The Teacher Project has been exactly what I had hoped it would be! In less than a month, I had launched my course and had earned back 150% of my initial investment. This program is authentic and will give you the tools to thrive. Anyone who says otherwise was just too lazy to work it.

Zach is my coach and I am so pleased. Our weekly meet is well structured and he always knows how to guide my next steps in the program. I appreciate his positivity and availability. I am still in my first 30 days, so I have had a lot of tech questions. There is so much to learn, and I appreciate his expertise about my progression. As a qualified and experienced adult English Tutor for more than 10 years who loves my vocation, I joined The Teacher Project so that I can have similar testimonies as the progressive teachers in the ads.

Two months have passed and I have learned and applied so much that I feel assured in seeing real progress in my business. I am on a very steep and rewarding learning journey, which I enjoy. It's also a bonus to be in a community of likedminded Tutors.

My 'no-nonsense' Coach Matt, gives me the pros and cons in a direct and supportive way, which helps me to stay grounded. Having so much support and hearing others on their journey inspires me as a Tutor in a time when so many passionate Tutors are leaving this profession.

Working with The Teacher Project has been a wonderful experience. It is a great community full of people who are working towards the same goal. Working with Jessie, my coach, has been an amazing experience. She is patient, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and always available to help or answer a question. She pushed me out of my comfort zone and assisted me in making my first advertisement, all while giving me thoughtful and constructive feedback.
In addition to having Jessie, the Skool community and classroom are full of great resources and are very easy to navigate. The clinics and office hours have been so beneficial to me. I have learned from other coaches and other students who are on the calls. I am looking forward to continuing to move through this program while achieving my goals. I can’t recommend The Teacher Project enough.

Not a fan. I signed up to learn from the team of teachers last March. Turns out this program was way over priced for 16 weeks at $7,800. What a fool I've been. What program has you pay that much for a 4 month limit? Once you reach the end, they close you out of the Skool program and forget all about you. Other programs give you a year or "lifetime access" to their classes for this price. I was told I would get at least one student. Wasn't the case for me. For that price, it should have been a Done-For-You, not tell you what to do and you do it all yourself and shell out more cash for the platform and ads. What was shared is valued at $1K max in my opinion. I had 7-8 each a half hour Zoom call and some Messenger texts. If I could do it over, I'd utilize YouTube, Kajabi (at 150 a month which comes with a library of help), Vimeo video tools, and local business advisors to help you grow an online business. Go for it if you want to see your ROI tank.

Coming from the classroom, I was thrilled to have joined the teacher project! A few months into the program, and I still feel thrilled about my choice. The program is synchronous as well as asynchronous with lessons and so much support from coaches. Zach, is my coach and ensure that I get support that I need. There's also a tech team to support with technical issues and access to so many things! I'd highly recommend if you're motivated to start your own tutoring business.

Hanford is without a doubt the best Coach ever!! He has the ability, in just a few words, to calm my troubled spirit. I've had so many challenges with Facebook. And Hanford has been able to get me to refocus on the mission ahead, to see the big picture. Hanford shares his knowledge freely and is always willing to share his positive attitude. Hanford is a problem solver. Yet, while he is offering solutions to the problems at hand he is still upbeat and ready to move forward. Hanford has kept me going through a plethora of challenges. I am unable to thank him sufficiently for the positive influence he has on me in keeping me moving forward to the success I desire.

I joined The Teacher Project because they stated they would continue working with participants until they landed their first client. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

For 4–5 months, I completed the assigned homework, attended the coaching sessions, participated in the community meetings, and followed the program. Despite doing what was expected, I was dropped from the program before getting my first client.

I expected that the support would continue as promised, so this was disappointing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend The Teacher Project.

One final thought: real teachers don't give up on their students when they haven't succeeded yet—they continue to teach, support, and help them reach their goals.

I have been with the Teacher Project for close to a year now and have grown both personally and professionally. Matt has been an incredible coach. He provides practical tips about the ins and outs of running a tutoring business. He is always on the sidelines cheering me on and helping me find solutions to running a successful business!

Joining The Teacher Project has been one of the best professional decisions I've made in my 31-year teaching and tutoring career. Although I have taught and tutored for decades, I had no idea how to run the business side of things. Coach Rob has been an incredible support from the very beginning, offering expert guidance and encouragement as I built my tutoring program from the ground up. The Ads Clinics and Sales Clinics have been especially valuable—providing detailed, personalized feedback, critiques, and actionable tips that have helped move my business forward.

I also love the coaching clinics, where I can learn not just from the coaches but from other students’ questions and experiences. The self-paced videos fit perfectly into my busy schedule, and the weekly check-ins keep me motivated and accountable while making sure all my questions are answered.

I had an amazing experience with The Teacher Project training, and Katie has been an incredible mentor throughout. The course helped me set up my tutoring business from scratch, and Katie supported me every step of the way.

