I’m a new member and I can’t thank Debbie enough for her helping me with the introduction to Travel Show and what to expect when booking a vacation I look forward to working with her in the future.

I have had nothing but good encounters since I purchased my vacation package. Today while booking my first vacation from my package I was helped by Jean Mosso, who was amazing! She was nice, considerate, and made sure I was happy! Very easy and quick booking.

Debra easily, quickly and professionally handled my travel arrangements perfectly.

My experience was s good Chelly was great she cleared up the misunderstanding of the package & she also went above & beyond to make my vacation happen for the dates I wanted with such short notice!

I had the pleasure of speaking with Chelly and she was great, I can't say enough about how patient she was. Shelly was very helpful in finding the right place for me to take my next trip. I really appreciate how knowledgeable she was regarding the information.

When Chiri called me it was very personable and pleasant visit. Very knowledgeable.

I honestly don't know how they have so many 5-star reviews. My guess is they direct people here only after they've had a good experience with their booking agents, who are very nice and pleasant. But the sales and the actual vacation "packages" they sell are not what they promise. Here's my story:

I purchased a vacation package of 7 trips in Jan 2023 for about $900. We used one in May 2023 on a trip to Cabo, Mexico and had a decent experience, but we had to sit in a very long timeshare presentation. We also had to pay a substantial fee for taxes and resort fees (I think it was over $400) when we booked. About a year later, in Apr 2024, they offered a supposed upgrade for about $750 that, in addition to adding additional trips, promised shorter presentations ("ride around in a golf cart for 30 minutes") and no more resort fees, just local taxes which would only be like $15 per night. We had our 2nd child shortly after, so we didn't have a chance to use anymore trips. So almost 2 years later, I started feeling like we could do a family trip. However, after calling the reps for booking the trips, they told me there are no shorter presentations, and they're always 2 hours. And there is no "pre-paying" resort fees because those vary depending on the booking. I feel bad for the booking reps because they seem like genuinely nice people. But the sales reps will lie straight to your face to get a sale. Really trashy bait-n-switch tactics. Intentionally misleading. I was ok with the initial package, even with all of its caveats and shortcomings, but the "upgrade" was a total scam.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by a wonderful agent, Debra Leonard. Despite it being almost a last-minute booking, she dedicated three days to finding the perfect trip for my family and secured us a 4-night, 5-day stay in Myrtle Beach. I highly recommend reaching out to her—she truly goes above and beyond. She might not appreciate me sharing her email here, but I can confidently say she will take great care of you and your family. What an unbelievable and deceptive organtization. I was so excited to buy a package that included multiple resort short stays, a cruise, and a chance for my family to enjoy time together. Then the shoe dropped. Add-ons to to cruise with a window versus the bottom level of the ship, add-ons after add-ons, after add-ons. Never. Never. Never let them get ahold of your credit card.

They are very deceitful. If I could have gave them zero Stars I would have always trying to get money out of you. They never communicate by email only by phone wanting your credit card for more money

Deceitful, dishonest, manipulative are the words that come to heart when thinking about this company. I worked for them for 10 months and the boss refused to pay me my last paycheck, where it would have potentially cost me my place to live.

On top of that, Richard Cardillo (one of the owners; (888) 226 - 6011), teaches all of his employees deceptive practices to customers and potential customers.

He teaches his employees to lie to customers, saying that they had "bonus vacations" that never existed, saying they expired, and asking the potential customer if they forgot about them or if something like life or covid got in the way.

Most people that his company targets has a lot of vacation time, with potentially multiple companies, so they easily forget, are confused and then end up buying a vacation package from anywhere from $698 - $1,496, in order to "extend their vacation time," because their vacation time "expired," when they had 18 months to use them.

They promise no blackout dates, with a guarantee on all major holidays with a 90-day advanced notice and a 30-day advance notice "guarantees" their dates throughout the rest of the year.

This isn't always true, because it depends on the location and the availability itself.

They use vague language to hook potential customers in, saying, "you either attended a presentation," or "stayed at one of our resorts," in order to "remind them" about how all of this came about.

The salespeople here are called closers, the people who the called gets "transferred" to, where they assure the potential customers that they're a preferred traveler and that they have credits on file.

Then when the potential customers says something like, "I need to talk with my spouse first" or "I can't afford it," the sales people / closers either

(1) Add more vacations and/or
(2) Lower the price,

in order to get them to buy.

They promise that it's always going to be a Condo, never a hotel. They're powered through Monster and if you look, there are definitely destinations, that are less then 4-stars, in a hotel!!

All-in-all, I learned that after working for this company for 10 months, that this place is crooked, full of people that are desperate to do whatever it takes to take money from people.

Pain free call to book, super informative, awesomely pleasant to speak with! I couldn't have asked more a better transaction. I'd give 6 stars if they'd let me!

What a scam. They told me the fees I paid were for the resort fees, but when we checked out, we were charged the resort fees again. I contacted them and they gave me excuses instead of fixing the issue.

I also tried to make changes to the 13 rooms we booked, and they said they couldn’t modify the reservation. The hotel told me we had to go through the travel agency, and the agency refused to help.

Do NOT book through them.

Jean was helpful and responsive. It was easy to book. We enjoyed our trip to Pigeon Forge and hope to go again.

Jean Mosso was absolutely wonderful!! She helped us understand our package details. Looking forward to booking our second trip.

So just getting started in planning 1st outing and Adam was really helpful. Great customer service as there were technical issues, they called back when the issue had been resolved. getting ready for first trip.
