Ordered a cerise banana casket & I couldn’t be happier with my choice. It looks lovely, matches the image on the website & seems to be very well made. The engraved nameplate was the finishing touch. Delivery was speedy but the large delivery window (9-4) caused a problem. This was quickly resolved & Derrick’s communication was exemplary throughout. Prices could not be matched by the funeral director. I hope I will not have need of this company again anytime soon, but when I do I would not hesitate to return.

Unfortunately, this was the second coffin I needed within a year.
The service was excellent, the coffins were precisely what were needed and were good value for money. I hope I don't need to buy another soon, but if I do, I shall certainly buy from here again.

After an unfortunate misunderstanding and a couple of emails going astray, ThinkWillow sorted things out in a most satisfactory manner. The Ecocoffin is a beautifully made coffin in a lovely natural wicker, with a beautiful and cheerful sunflower floral display and ribbons it looked very pretty. The liner and handles good. A much less austere look than some of the darker heavy wood coffins you might see. If you want a less imposing lighter and more natural casket or urn, they had the best wicker selection I found and were very reasonable as a bonus. If you are looking for a more personal way your loved ones send off in a more natural way, this company has quite a selection to choose from and delivered very promptly.

Great experience with this company. A similar coffin via the funeral director cost twice as much. I never thought I would have to do so much coffin research. Transparent website and pricing, easy ordering, very responsive, and a beautiful good quality coffin. Thank you.

I ordered two cardboard coffins on Tuesday & the courier arrived with them on Thursday morning. The website was clear & easy to use and I quickly received confirmation emails including details of a named contact. The coffins were well packaged & are very robust, I hadn't been sure what to expect, but am very impressed with my purchase. If you're looking for affordable and sustainable options, I would definitely recommend.

Ordered a willow coffin and they arranged for it to be delivered ro the mortuary. The coffin itself was lovely and lots of people at the funeral commented on how lovely it was .

It was easy to purchase. The only problem was the name plate. It would be good if you guided customers on what must be placed and the wording, as we don't know the rules (and we got it wrong)!

I can't recommend this company enough. Going through a very emotional time they took the time to contact my funeral director to double check the size required and delivered it within three days, plenty time for my viewing of my mum. My advice to anyone seeking a wicker coffin, don't always take the one offered by the funeral director as there's such a mark up. This company went above and beyond for which I will always be grateful.
