Rental Deposit Safeguarding
Just got back from renting a chalet in the Alps.
We used Transpact.com to protect our rental deposit with the landlord whilst we were there.
We left the chalet in top condition, as requested and required.
But the landlord was used to keeping back some of deposit as extra spending money (local custom apparently) with no cause.
Only because we had taken the precaution of protecting the deposit with Transpact.com did we get back every cent of our deposit.
A vital service for deposits.

I've bought a couple of items using Transpact.com in the past.
My latest purchase fell through at the last minute, when the buyer turned out to be dishonest by refusing to complete the Transpact.com initial process. After further detailed research on the web, I discovered that the seller was a repeat fraudulent seller with many duped buyers.
Transpact.com saved my purchase money - as no bad seller or buyer (who will promise you whatever they want you to hear) will use this excellent process.
I recommend it as a valuable tool to protect your money.

paid from my bank accound, I have long name, because of that they have my surname and my othername only have 2 letters. now Transpact acting very smart and charging me £5 for refunding my money.
I have sent all the proof and trustpilot verified all the documents.
Please people don't use this company. They are not simple as you think.

TrustPilot have been asked to remove this false review.
The reviewer (who has a different name) paid Transpact.com £402.99, but unfortunately the reviewer's bank messed up when sending the payment and mistakenly did not put the reviewer's name correctly on the payment.
Transpact.com is an FCA authorised firm (UK Government Agency) and by law must verify its users and their bank accounts to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing.
With the increase in terrorist attacks recently, the Government has stressed that this has become all the more important.
Transpact.com as a company does not benefit in any way from these checks, and could operate without them, and does not desire them, but the Government forces financial firms including Transpact.com to conduct these checks under the full force of law. If they are not conducted, transactions must be refused.
We contacted the reviewer by email to clarify his bank account information. We provided easy alternatives to resolve the issue.
We then received a phone call from the reviewer.
We spent a few minutes on the phone attempting to work with the reviewer to resolve the issue, and would have quickly found a simple alternative solution if the conversation had continued, at no cost or inconvenience to the reviewer.
Unfortunately, the reviewer became abusive over the phone to our customer support staff member, and started swearing at our staff member, and then without a word being able to be interjected the reviewer slammed the phone down.
The reviewer then immediately within seconds posted this defamatory and untrue review on TrustPilot.
Please note that the reviewer is operating under a false identity on TrustPilot.com.

Excellent service
We have just completed using Transpact for an escrow agreement. It ended up going to arbitration, which showed that neither party had properly consider all the possibilities and worded the agreement appropriately - be warned.
The arbitration service was top quality.
