Debbie (Debra Leonard) is a very pleasant and energetic team member, who is very focused on customer satisfaction and the value of the corporation's product and value goals of services that the company supports towards their customers. She researches issues, possible outcomes, and provides assistance, guidance, and support to customers for the customers benefit in obtaining a fantastic vacation, while staying within the corporation's goals and mission. Excellent team member and deserves a promotion and pay incentives for she needs to be a gem within the company.

Debbie was amazing. Belong helpful, patient, informative, and kind. She was the experience everyone wishes they had. Have you ever done something for the 1st time and wanted someone to just tell you how things are supposed to be done, like, you don’t know what you don’t know. What questions are you supposed to ask? Well, Debbie got you covered. She went above and beyond (I was a complicated customer) to make sure my travels were taken care of. She cared for my trip as if it were her own. I haven’t had service like this in a long time. Thank you Debbie!

Debra Leonard is absolutely amazing! She is legit, knowledgeable, thoughtful, helpful, and extremely friendly. She took the time to explain how everything works and made sure I understood the entire process. You can truly tell that she is passionate about what she does and genuinely cares about helping her clients have the best experience possible.

I would like to take a moment to recognize Jeannie Masso for providing me with truly exceptional customer service during a very difficult and disappointing family vacation experience.

I booked my reservation through Monster Reservation and, unfortunately, upon checking in at Calypso Cay, I experienced some issues that left me very disappointed and unhappy. After speaking with the front desk and not receiving the resolution I was hoping for, I was connected with the manager, who was very understanding and did everything possible to assist us. We were eventually moved to another room, and transportation was arranged to help us move from one room to the other.

Although the situation was stressful and my vacation was not going as planned, I decided to contact Monster Reservation. That is when I had the pleasure of speaking with Jeannie Masso.

Jeannie was absolutely wonderful! ❤️ She was kind, patient, understanding, compassionate, and genuinely listened to my concerns. She went above and beyond to help make up for the inconvenience my family experienced. She provided me with an additional vacation, along with all the details and information I needed, and made sure I understood everything before we ended our conversation.

***** I'm adding an additional five stars because the professionalism, courtesy, and white glove service I received from Chelly and Debra was 10 at least! In a world where mediocrity seems to have become the gold standard, Debra and Chelly are the cream that rises to the top. Simply put, I'm their customer for life, and if YOU aren't, yet ... do yourself a favor and see what you've been missing!

Jean Mosso is outstanding in rectifying my displeasure with Trade Show Travel. Due to confusing guidance given to the employees who sell the packages, I would get a call each other week to "upgrade" for another $1299. After the third upgrade, I was told that I had the highest level and would never receive another offer or phone call. However, within days, I received several more calls for upgrade opportunities, each costing around $1299. I would tell each agent I had the highest level, and they would say I didn't because the company added more features. It become extremely frustrating, and I felt I was being taken by a scam, even though the feedback was good before I purchased any package. I called Jean Mosso and she immediately recognized the issue and resolved it without delay and apologized for the confusion and inaccurate information in my file. I am very pleased with Trade Show, actually Jean Mosso, and very happy with the way she rectified my displeasure.

I had a great experience with the Service, INFORMATION, friendliness, professionalism that both Shelly and Debbie shown as I was booking the second vacation of the package I purchased. Both of these ladies were wonderful, and I am looking forward to book the next vacation with their help

I can't recommend Debra enough! From the very beginning, I honestly thought the whole thing might be a scam because it just seemed too good to be true. Debra never made me feel rushed or pressured. Instead, she went the extra mile to answer every question I had, ease my concerns, and make me feel completely comfortable with the entire process.

Because of her patience, honesty, and professionalism, I felt confident enough to move forward with booking—and I'm so glad I did! We had an amazing vacation in June, and everything went exactly as promised.

Booking vacations is a little complicated, but location options are great and the people who help with bookings are excellent. Debbie and Eli really cared and did everything they could to help.
