Made a booking at Bally of the temples in Sicily. Arriving at the site we were told the ticket was cheaper to buy onsite on a Sunday as half the tour was free on Sundays.
We were told to get a refund and buy the ticket there.
Sceptical as to if we would get a refund we did as we were told.
We shouldn’t have been concerned. The company efficiently responded and refunded us within 2 days. In these days of zero customer service I was impressed.

Good small zoo- a bit broken up but solid. Take advantage of the FREE small group tour. The penguin feeding was great and well the sea lions take advantage of the shade and enjoy simple zoo show. Get there early and the Snow Leopards are moving and easy to find and enjoy. The 3 female grizzlies are your chilaxing bears. Enjoy and best of all not real crowded!

Awful customer service! I booked my tickets for one day yet the tickets came through for a different date. I contacted them within 15 minutes of email confirmation and they refused to help us at all. We are military family and they would not update the dates at all!!! Poor customer service!!! Should not be allowed to operate! Do NOT use!

Amazing. Second time touring the USS Midway and still don’t feel that I had enough time to explore everything. Love the retired service men who volunteer to give the yours. Their stories and explanations are priceless. Also love the headsets and the explanation of various items onboard, typically from a voice of a crewman with some personal story behind it. Unlike any other museum I have ever visited. Highly recommend it!

I was going to visit with my son Georgia Aquarium for his birthday. I was in a hurry , typed Georgian Aquarium in a search and I thought I’ve got official Website , but turned out to be this terrible website presenting like official website as pop up first in a search
Anyway the night before going to Aquarium I’ve got cold and called the office of Aquarium and then I realized I’ve purchased from them . I’ve contacted their office but they refused to refund or make credit for future purchase . Very disappointed. I make sure I block them

An amazing must-do trip if you’re staying in Jasper. The views are just stunning and it’s well worth the effort to walk up to the summit if you’re able. There’s two ways, one steeper than the other. Highly recommend a meal/drink in the cafe afterwards to see more amazing views

This is a complete ripoff. This company wouldn't let me cancel my tickets within minutes of making the purchase. My family decided not to go to the aquarium after I purchased the tickets due to a family emergency. It wasn't even 5 minutes after that I tried to cancel and was denied. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The tickets were higher than just going to the aquarium, but I was willing to pay that price. I got a call about a family member getting sick and eventually dying yesterday. I canceled the tickets to go to the hospital not even 5 minutes after I purchased it. Now I have to pay for tickets I didn't even use. This company is complete trash and I will NEVER use them again. I couldn't be more disgusted!

Returning to NY after 25 years, stepping into this museum unleashes a searing agony and burning anger all over again. The exhibits capture every true, devastating moment of that horrific day through raw materials and pictures from the ruins. It doesn't sugarcoat the unvarnished truth, exposing the sheer evil and the ruthless ideology that drove those monsters to tear down the city and inflict this unforgivable tragedy.

An incredible Rodin sculptures collection, beautiful paintings a superb environment! Plus good salads and nice staff. Highly recommended!

Everyone that works and volunteers at Stonehenge is amazing. They are knowledgeable and want you to have the best experience. We had issues with the parking app but the employees were so helpful and told us just to pay at the ticket booth. Stonehenge was so much more than a bunch of rocks. I learned a lot from the whole experience!

Friendly helpful staff. Lockers for your bags. Wonderful garden with hidden corners. Elegant cafe.

The apparent animal care and attention to detail was impressive. I would visit again. Very fun educational experience. Unexpected pleasant experience.

Loved the aquarium! The 🐬 show was amazing! Very clean facility.

Really good, better than expected. They have done a wonderful job, and it really captures the imagination, so worth a visit. 2 adults, 3 boys aged 13, 13, and 11.

D We pay for a glacier trip in Alberta but the place was close due to smoke conditions and they say on place that we will get refund but they did not!

Un site incontournable du patrimoine français ! Un des plus beaux châteaux de la Loire, avec une histoire exceptionnelle. Toutes les infrastructures autour sont également à la hauteur, et donne lieux à de belles visites instructives. Le parc ombragé est très agréables.

The whale shark, mantas and dolphins stole our hearts. Amazing experience!
