Update: meds finally arrived. Label was created on a Friday package was in possession of shipper on Saturday I received on Monday even though it was supposed to be overnight shipping. Meds were cool to the touch which was good . Problem was they were the wrong strength. See below about requesting maintenance and getting increased concentration in vials per prescription . I contacted customer service through text, their website, and email trying to get a conversion table so I would get the appropriate dose . It took several days but then I did get a response saying I would get a conversion table or my concerns would be addressed. I still have not gotten an appropriate conversion table to figure out the dosage. I did get a notice that my prescription was approved. I thought that perhaps instead of giving a conversion table they were going to send me a replacement shipment of the meds at the appropriate concentration and dosage. But that was not explicitly stated. Then I learned that another full charge for a 3-month supply had been charged to my credit card. This was just 2 weeks after the initial charge and a week maybe a little less after I received the first meds. So this made no sense especially since they had not refunded the initial charge for the wrong medications. So essentially I was being double-billed. I was able to stop the charge through my credit card company. But now I'm receiving numerous communications from Trinity wanting me to update my credit card information so the charge will go through. In not one of the communications have they explained to me why I was double billed or why I wasn't refunded for the first incorrect meds if they were in fact planning on sending me a corrected replacement. At first everything was fine.
I switched to them as the prices were better. I got good quick and thorough answers via text message is. I had a lot of questions before deciding to switch and they were all answered. Initially the portal was also good. I was able to track approval, submitting to the pharmacy, and which pharmacy it was. I saw that my prescription was written to have each vial having an increased dosage. That was not what I requested as I'm on maintenance. I contacted through the portal and got a reasonably quick response saying that that could be addressed once I received my shipment as sometimes pharmacies handle requests like that differently. Which seemed like something I could work with although also seemed a little bit odd. But that was when things broke down. I received no communication about confirmation of shipment, nothing in the portal nothing, in my email so I emailed Trinity and received no response. I emailed the pharmacy, casa Pharma, and received no response. I texted Trinity and communicated via the portal and received no response. I called Casa Pharma got routed to the voicemail left a voicemail received no response. I emailed them explaining that it was urgent as it was a cold chain shipment issue and I realized they did not work on the weekend and I wanted confirmation of shipment. So far no response so at this point I have been charged, I have not received confirmation of shipment from either Trinity or the pharmacy, I'm unclear if the order I might be receiving is actually appropriate for my needs and what I requested, and I'm receiving absolutely no responses to my inquiries and requests for assistance. At this point I will probably request a chargeback on my credit card on Monday if I've not received or heard anything. This is not worth saving a little bit of money. I was using gimmie which is already very affordable by comparison, and they handled everything quickly, shipment arrived quickly, and were effective.

TERRIBLE customer service once the product was supposedly shipped. Says it was delivered on 7/8 - I have cameras on my property. No delivery was made. Not only that but I was home at this time. I'm out $443 and cannot even get someone to respond to my repeated messages - since there is no $#@% number to call!!! Avoid!

My experience with Trinity Meds has been a mess from start to finish.

No personal attention: Staff repeatedly got my name wrong, and every email felt AI-generated rather than an actual response to my concerns.

Broken patient portal: I was locked out for four days. Support kept saying “just try again,” then claimed a technician fixed it — but I still couldn’t log in. When I finally reached someone by phone, she said the email on file wasn’t even the one I’d given them.

Charged without my approval: I was texted to approve a prescription I hadn’t even seen yet, since I still couldn’t access the portal. I asked in writing not to charge my card until I approved it, and they confirmed they wouldn’t. They charged the full $282 anyway.

Refund runaround: When I called, I was told it had already gone to the pharmacy. After being put on hold, they said they’d “cancelled” it — but then said the pharmacy needs 24 hours before any refund. I’m now out $282 I need for rent.

Nothing they told me matched what actually happened. I would not trust this company with your payment info or your prescriptions.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. I HAVE WAITED FOR MORE THAN 48 HOURS FOR AN ANSWER ON A MEDICATION THAT DOES NOT LOOK CORRECT. EVERY TIME I ASK A QUESTION IT IS ONLY ANSWERED WITH I'M SORRY FOR FOR YOUR FRUSTRATION. YOU CAN'T GET ANYONE WHO CAN ANSWER OR CANCEL OR GIVE A REAL RESPONSE AND DON'T TRY TO CALL THE 800 # YOU WILL BE ON HOLD FOR HOURS. THEY LIST FRAUDULENT VIALS AS WELL.

If I could give negative stars I would, DO NOT waste your time and money with this non existent “company” lies lies lies!!! No phone number, no customer service… you can only email but don’t expect an answer. For get all the good reviews you read, this is a scam!! SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM RUN AWAY FROM YOU THESE LIARS!!!

Heads up for the confused reviewers: those $99/$129 numbers aren’t “everything”. Read the small print. (Yes, I know nobody has time for fine print. I’m busy too.) This industry is exploding and everyone’s hunting meds, it’s a little cutthroat.

My experience with Trinity Meds: I’m happy. It took a little over a week to get my prescription, they temporarily placed a hold for the purchase amount on my card, and I had to be patient; all normal in a busy, fast-growing operation. If you actually read the pricing tiers and follow the instructions, you’ll see what I did.

Would I recommend them? Yep. Just bring patience, read the details, and don’t panic at the first price headline.

Average experience. The items are fine, but the customer service responses were a bit slow when I asked for an update

Beware! Don't trust them even though they answer your questions with positive answers. This is a scam! Right away they send a text to you if you want to purchase anti-nausea medicine and then they immediately charge your card even before the "doctor" looks at it. You are able to keep tabs on it to see what's being done. You can cancel, but they'll keep their $35 fee for reviewing your information whether they do or not!

Terrible company ! SCAM! DONT DO IT!

Zero if I could. Stole my money and never delivered anything. No communication and no response to my multiple inquiries. Do not use them. Scam.

I have had zero problems. This is the 4th provider I’ve had in about 2 years. Changed for various reasons. Response from Dr was quick, answered any questions. Medication arrived quickly. What I was charged is exactly what they have advertised. Approved second shipment today. Two more people I know have signed up in the last 3 weeks, already received their medication.

Tried signing up paid my money and was sent a link for my portal that I could never get in to!!!!!!

Scam!!!!! Beware do not order!!! I was stupid to buy the 12 month package at $1500 never received and they will not respond!!!!

Ordered my meds on June 28th - already deducted from credit card & have not received them. Where are they?

This experience was horrible and I thought the medication is probably not what it is.

I tried the shot at .25mg and atomically got a red ring at the insight and have been so irritable, headache, and sweats. I’m not sure this is legit and probably poison.

I received my order very quickly with two ice packs keeping the product cold. I received the correct dosage, instructions and the pricing was so much better than other companies.

This company is incredibly shady. I placed an order, they said I was approved 12 hours later and then I received no further communication despite several attempts to reach out. They advertise shipping within 48 hours, but I never received a tracking number. You can only reach them via email. They do not respond. Do not do business with this company!

Communication has been awful! I have been trying to cancal and I keep getting the same email back every time. I just want to cancel!!
