I ordered a replacement hot water tank for an instant hot water tap. THe box was fine but two of the intake outlets on top of the unit were broken off. I could get anyone to answer and of the phone lines so filled out their online form. 4 days later I finally get an email asking for photos, and when I sent them images of the damage I was accused of lying and that as I had installed it, it meant I had to book and pay for an engineer to come and survey the damage and charge for replacing the damage. They actually said that they took claims about damage really seriously and had added my photos to my file, as some kind of non-existent case against me. Zero accountability on their part, Zero customer service, and I have no recourse. Buyer beware.

Ordered goods. 7 days later contacted company only to be told order had still not been processed!! Requested a refund but instead they continued with the order ignoring my request. Another 3 days and goods still not received. Not apology, nothing. Buyers be warned!

They were completely on time and the person delivering it was very friendly

I ordered for the first time from Tool House. the parcel came damaged. i emailed them and told them 2 items were missing they were prompt with reply and sent replacements straight out.

I ordered three drain none return valves and was then told I only needed two. Within three minutes of ordering, I emailed the Tool House explaining the error. Had a rude email stating they would be charging a 10% handling fee, when i questioned this i then got this email
I am sorry but it is your mistake not ours, we processed your order, we spend time and resources to process your order and now to change all the order and package because of your mistake.

I ordered an insinkeraytor hot water tank which arrived the following day. I'm very pleased with the product which was very easy to fit in existing place. Excellent Service.

Excellent air conditioning unit, very competitively priced, delivery within the timeframe given. However the Parcelforce tracking was awful, I did not know which day it was coming and according to tracking was still at the depot when it was actually in my house.

Order was cancelled by Toolhouse. They need to get their inventory correct. Probably won't order from them again

I needed a large transformer for my commercial pressure washer and tried several tool shops and suppliers online but could not find a suitable transformer for my machine until I came across toolhouse and saw that they had a large transformer in stock after ordering it and using it to power my pressure washer, I am so delighted and would recommend toolhouse to anyone.

My order from toolshouse was great, ordered and delivered within 2 days. Great prices. No problems. Would happily recommend.

Extremely competitive pricing .... a very reasonable one too. Added to this an amazingly fast turnaround on the order. I am very happy with Toolshouse, & have no hesitation in giving them a 100% recommendation.

First time I ordered from them everything was fine. Second time I ordered they provided one correct item, and one wrong item in place of the two other items ordered. There was no reply to first e-mail informing them of this. After more e-mails they provided a label to return it. I tried 3 different Post Offices, they all said the label was invalid and the item couldn't be sent. I returned it at my own expense. They said they would cover £3 of the cost of the return. Five days after returning the item I got a mail saying that the replacement items had been dispatched. Tracking shows that a label had been created but nothing dispatched. There was no further contact with them until 11 Days after that, I received a refund notice with no explanation. The £3 return costs they said they would cover was not included. From receiving the wrong item to being refunded took 33 days. I would not use this company again.

Still haven’t received my item!
