I was a tad nervous about sending my phone away but I was pleasantly surprised by the organisation behind it all. From the courier who had the right packaging and receipt and tmt who kept me informed of its arrival to them and the work itself and the ease of it all. My phone looks and works like new and I got it back within the week. Very satisfied

Communication good throughout and repair seems to have worked so far (camera stopped working). Experience let down by DPD delivery company who said they were coming on an arranged day and then after saying it was on it's way sent a "sorry we couldn't deliver" message later so we had to rearrange it having waited in all morning!

My earbuds were sent in for repair as the right one stopped charging after only 6 months. I was supposedly sent a replacement the same day as my original buds reached them but it returned with the exact same issue and the exact same lack of charge I sent the only one with. Left bud 100%, right bud 10%. I don't think they replaced anything and I'm back to square one.

Very impressed with how quickly everything was sorted. Called Samsung to repair my Ring, website wasn't working well so spoke to an agent. Called on Saturday, ring collected on Sunday, received by repairers on Tuesday, parts ordered the same day, replacement (new) ring dispatched the following day and received on Thursday! Really pleased with the quality of service from start to finish.

An amazing service from Samsung & TMT.

I lost my charging case for my galaxy buds pro 4 headphones.

Contacted samsung, they put through for dpd to collect and headphones were sent to TMT.

TMT recieved them on Monday and I had my first contact from them.

They then sent me a quote for a repair. Item was repaired and sent back on wednesday.

Was an amazing and fast service, with clear pricing and contact throughout repair and return.

Very good service from Samsung and TMT First. DPD collected and packaged the phone and took it away and it came back in 1 week, fully repaired and working like it was when it first came out of the box. Clear communications from start to finish from raising the claim, booking a slot and the repair itself. Hopefully I don't drop it again and have to use this service again, but I woud defo use them if I needed it. Very good allround.

I had a great experience, my phone was picked up from my house on a Saturday, repaired and redelivered the following Saturday. I was very impressed, highly recommend.
