My first consultation / initial assessment has been very helpful and informative going into great detail about my tinnitus, how it occurred but more importantly how I can be help, and regain a better quality of life.

As conductor of a jazz band, my hearing is at extreme risk. Visiting the Tinnitus Clinic was a great decision: they sorted me out with custom-made earplugs which filter sound to allow me to hear every nuance of the music, but at a low volume.

I have been incredibly impressed with the product and was as impressed with the service: quick, professional and with a lovely personal touch. The audiologist I saw remembered lots about me in the second appointment.

I would recommend this company to anyone, and look forward to years of pain-free music-making!

I payed £195 for what shown a few photos u can see on the web done a few tests most I've had before told a few things I already knew asked if I had a spare £4000 or more for the latest gadgets supposed to help ease tinnitus had an tinnitus app put on my phone waste of time a total waste of my hard earned cash still living with my tinnitus problem

I have only been under the care of the Tinnitus Clinic, desensitisation procedure, for a few weeks now and I am well aware that the treatment is rather lengthy but Iam happy to continue with it as I can already feel a slight improvement and I am very optimistic indeed. Those who suffer from tinnitus, as I have for a long time must try this method and not continue living in agony.

I was very please with my experience at the Tinnitus Clinic. I would certainly recommend them to anyone having difficulty with tinnitus and/or hearing loss.

The Tinnitus clinic is a very well organised and useful service, very prompt timekeeping and professional advice.
My one disappointment however is in making future appointments.
I was told by my consultant that he would like to see me again in six months time and that someone would phone me to make an appointment.
My last appointment was in February, it is now nearly the end of march and I still have not been contacted .

Waited until we visited London to visit this clinic. Thorough examination and helpful explanations. Highly recommend

The initial appointment/tests went OK but, when I tried to take up the treatment suggested, the outreach clinic I went to in Birmingham closed.

The tinnitus clinic Harley Street is very helpful. I have been wearing aids for several years and I believe they help although I still suffer.

Really helpful specialist. Professional, caring, thorough, sympathetic. I understood my condition much better after my consultation and also ways to prevent recurrences & look after hearing. Highly recommend the clinic.

A highly researched, contemporary and tested approach to reducing the scourge of tinnitus. My consultant is reassuring and an expert in his field offering a wide ranging understanding of tinnitus, its causes and differing treatments. So far so good. I am persevering with my treatment hopefully.

The administration at the Clinic are helpful though could be better integrated with the treatment side.

Found the tinnitus clinic to be good MIKE WELLS Audiologist who I got was very good

I found your advertisement a little misleading because it gave me the impression that . Acoustic Neuromodulation therapy, was suitable for all your patiences . On taking hearing assessment for Tinnitus. I was told this device was not suitable for me. After been a long term sufferer of Tinnitus. After you years of investigation in to this complaint. I found you couldn't, tell me anything I didn't already know!
Conclusion, misleading advertising , Hearing test and assessment was nothing new, which I'd already had done with the NHS. It was a waste of money for me.
