No customer service at all.

I contacted them over 14 days ago and told them what my dosage was which was 11.2 they took my money off the bat it’s been over 14 days. I’ve not received anything just a bunch of emails that I get once every 24 hours that’s how long it takes them to respond and now they want me to start back at two point milligrams because I have waited over two weeks on them. This is not acceptable and I will be getting a refund. These people are a joke. First of all if they don’t have a customer service phone number there’s a problem number one. Second 24 hours for them to respond to an email problem number two. and then their price of $99 is a lie. It’s 149.

Do not do not order from this company. As everyone else has already stated there is no customer support you get AI generated responses. You can never log into the portal they keep saying they sent you an email with a way to verify your password however, no email was ever provided. The medication was sent to the wrong address. It was received. Finally hot. Cold packs were defrosted. Sent multiple attempts to contact customer service to get this rectified to which I received AI generated emails assuring May someone was on it of course they were not. I also sent an email letting them know that the medication that they sent was short. After 24 years in nursing, I know how to draw up medication the vile contained enough medicine for one week and 3 cc for a second week that is it when I tried to contact somebody about that as well. Let’s forget the fact that it was hot and can’t be used, but that it was not the correct dose for four weeks of medication and don’t even get started with me with am I sure that the concentration was not different because compounded medication is different. Oh that’s bullshit. Yes, I know how to read a needle and draw up medication. I finally use the phone number that was provided by one of the persons here to get in touch with customer service. I told them that I had been going back-and-forth via email and getting AI responses and it was not acceptable considering they’ve already been paid I receive medication that was hot and I also receive medication that was short. She gave me some bull crap apology. Wanted to know why I wanted to cancel my subscription when I told her all of the above things I said I wanted a refund they can have the medicine back. It’s hot. I can’t use it anyway she assured me that that was not possible and once the medicine is sent, I will not be receiving a refund so do not buy here before warned. And as others have stated the response time seem like they’re out of the country..

BEWARE. Poor service. I seen the ad on social media and the price got me that it do not go up after first mth. The questions were similar to another platform im on that went up after the first mth. But trinity didn’t ask for my id and more details after purchase. The dosage didn’t seem right when i told them I already been on it for a month and need to up dosage for second month, but when I look at my chart from the previous company it didn’t match up and would had me taken way more for the next month then what my previous provider listed out a plan for six months. You will never be able to log into your account. The website will ask you to sign up for an account with your email confirmation after purchase. You will never get the email confirmation to sign up for the account to view What’s going on. I requested it numerous times over a few days and even did a forgot password and it never work. I started to get more suspicious. I sent email since it is the only way to talk to them asking do they have a IT guy to fix the login issue and the respond email said i need to search spam like i didn’t already think of that. After that they never responded again so i got to searching more about company and found these reviews with same problem. I called the number someone posted and canceled my order i didn’t like there tactics with the dosage amount way more then my first doctor recommended. Im mean i want to los weight fast but i dont want to get sick in the process. They will say they are going to send a cancellation confirmation email of refund but they did not send it. I cancelled yesterday and they still have not responded but to my email today about my cancellation and refund.also when you call the number they don’t say the name of company you really don’t know who they are. Im still waiting for my refund!

I'm shocked by the negative reviews here honestly. I clicked on an ad from Facebook and looked through all their information and decided to switch from another company because the price was so ridiculously cheaper. Within 2 days my prescription was approved and I believe 5 days later it came by ups. I was also emailed a tracking number. I didn't have any questions though, kind of knew the routine from the other company so I just figured out how to set up an account and go from there. Every thing was on there from the emails I received from Beth, to the Doctor. They have been good for me so far!

I would not recommend Trinity meds at all. They do not respond. There’s not a live person to speak to. I’ve sent several emails with no response from them. I canceled my order.

If I could give 0 stars or less I would. I do NOT recommend trinitymeds. In several texts with rep Emma, asked about additives, advised I do not tolerate B12 and do not want any B vitamins added to tirz. I had a severe histamine reaction to B12 in a prior med so this was a serious concern. I reiterated several times I do not want any B vitamins. Emma gave me an added discount ($346 for 3mo plan - $115/mo) and assured me once approved the provider would go over additive options. That did not happen. After adding my payment info I was promptly charged. An approval email quickly followed stating I would receive tirz with B6 (the synthetic version - pyridoxine - even worse!). I sent another text to Emma again mentioning the B vitamins issue. Also responded to the approval email from 'support.' They advised they would look at other additives. They didn't. Instead, despite several messages, they sent the order to Evoluciona Pharmacy which immediately shipped the order containing Tirz with B6 (pyridoxine). They also did not ask for proof or what dose I'm currently on. They sent a 3mo starter pack in tiny vials (think smallest sized peptide vial). I've been on 7.5 and they sent 2.5/5.0/7.5 with the B6 - that I did not want and cannot safely take. That's why the price is so low - it's the starting doses.
The lack of attention and concern for my health and safety is alarming. I warned this would cause a histamine reaction, or worse. They ignored my messages. Also, and this is another red flag, they did not require uploading my ID to verify my age or identity. This is just a money grab. This provider completely disregarded a serious health concern and sent meds that could possibly cause anaphylaxis. They simply do not care. Buyer beware. I advise to look elsewhere as this provider has zero safeguards in place nor listens to customers. And they will stop communicating. I asked for their legal dept to call me and now they're ghosting me. This company is reckless and negligent. Avoid!

