I really love this song, made me cry but captured my heart and feelings pretty accurately. The words are beautiful, my only critique is how my daughter’s name was pronounced, even with phonetic spelling, it didn’t quite get there. But still beautiful, said her name like Siri says it, so AI, but beautiful.

Their turnaround was a little slow because they were probably swamped for Father’s Day, but the final product I received was fantastic and my husband loved it. Beautiful song written and recorded by very talented artists. I absolutely recommend them for a unique gift!

My experience with Timelesssong.com is heartbreaking. A huge peak followed by multiple valleys that left me with nothing but frustration and wasted money. I do not believe there is a single human being working for this company…I received duplicate messages responding to issues and in the end…had no song. The first version of the song I actually loved…made me cry. I made five minor lyric changes…like changing the word Grandmother to Nana. Stupidly simple replacements. The entire song was changed…the rhythm, tempo, it went from soulful to rocker…just bad! Tried to get them to fix it and it came back too slow, flat and somehow even worse. THEY DON’T SAVE ANYTHING! THEY WERE UNABLE TO REVERT TO THE QUALITY AND SOUND OF THE INITIAL VERSION! It was just gone.

Days turned into weeks and still no song I can present to my wife. I’m giving up now because the company takes longer and longer to respond to emails and lies…claiming my revisions were “extensive” when they were not. The only thing my money bought was the loss of time, patience, and trust in Timelesssong.com. Hours wasted typing responses because no actual people work here…you cannot communicate with a person; they have no phone number. I am debating initiating a chargeback request to recoup the money I invested in this hopeless situation. Weeks of bovine excrement from AI has left me exhausted and sad…and a bit mad. It is so frustrating to go in circles like this.

Timelesssong.com will test you in ways you never imagined. A simple piece of code that retains versions of the song would seem like a requirement…common sense. But no…change one tiny thing and the entire song goes to you-know-where. Common sense is not common enough and the artificial lack of intelligence at Timelesssong.com is irritating beyond measure. I hate this company now. They pushed me to the breaking point. Go ahead, pay them, and see. You can experience misery just as I did by trusting a company with no soul, no people, and no customer care. Unlike me…you were warned.

I just played this beautiful song to my best friend over a video call.

For Father's Day, I wanted to show how important my husband is on my life and the lives of my/our boys. When John and I met, I was a single mom of two young boys. Three weeks later we were married and celebrated our 30th anniversary last year!!! When this company composed and recorded our love song, I was blown away with how they got all of our story in the song. The singing artist is a musical genius. My husband has listened to it approximately 18 times in less than 25 hours and he cries each time with joy. You will NOT regret buying this recording for your next gift to another!!! When I ordered my song, I put it as a note how my son’s name is pronounced, unfortunately on the song his name was not even pronounced right so when he listened he didn’t even hear his name. I reached out to the company three different times and I haven’t heard from them. I am very disappointed.

I am going to be honest, I was a little skeptical at first about purchasing this but let me tell you what, OMG!!! This was the most beautiful and well thought out song ever!!! When I first received it, before playing it for my husband, I literally cried like a baby because it was absolutely beautiful and PERFECT!! It told our story so very well but in a song! I cannot express my extreme gratitude to whomever came up with this amazing idea because my husband is the most non-emotional person I have ever met and this song got him! He was definitely choked up about it! Thank you so much Timeless Songs for capturing mine and my husband’s lives in such a beautiful way! I ordered a custom song for $99.00 and was shocked to find double that amount being charged by the time all was said and done. No upfront disclosure of any additional fees — just a list of extra charges tacked on with zero explanation.
I reached out via email multiple times hoping for a resolution and was met with complete indifference. No accountability, no attempt to make it right — just a cold itemized list and essentially a “too bad” attitude.
This kind of billing practice is deceptive and the customer service is nonexistent. I will never order from Timelesssongs again and would strongly caution anyone considering them to get every cost in writing before paying a cent.

Same issue as others I’ve seen. Purchased unlimited edits but when you try to request edits it says the song has not been delivered even though the link to request edits is literally on the page where you listen to the song. Also no response to emails or contact request. I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges for failure to provide services that have been paid for. I would like a full refund due these issues. Do not recommend anyone use the service because it is a scam.

The way the song was crafted for us is mind blowing. My husband will be floored. The consideration and the finesse use to put it all together put life in it. I love it!!!
