Emailed and they were able to sort a faster delivery at a small charge.

Item ordered. Did not arrive as it was damaged by the courier in transit.

Courier messaged me to contact supplier for assistance. Why didn’t Tool House contact me? This is normal customer service.

Anyway I contacted them. They agreed to send a replacement. I suggested they change the courier to ensure delivery.

They didn’t send it. I reminded them, they apologised, but had no explanation and then sent a replacement via the same courier.

Courier lost this one. Again it was they who suggested I speak with Tool House…

I contacted Tool House to cancel contract and request a refund.

Refund issued. No apology/explanation or even a message to acknowledge my contact, just a refund to my bank account. A cold response indeed

Poor service and disappointing. Went with an alternative supplier and had the item within a day.

Ordered a new part for my jet wash, great price and very quick delivery. Would definitely order from this company again.

I ordered a set of spanners and the parcel was lost by Evri, when I contacted Tools House they arranged a replacement which I received as promised. Thank you guys.

Bought an item, no communication for a week. After I chased I got a message to say they didn't have the item and they'd process a refund. Seems to be a common story with this website. I won't be using them again

Only got one of the 3 things I ordered. One was refunded, the other I'm out of pocket for. Messaged customer service last week. No reply as of yet.

Ordered an air conditioning unit £350+ and heard nothing this was on the 4th April tried online chat , email , rang both landline no answer and mobile number same left a voice msg so waiting for response ... if I hear nothing I will escalate to trading standards order number #22997 ...will update review once I know whats happening... Unsatisfactory communication ...UPDATE recieved email saying I should read TC ! And I could of opted for next day delievery extra money of corse ! Anyway they cancelled my order hopefully they will refund my money ...my advice for what its worth AVIOD

You could send me an 11mm socket for the kit , as the one in mine is wrong , that would make my kit 100 per cent

Placed an order on eBay and received confirmation and delivery date. Subsequently (and without any contact from the seller) received an order cancellation:

Fast efficient service

Very poor service and communication. I ordered over £300's worth of Kreg tools which was saying in stock, a week later I was still waiting for the courier to make contact. After several attempts calling both the landlines and mobile number a lady answered my call and said I'd been sent an email because they don't use Evri for multiply items. I never received any email from them. The lady said DPD would deliver the items instead, this was on Friday, Tuesday came and went still with nothing from DPD. I tried to contact Toolhouse again which they didn't answer the phone. I emailed them regarding taking them to the small claims court and Alberto responded and immediately had notification from DPD about the delivery date. When the items did arrive there was one missing. I went back to Alberto who ignored my email. Two day's later I received an email just confirming a refund for the one item.
I really wouldn't trust this shop again.

Ordered Makita radio, in stock and was available for 48hr delivery. Week later no sign of radio don’t answer phone or emails, finally I got to cancel order then took them days to refund money. Very poor customer service.
