Worst customer service I have ever known
No response to calls, emails, their own chat service promises contact and nothing
Their own customer resolution service just send a holding email and that’s it
Would never buy from them again and would never recommend them to anyone
Things go wrong and I accept that but to ignore a customer who has a legitimate issue is appalling

Friendly helpful staff don’t compensate for total failure to deliver promised car
A most painful experience based on Hyundai as the manufacturer. Car ordered in January with delivery promised February or early March. Finally delivered late June with countless broken promises on the way, vehicle colour change and then delivered with incorrect number plates. A painful experience from start to finish,

Byeing my first car from Thurlow nunn mk,following my eldest daughter who had just bought a car aswell from Josh who was amazing, there was no pressure selling ,so friendly and helpful. Also did have an issue after driving away.But was resolved in 24hrs and truly such a thoroughly enjoyable experience dealing with Josh and Steve at Thurlow nunn

Impeccably bad service
After a good start with my first brand new Hyundai, my second one had a fault after just 12 months. I was repeatedly ignored, told there was no issue, and then made to wait months at a time to get appointments only to find out the now 18 month old car needed a new clutch plate. After complaining to Hyundai UK I got an appointment within 1 week, not the 9 weeks that Thurlow Nunn promised was the only available option. My complaint email directed to the branch in Northampton is yet to receive a response after several weeks. Meanwhile I've received many marketing emails inviting me to sales events and telling me how amazing they are. The only decent person at this company is the girl on the service desk reception who could do better at any other workplace than this. I 100% do not recommend Thurlow Nunn OR Hyundai.
