I believe in customer service! I had an issue on the website concerning a charge I mistakingly accepted. Without hesitation, Nellie the customer service rep or vacation specialist, took care of me! My refund was hassle free and pretty much immediately! I've NEVER had a company be so accommodating and Nellie is a great representation of your culture at Monster!

I had the pleasure of speaking with AISHA GUDGER. She was very friendly and polite. Unfortunately, at this point, she was not able to book my holiday for February. The dates for February have not become available to see. Aisha advised me to try again next month. Fingers crossed. Once again ..... Aisha Gudger sounds a lovely lady.

Great service from Kelsee, answered all of mine and my daughters questions although we did not book today, it wasn’t there faults we were looking for May 2027….. I Can’t wait to book my next vacay with her tee-hee 🤠 I wish we could speak to her directly……..

I didn’t get mixed information negative vibes. Excellent customer service. I wish I could have her assigned every time I wanted to travel with Monster vacations. Robert F. was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions regarding the vacation packages that we had purchased. He was extremely knowledgable of the ins and outs of the program, and suggested ways in which we could save even more money. He was able to give us a price breakdown on our upcoming cruise to Alaska for our 25th Wedding Anniversary.

We scheduled a vacation in August and paid for it in March. We were charged $863.58 for the 7 night stay. When we arrived we were told that we owed $$161.00 more for a RCI Resort fee that Monster Reservations charges, and $84.00 for parking. And, if we used a credit card to pay, were would be charged 2.9% more! We called Monster, and they said they would check the transcript to see if we were told about the charges. Jamil came back on the line about 3 minutes later and said she, and her supervisor could not find the transcript, so we would just have to pay the additional fees. As I argued the point that it was not my fault they could not find the transcript, she did offer to add another trip on to my package, but I told her that did not fix the problem of needing $245.00 in cash or debit card right now, nor did I want to risk being in this situation again! She ended the call saying she could do nothing to help this situation. We ended up paying $158.37 per night for this vacation with the additional fees. As we looked at booking this same resort and room, on the same days, we could have booked it for as low as $58.50 per night. So, not only did we get scammed into thinking we were getting a good deal, we were put in a bad situation with additional costs we did not plan for. I should have checked reviews on Monster, because I see others have had this same issue. BEWARE!!

This company is a complete scam.They keep promising all these awesome deals which cost more money and never follow through.
They have a good rating because they run a 5 star compation for the staff. So you are rating the agent you talk to not the company.
Do not waste your money STAY AWAY From this company

Diana Welthy renewed my faith in Monster RG!!! The team at Any 3 Nights group failed at being transparent and lied to sell travel packages… Diana not only apologized for how they mishandled my whole situation but offered to book a trip for me since Any 3 Nights lied about me getting a refund… She listened and gathered information needed for my account and did not rush just to make a sale… thank you Diana for booking my trip to Hawaii next month!!!
