Delivery failed to arrive even though I paid extra for a fast delivery. Emailed on 4 occasions and was emailed back to say I had to wait until 21 days before they would do anything. Ridiculous and awaful service.

Love all the items from Toms Trunks! I have many of the trousers myself and ordered some matching shorts for my boyfriend but accidentally ordered the wrong size! I emailed the customer support team and Ollie was very helpful in cancelling my order so I could reorder the correct size, all within the same day of me emailing!

Ordered wrong size and then realised immediately after placed order. E mailed and company replied promptly and were able to change order with no extra cost. Happy customer 😁

I have spoken to Zara and Ollie and they have both been extremely helpful and professional. I have been most impressed with the speed of their responses, even in the evenings and at weekends. I made a purchase and on my order confirmation the size was different to what I had thought I had put in my basket. I immediately contacted Ollie and explained what had happened. He immediately rectified the problem and sorted it out within minutes. The best customer service! Extremely helpful.

I ordered two pairs of shorts for my son’s birthday as wasn’t entirely sure which would fit him better (although the online size guide and model pictures were fabulously extensive) .
The shorts are beautiful quality and look amazing on. I went online to start the returns process and it didn’t work so I emailed the help address listed. I received a very prompt and friendly reply. I had actually used the wrong customer order (oops sorry!). Ollie was extremely professional and kind.
I would highly recommend Tom’s Trunks for their quality but also their amazing customer service.

I had to return items that I purchased for my daughter twice as they didn't fit. I am always a bit worried if there is no telephone number to be able to check on the status of the refund, and have to rely on email as per my past experience with many other companies I never heard back from anyone, and on couple of occasions when cancelling subscriptions via email as it was the only way, it got never done. Tom's Trunks customer service is genuinely the best I have experienced since Covid times (when we are no longer able to speak to anyone). It was prompt and very helpful and put my mind to rest. My exchange items were posted to me really quick and when returned again, the refund was processed within a day of items being received back.

Recently received my order, and noticed a slight change in the style and length of the trousers. I emailed the team and managed to get a response within minutes, Zara, was very helpful and professional. I own i think about 6 pairs of the trousers and its safe to say the quality is amazing!

Fantastic company. I made a mistake with the delivery address on gift I was sending my goddaughter and her sister it was spotted and flagged straight away so I could fix it and get them delivered in time for our visit next week. I know the girls are going to love the trousers - all of our friends children already have them and wear them all the time.