They charge fees that they don’t communicate upfront, never provide access to the online portal, emails are clearly AI and have many errors in them, they don’t respond during US business hours, and cannot tell you hat pharmacy they use. Prescriptions are placed before any agreements are made on what it’s compounded with. Terrible company that is a scam.

Trinity meds. There are no phone number. No way to set up an online account. No way to physically talk to a customer service member. I couldn’t even find out what dose they were starting me at. I didn’t even speak to a physician. I have zero clue whether I am being scammed or not. But i did click on ad from Facebook and its been he’ll ever since. I would not recommend using this company.

I have never encountered as poor of customer service as I have with Trinity Meds. I signed up on one of their thousands of ads boasting about low monthly prices. Of course I needed to give them a credit card number in order to go any further. Within minutes I received approval and a $149.00 pending charge showed up on my account.

I was never able to log into the Trinity Care account though I contacted them many, many times. Often I received no response, other times after 14 hours I would received an incomplete, truncated text message that had nothing to do with my question as far as how to log into my Trinity Care account to check on the status of my prescription and order. These texts likely were autogenerated and never from a human.

All my research told me they were cloning AltRx. When I called AltRx, they assured me they had nothing to do with Trinity Meds - one person even replied that AltRx has never heard of Trinity Meds and were not affiliated with Trinity Meds in any way.

I messaged the Care platform for Trinity Meds on several occasions about my issue of not being able to ever log into my Trinity Care account - and never received any responses to my requests.

Turns out, I finally received Tirzepatide shipment from Trinity Meds - and it came from the exact pharmacy (Evoluciona Pharmacy) as the Tirzepatide I had received from AltRx. On the website ads for Trinity Meds they have a list of pharmacies they use - though Evoluciona Pharmacy is not one of the pharmacies they indicate they partner with. Yet another example of how Trinity Meds has somehow cloned AltRx.

I did finally locate a phone number - 844-357-3601 - in someone else's review here (thank you so much!) and called. The number was an obvious call center and English was not the first language of the human that finally responded once I had clicked through all the menu options and been on hold for quite some time. I explained to the human that I need to cancel my account, and she had to inquire as to which company I wanted to cancel my account with - making it obvious that I had reached a call center. It's a job I guess - and someone's got to do it. She finally indicated that she had located my account - and said she canceled it for me.

I requested she email me to confirm that my account with Trinity Meds was canceled. She said she would, but I never received the email. I did, however, receive a one sentence text (from a blind texting number) indicating that my account was canceled.

So went my experience with Trinity Meds. I do not recommend trusting them - even with those few glowing reviews on this site.

Negative stars unfortunately are not an option. Save your money. I filled out the information and was naturally approved, payment processed immediately. To clarify my dosage after receiving that I will be starting out at the lowest dose, I sent a copy of my current prescription showing my dosage. They waited a week and told me again since I am missing a dose I would need to start with the lowest dose again. No. I have not missed any doses and want to stay at 15mg. They then responded again telling me I start at the lowest dose. RIP OFF!! Save your money and headache!! Fraud plain and simple.

If you have bought from Trinity Meds and the used AI to communicate during purchase. Then communicated again to upsell you. Then took your payment and stopped responding to all attempts to contact or aren’t able to access your account and auto links send you in repeat loops going nowhere I suggest you report the to your states department for ecommerce fraud and scams. Google to find your find your state.

I NEVER review products/services... but this site is a complete and utter hack job/fraud. Check , check and triple check prior to buying anything. Phone numbers do not work, email address' do not work. And upon further investigation most links on their site do not work. Save yourself a headache and avoid this one.

For some reason, I can't receive emails from Trinity (not in spam folder either). I can't log into portal because it requires receiving an email. I applied and was approved but no one ever told me. Now I find my credit card has been charged and I don't even know what dosage they are sending. I notified my bank I will dispute it and I won't pay it. If I receive a package, I'll return it. This has been a terrible, frustrating experience. Do not do business with this company. I am reporting them to our Consumer Protection Division of the Attorney General's office in my state. Trinity is rated 2.9 for a reason. Beware.

It’s funny how many people has reviewed this place but never actually have bought from them yet. I did however go ahead and do the $99 Semaglutide. I’m on the highest dose and I received an email as soon as I purchased it saying please allow 3 to 5 business days to ship and if for any reason, I am not happy please sign in and ask for a full refund.
I switched from a provider that was charging me $225 a month to $99 for the same exact compound. I didn’t receive any calls or text from random people saying they’re with the company so I’m pretty sure people is getting scammed that way and not from this company but from Facebook clicking.

While searching for a supplier, I kept being bombarded with ads from this company. There are several 1 star scathing reviews that would shame a street corner drug dealer. So I went to the 5 star reviews to see the other side. There were 5 5 star reviews posted between 4 and 5 minutes from my query, all touting the wonderful customer service. This place looks laughable at best. No Thank You.

Initially it was impossible to get a hold of this business. Through multiple Reddit chats I found their number 844-357-3601. Was put on hold for simple request to cancel. I cancelled within 24 hours, the next business day. They told me they need to hear back from their pharmacy to process cancelation. There were initial text and email communications, but after my request to cancel they stopped. Called them several times inquiring about the refund, and heard the same thing, that pharmacy needs to respond. I asked to contact pharmacy and process refund, they said they did and there is nothing else they can do. Nothing was shipped either. I contacted CC and filed a dispute.

The best service yet.

Excellent customer service! I am on week 3, lost 6 lbs and have more energy already. Highly recommend Trinity Meds.