She assisted me in creating a compelling advert, gave thoughtful feedback, and helped me craft my program offer and signature tutoring documents. Katie was also always there to troubleshoot any tech issues and guide me when I felt stuck. Her support has been practical, patient, and encouraging – exactly what I needed to build confidence and take action.

Before I found the Teacher Project, I was researching on how to start a school. I had no idea what I was doing, but as the algorithm works after you are searching for things, ads appear. Found TTP ad and scheduled a call. I thoroughly researched them and watched every single testimonial video. My sales call was not like most. I came with A LOT of questions about scaling. I understand the process of scaling and being able to bring in a lot of money with limited time (which we had been trying to do in one of our other businesses prior). I just needed to know how to do it with teaching. I never fully grasped it until I was in the program and building group classes. I also understood the importance of a coach (which I also had in my last business). I couldn't afford it at the time, but I was determined to save up for it.

A few days later I came across another ad for TeacherShift. They basically convinced me they were the same thing as TTP, except they do the sales and ads for you and they were only $1000. I started with them and it was the worst experience I have had. That lasted a month... all I can say there is you get what you pay for. I got a business account and a business credit card and joined the Teacher Project. It was a completely different experience. I could go at my own pace (which I was ready to go!) and had my ads up and going within 7 days. I did niche down to 4-6 grade math tutoring. I was building good momentum and then I stopped the momentum (don't do this). It takes a while to rebuild the momentum.

Fast forward several months... I was getting myself around clients who were further than I was and they were making several thousand a month. I became friends with them and I just started watching how they did business. I started implementing what I saw and I gained the confidence to charge more and really take on risks. I then had my first 5k month! The community is really an incredible tool and so critical to helping build a successful business.

I am now opening a school locally with the knowledge of how to acquire students, make sales and ads, use social media and organic marketing, use AI, and build curriculum. I would have no knowledge of any of this if it wasn't for me joining TTP! I am very grateful for what I have learned!

I want to give a shout out to Coach Matt! He is an incredible coach! He has so many ideas and ways to bring in students and make it seem natural and not salesy. He also is great about keeping you accountable! I really appreciate everything I have learned from him!

Get ready for a complete lifestyle and mindset change! After 31 years of teaching in the classroom, where your daily routines are mapped out for you, I joined the Teacher Project. It has been challenging to create a work routine from home but exciting all the same. I have been supported by a community, my coach Matt has been so patient and understanding, whilst encouraging me to learn and do things differently. The learning resources are comprehensive, detailed and the support is constant from both the Teacher Project team and the extensive community of learners at all stages of their journey. There are numerous ways of asking for help and face to face support is daily if needed. The learning is vast and can feel both daunting and challenging. As I near the end of my teaching career, with aspirations for changing what may lay ahead, I look forward to reaching my own professional targets, continuing to teach, in a different way and pushing myself beyond my original targets!

I joined The Teacher Project’s Students on Demand programme on 11 July 2025. I have been impressed right from the first call following my enquiry about their services. There was no pressure to join and the benefits were laid out clearly. I was pleasantly surprised by the low cost of joining - even more so since I have experienced the level of support that is in place.

Since joining, I haven’t regretted it for a minute. The platform used is Skool and it is very easy to navigate. The community within Skool is very friendly and supportive.
The programne is set out in such a way as to be foolproof and ensures it is easy to get up and running on schedule - I have been amazed by how each step, including resources, is organised to be helpful and keep you on track. I have already had enquiries about my tutoring service thanks to the well planned and structured lessons and resources.

The coach assigned to me, Rob, is incredibly friendly, helpful and supportive. He is always on hand to provide support and our weekly meetings are positive and productive. Rob is very knowledgeable and always has an answer to any questions I raise. He has also been great at helping me to realise that I have a top notch service to offer and the ability to make it happen.

The tech support provided ensures that any issues can be resolved quickly - this is very helpful for someone like me who isn’t overly confident with some aspects of technology.

The whole thing is setup to ensure success as long as you follow the programme - weekly clinics and coaching sessions ensure that all aspects of running a successful tutoring business online are covered and support/advice and expertise are shared.

I’m really impressed by the way the community are willing to share their experiences so that new members avoid pitfalls and feel supported.

The content is good information and I don't feel like I run out of things to do. It is all very applicable and guides me through the process while also giving me hands-on support with my coach and the Skool community. Zach has been very helpful with keeping me on pace and helping me streamline the actions by giving me his explanations too.

I've just come to the end of the group launch accelerator program, and I'm pleased to share that I've made £8.4k and therefore have made my investment back, with some on top! I have been with teacher project about a month now and I am getting more and more confident, I'm now tapping into support that is available and the Teacher Project Community is really useful just for asking some of the basic questions! I don't think I would have got this far, being completely clueless about all the tech stuff but Teacher Project and my coach Matt have shown me how to set things up professionally.

From day 1 everyone has been incredibly supportive and helpful. As a husband and wife team we were unsure whether to actually take the plunge into this venture, but every day we feel more confident that we have done the right thing.
At the beginning of our journey we had some big personal issues to deal with, not the least of which was leaving a school and moving countries!
