I cannot thank the team enough for their fantastic service during such a difficult time. We chose a wicker coffin for my dad, and it was absolutely lovely. The craftsmanship was beautiful, providing a natural and peaceful tribute that felt perfect for him.

Buying my husband's coffin on line did feel a bit risky. The team at Think Willow kept us informed every step of the way including confirmation of which undertakers to send it to, delivery date and when it had arrived.
The coffin was £400 less than the undertaker had quoted for their cheapest coffin.

At a very difficult time, Derrick made everything very easy. He liaised with our funeral directors and made sure everything was ok. No problems at all. And the casket was beautiful.

I hadn't realised that the funeral directors we asked them to deliver to only opened between 10-4 and Derrick was so understanding when i emailed him after they tried to deliver and then subsequently had to arrange delivery again! Thank you

It was sent by first class post and arrived the day before the funeral cutting it very fine.

I did not realise I could buy direct until I did not like the coffin options the undertaker had. Buying direct is significantly cheaper for the same top quality. Delivered directed to your undertaker. 100% happy with the product and service, given at such a difficult time, made things a little easier.
