Fun day even with the smoke from the current fires. Walked and slipped on the ice, got woozy from the heights and saw some rare vehicles all in one day.

I booked tickets on their website for the Epic Museum in Dublin, believing i was on the official website. Within 10 minutes of booking i got a call about a hospital appointment one of my children has been waiting months for - which was scheduled for the same day as my booking. I immediately tried to cancel my booking via the website, which kept crashing. I was eventually able to submit a cancellation request approximately half an hour later. However, the company emailed me back refusing to cancel my booking under any circumstances. They claim it is clear in their terms and conditions. However, i wasn't required to read them before submitting my payment, as is usual practice on other websites.
As well as that, there is a tile on the main page which says "Flexible cancellation" which is obviously meant to mislead consumers into thinking that option is available to them.
These are obviously unusual circumstances and any company with a shred of decency would allow the cancellation.
Avoid this website and company at all costs!!!

COMPLETE SCAM - theatre tickets - email was sent to download tickets but the buttons didn't lead to tickets. They are still operating under West End London Tickets (at Tourism Tickets) and they also have a Tourism Tickets travel site separately. BEWARE!

My wife and I have been in the Columbia Icefield, and it was amazing. Now we have brought her parents. They were left speechless. We loved it and recommend it 100%

Fantastic exhibits, plenty of room for traffic flow, and wonderful, engaging staff. A great museum for the whole family! One of my favorite shows is Drive thru History, so I was ecstatic to see them as a learning cove where I could sit a bit and enjoy a lesson or two.

There is no way to get bored! It's amazing and fun!

SCAM!!!! Purchased tickets that were never sent to me. Had to purchase tickets to the museum in person and requested a refund and they denied the claim although the tickets were never used.

I was helped by Asia at the front desk, and you can truly tell she cares about her guests. She took the time to explain everything, shared helpful tips, and was eager to answer all of our questions. Her kindness and professionalism made a great family day even better. Thank you, Asia, for going above and beyond!

The primary reason I purchased these tickets through your website was because your site appeared to represent the attraction directly. I was unaware that Tourism Tickets was acting as a third-party reseller. After discovering that the same tickets were available directly from the National WWII Museum for more than $100 less, I immediately contacted your company to request a refund before using the tickets but was denied refund due to policy.

it was great to get that elevation with out the walk should have had more time at the top to make the hike to the summit. if you want to go to the summit suggest that you ask right away for more time at the top. the day we were there they were running full they would not guaranty our decent back down if we were late for the down departure. Iam not a spring chicken could not make it to the summit in the time alotment!

they make the website look like its official and then have a no refund policy, unlike the official website. Deceptive practices. E.g. Denver Museum of Nature & Science.

Art should be challenging and make you examine new things this did that. Some of the AV pieces seemed dated though but they were ground breaking at the time.

But once you buy, they tell you it’s non-refundable. Absolute bait-and-switch, considering they only offer one package anyway. Avoid this storefront!"

Easy way to buy tickets online, easy handling, good Internet pages, well way to order!

I wish I had seen these reviews before I even clicked this website because I had the EXACT same experience.
I went to buy my tickets for the Sky Deck viewing. As I went to check out, somehow the page refreshed once I clicked Purchase Tickets for 2pm.
They were changed to 8:30am.
Didn't list their "terms & conditions" ANYWHERE on the checkout page & there is no way to modify or cancel now.
I'm out $100 because they have the worst customer service & won't try & change it or give you the refund even though the website didn't work correctly & are deceiving NOT Listing the T&C on the checkout page

Wouldn't recommend to anyone & absolutely will not be using again
