The product itself is quite good and works as intended. However, delivery took longer than I anticipated.

I got my prescription approved on June 22. I was told that the pharmacy takes 3 to 7 business days to process and then 1 to 4 business days to deliver. After three weeks of not having medication’s and missed doses and repeatedly contacting Trinity meds nobody has helped. I then went ahead and called the pharmacy that they placed the order with who notified me that the provider deleted the order because they were not legally allowed to ship to my state. Trinity did not change the pharmacy or communicate with me and I’m still waiting to hear back from somebody. I have demanded a refund and have not heard back from anybody just yet.

Great product quality and good prices. The shipping took a day longer than expected, but otherwise a very solid experience

DON'T BUY HERE! they charged me $800.00 for a 4 month supply but only sent 2 months supply. I was already taking medication from another doctor and I was looking for a better price. I was on my 3rd month and was supposed to be getting a 7.5mg dose. They sent me the 2.5 dose. The customer service number is a fraud. I stayed on hold for 2 hours and never got to talk to anyone. They auto renew. And sending an email to cancel is they only option. But that doesn't work either. I had to cancel my credit card and report the company to keep them from taking money from me.

I've had a very favorable experience so far. After I got approved I received my tracking information for my shipment and the meds were delivered next day and appropriately packed. There were no hidden fees and customer service has been really responsive so far.

They are a bunch of crooks, charges $80 for an advisor to review your case. I've never had any other company do that. They also make it impossible to cancel. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM!!!!!!

The worst. There is no phone number to call. I tried to cancel within 5 min through email. They did email me back and will only refund 55.00 bucks when I paid 149.00 less then 5 min to spare. I should of went to reviews 1st. Its my fault but if anyone else can not be scammed I'll Wright this review. Lots of negative reviews on medication received is what made me try to cancel right away and I'm glad I did.

I am writing this to warn prospective consumers to avoid this company at all costs. Their business practices are highly deceptive, predatory, and entirely unprofessional.

Immediately after signing up, I realized the platform lacked any form of guidance or support, and I attempted to cancel my subscription right away. Despite my immediate action, getting in contact with anyone is completely impossible. There is zero customer communication.

To date, I have sent thirteen (13) separate emails requesting a cancellation. Shockingly, the company actually sent an email explicitly acknowledging my cancellation request—yet they have completely ignored it in practice. They continue to illegally charge my credit card and are still actively pushing unauthorized medical prescriptions through to their pharmacy.

Charging a customer's account and dispensing medical prescriptions after confirming a cancellation in writing is not just poor customer service; it is fraudulent billing and a severe breach of consumer protection standards.

I have disputed the unauthorized charges with my financial institution. I will also be filing formal complaints with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the State Attorney General’s Office.

Do not trust this company with your money or your health. They will take your financial information, ignore your legal rights to cancel, and refuse to communicate. Take your business elsewhere.

To get the lowest price, the entire year must be paid up front but only shopped in there month supply. So no guarantee the business will still be in operation 6-12 months from now. Also, they wouldn't honor the discounted 12 month supply listed in a FB ad.

Average experience. The ordering process was simple enough, but I had a minor issue with my package when it arrived. Customer service did eventually sort it out, but it took a couple of days to get a response. Product is fine, though

Absolute garbage of a company. The tried charging me 300 dollars (150 twice) claiming the first payment never came out, even though it was posted… then I told them they needed to ship my prescription or give me my money back. They shipped my prescription… TO TEXAS. I live in MAINE. Reached out to customer service and they blamed me, said I had two accounts with them. One had a Texas address. Not true, one account, one Maine address and I have never even moved out of Maine, or traveled to Texas. Waiting for them to send me my money back before I dispute the charge.

The product itself is good and does exactly what it's supposed to do. However, shipping took quite a bit longer than I anticipated, and communication during the delay could have been better. Decent experience overall, but room for improvement on delivery speeds

I have just signed up. They immediately debited my account after saying they would not under after I spoke with the dr. I cannot sign in to my portal and cannot get a response plus I signed up for dux months and their text message is suggesting left. Beware

With lack of communication, delays with only being able to email with the company, I placed an order for 3 months of semaglitine through Trinity Meds on the 21st of June 2026, a UPS order was delivered July 2,2026 from Casa Pharm RX in a cooler which was still cool. Since the temperatures have been in the 100 degrees I was worried on warm meds and they were chilled. It was packaged well with details on each envelope for use. My only complaint was they never consulted on the doses. They started me over from scratch after sending proof of prior dose. I did send an email about starting me on such a low dose but they said it was to late my order was sent to the pharmacy already. That goes back to lack of communication and no consult only a couple emails. the positive, I did receive my medication. Plenty of patience is needed if ordering. Fingers crossed, I lose this last 10lbs.

Absolutely flawless experience! Ordering was incredibly easy, shipping was lightning fast, and the items arrived in perfect condition. It's rare to find service this efficient and reliable these days. Will definitely be a returning customer

Medication was warm! Ice packs weren't even cold, they were warm to the touch. I was already irritated from trying to cancel the order within 12 hours of placing it and was told they would try to cancel it, and then, SURPRISE! It shipped 2 DAYS later. That is BS. I figured I would just use it. Now I can't even do that because it wasn't even cold. Currently waiting on a response, or, I should say waiting on a response with another excuse.

They have terrible customer service. It took them 24 hours to respond to me, and then told me I contacted them too late to make changes, even though my message to them was a few hours after they said I was approved for medication. I never received any phone calls or video chat to verify my information.

I canceled my order within hours of being approved. I wrote 5 emails canceling it. They sent my order anyway and will not give me a refund. There is no phone number to call them. Its a scam. Please read all the reviews carefully.
