My experience with touchsuite was nothing short of a nightmare. Not only was the system difficult to use and unreliable, but it also managed to steal money from me. I had several instances where the system would incorrectly process my transactions, resulting in me losing money without any explanation or resolution from customer service. Do not trust your hard-earned money with a company that cannot be trusted to handle transactions with integrity and honesty. Avoid touchsuite at all cost!!!

They are currently holding over 200k in a “reserve account” and refuse to release it.
Don’t sign anything or trust a word they say with your business. Stay far away.

Everything went wrong
Everything went wrong. It's just business as they say and money talks but it turned out to be a one way street as I thought my best interests were involved but customer service is non existent to a point where it just felt like a scam. Beware please.
