set, only half the LED's illuminated and we thought perhaps we had damaged them. Asking the company if we could purchase just the strip, I was using their excellent chat and was surprised to speak to a real person (not a bot)
Ella was very professional and helped me explain the problem. I sent her a photo, and Ella said that the kit was under warranty and a new set is on its way to me now.

Nicole gave fantastic customer service, nothing was too much trouble, I would recommend this company, once Nicole had sorted my issue my lights look fab!!!!!

I have bought several garden solar lights from SolarCentre, they have all been superb quality and very high performance. The products are made of high-quality materials, and the actual solar units are top quality. The stay on for hours after dark, in fact in the present sunny weather they stay on all night and only switch of at sunrise.
Delivery is quick and reliable, and the units arrive well packed.
Great products, great company and competitive prices. I would happily give more than 5 stars if I could.

I have had several items over the last couple of months with no issues easy to order reasonably quick delivery, however last week one of my light developed a fault it was dealt with and replaced with no issues by Nicole, great customer care, recommended.

Bought a set of lights and one of those lights stopped working after a week. Spoke to Ella who simply asked for a photo of said light. Once satisfied she simply requested a replacement be sent out to me. Can’t argue with that. Very simple and easy process.

Have ordered several strings of Lumify garden warm white solar fairy lights (I ordered one set, then liked them so much I ordered a second set and then 2 more!). Goods arrive promptly and well-packaged and work very well (used to have plug-ins before but these are good alternatives).

The Solar Centre is very helpful … I asked about replacing 2 parts (I lost) and Nicole was really helpful, polite and courteous in helping me out with replacements.

Absolutely no hesitation in recommending the Solar Centre and will be using them again as I am now looking at solar pathway lights!

Having bought several garden lights from Solar Centre, I not only recommend the quality of their products but also the exceptional customer service. I have had one or two minor issues - my fault - and the advice given has been prompt as well as helpful. Absolutely recommend them.

I trust the lights. I don’t trust the terrible customer service. First order was wrong, fine, I emailed them. This was the start of the issue. Massive delay in a reply, they sent my correct item which was damaged beyond repair. I attempted a return, they tried their best to refuse it. I finally returned it and they are now lying claiming they do not have it and they ‘spoke to Royal Mail’ funny how my tracking says they have it. No issues at all with the product if it arrives, the items are great. The refund process is not.

I had a small bit missing in my order and spoke to ELLA from support team she was very helpful, excellent service.

I purchased two solar lights and after a short time one stopped working. I liaised with Ella and Nicole who resolved the issue without question sending another light out immediately. I have bought solar lights from this company several times and whenever there has been an issue it has been resolved swiftly, that’s what makes me go back for the excellent support should anything go wrong.

I believe you can always judge a company by the quality of their products, but the aftercare when something goes wrong is what sets them apart.
We bought two sets of their Ballon Solar Festoon Lights for the garden, but when one bulb stopped working I contacted their Customer Service. Ella was super helpful and arranged a replacement set without any quibble. Very satisfied customer.

My complaint has been ongoing for over a month, with slow responses, repeated delays, and customer service that I found patronising and dismissive. Despite explaining the issue multiple times, my concerns were repeatedly ignored and I was asked the same basic troubleshooting questions instead of my return request being dealt with.

This should have been a simple issue to resolve, but it turned into weeks of frustration with no meaningful customer service. Based on my experience, I would not buy from this company again and cannot recommend them.

Wow unbelievable poor customer service. Ordered lights 13th June arrived 14th. Phoned 15th wrong items said they would send items out and I would have them next day. Returned the wrong items a week later still not received my lights. Phoned Monday morning said will be with you tomorrow.Thursday still no lights so phoned this morning asked for refund when I explained why it was oh ok😳
