I paid the $99. The online dr appointment was set up for 3 weeks out. So 5 days later I canceled. Didn’t get the $99 back even though it stated a refund if canceled within 28 days. A month later I get a charge again for $99. I called and they told me I had 2 subscriptions. (It didn’t state that in the beginning ) I didn’t cancel the 2nd one. So, no dr appointment, no medicine, and 2 charges for $99. Do not use this company!!!

DO NOT engage with this company....everything is bad...delivery(multi delays to ship..then 5 days to arrive...super hot). Service(there isnt any...when challenged re lack of responsiveness..."it is our policy")
They do not cancel or refund money paid for meds you do not want. They do send beautifully crafted emails...that are wothless...just like company leadership.

They honestly don't even deserve this 1 star. I keep messaging them to cancel my order. I paid $1500 up front as I have done with other companies thinking no more issues.
Product, not shipped, terrible customer service off-shore, everyday automated emails shipment delayed, everything I call I am told another window for mailing. I want a refund. I cannot imagine a YEAR of working with you guys. If no refund then I will do a charge back. This has been the absolute worst experience ever. And I am a new customer, imagine how they treat their existing customets....have mercy.

1st bottle shipped and arrived on time, i ordered refill 10 day early, and they cannot provide product. its been a week of excuses. Ive demanded a refund, and they refuse. scammers.

The worst customer service, and I use this term loosely. I have attempted to escalate my customer service request multiple times. Multiples I was "promised" a call back from higher level in 24-48hrs. Neither time was a call, email, text or anything was made to me. I attempted to call again and the same script was read to me that my inquiry was escalated and to wait 24-48hrs again. The product came in overheated and unusable. I requested a refund and they said they would send another which would have ended the same way. So i received an unusable medication and not rectification. This business is a scam and I will be filing fraud with the FTC, BBB and my bank.

8/18/2026 AVOID!
After 2 months, my account randomly showed as "Closed" on their site. I spent several days emailing to sort things out. They finally corrected the error, but after looking at all of the negative reviews on here and thinking about the mess this has been, I cancelled. I don't even feel the 7.5 mg is working beyond intense dehydration. I haven't lost any additional weight at this higher dose, and my food cravings are still present. They did cancel my account immediately and did not charge my credit card for my 3rd month.

7/29/2026 UPDATE
This is my final update after completing the first three weeks with a 5mg dose. Individual results may vary, but this was my experience. I will leave my rating at 3 stars. It was almost too easy to get approved and be charged for this prescription medication, but it was VERY problematic getting access to my account on their site and receiving my first order. I find this prescription less effective than my previous more costly provider but still helpful quieting the “food noise”, etc. I’ve lost only 3 lbs in 3 weeks even after increased exercise and diet changes. There is an auto-payment cycle of 28 days that is not clearly indicated on the site. Now I can track if/when I want to cancel future payments. At least they did charge the same amount, as advertised. After only 2 weeks, I had to contact them to request an increase in my dose for my second month to prevent them from auto shipping the same dose again. You cannot cancel or return an order once shipped. My second order took the same 5 business days to receive after being charged. Bottom line: YOU have to manage your own care more than I would expect with a new prescription. They only communicate after I submit a question. When I send messages via their Chat function on their site, the replies can take a day and read very impersonal, like they were written by AI, but the information is accurate. Time will tell how long I stay with this company.

7/7/2026 UPDATE
After my 7/2 call, a NEW prescription (removing Glycine leaving Tirzepatide/Cyanocobalamin (B12)) was written and sent to a new pharmacy, and I was told it would take another 1-5 business days to receive it. Today, I FINALLY received the order which I paid for on 6/22. The supplies in the box look legit. There's a button in my online profile that allows me to request a refill so clearly access to that profile is necessary.

In summary, if you're willing to email/call often to push the process (including asking to speak to a Supervisor), it appears this company may actually do what they promote. I've increased from 2 to 3 stars and will go to 4 based on my reaction to the prescription and ease of getting a refill. Hopefully this review helps others.

After several days of sending emails, I was finally sent a link granting me access to my online account on their site which shows the intake details, prescription, shipping status, payment info, etc. It has now been 8 business days, and there is still no tracking for my prescription shipment. Now I'll start calling.

I'm still holding out hope that this company is legit, but here's some background.

I have now tried ordering at MANY of the online companies including AltRx, CoreAge Rx, Dollar Dad Club, and Refills(dot)com (who refunded me after threat of notifying the FDA and FTC of their practices), and my conclusion is that you get what you pay for (e.g. lack of customer service, bait & switch of products, misleading ads). They ALL use practically the same online intake questionnaire and immediately charge your credit card even before being "approved by a physician" for a prescription. Like someone else said, I cannot create an online profile with Trinity Meds (I could with some of the others) and get no reply when I email for help. The emails I have received appear to be AI generated. I called the # I found buried on their site (844-357-3601) which was clearly a call center since the person asked what company I was calling about. They confirmed my order was sent to "a pharmacy" and would take 5-7 business days to ship (I was calling on day 5). As of my call, they had no tracking # to provide. They suggested I call back after day 7 if no tracking # was emailed or product had not arrived.

Clearly the legit companies are those that charge membership fees which make these meds unattainable for most. I suggest you keep good records of every transaction and communication so that you can fight for a refund, if necessary.

I would have given TrinityMeds.com zero stars if possible. I learned, after the fact, that this company has been warned previously by the FDA for misleading practices. I ordered a yr supply on 08/11/26 under the assumption that I was going to pay monthly for a yr subscription, due to the confusing wording on the site. They immediately took $1,500 from my bank account. I immediately called Trinity Meds to report that this was not what I wanted to do and please refund me. They refused, but said they would overnight it. ??? , which never happened!. I asked to speak to a Supervisor and was told that one would call me back with 72 hrs. I was told that it had not processed yet but they still wouldn't refund me. That was on a Thursday, and no call back from them. I called again on Saturday, and same script was told to me, that I'd get a call with 72 hrs, no call wver came. I called again on Sunday and got the same response. It is now one week later and nobody has called me yet. Two days ago, the package was on my back porch when I arrived home from work. The cold pack was not even a hint of being cool and the vial inside was warm in my hand when I checked it. After the shady business practices I've experienced, I am very leary of injecting this product into my body. I want my money back! Trinity Meds did not do anything they said they would. I reported them as fraud to my bank and am now going to report them to the FDA. Trinity Meds, if you see this, please DO NOT give me your scripted reply of telling me to call your number, only to be put off on a Supervisor who will not call back. Refund my account.

8/17/26 signed up on website. They charged my credit card $149 & told i would hear from a Technician within 48 hrs. NO C0NTACT so i called and they said they would escalate and i would get a call within 48 hours. STILL NO CALL and NO GLP med! It is scam.

Dissapointed, wrong dose sent, there is no 48hrs reply as promised. Yes good price, but you have to deal with that, which is very aggravating.

Terrible company. AVOID. Complete scam. I ordered from them, and paid them, and my meds are still on back order. They refused to issue a refund. Now I have to go without my meds until they finally get it to me. I’m submitting a complaint to the Attorney General.

Good if you don't ask to speak to a provider. It's been 3 weeks since I asked about a medication change, they kept refusing to allow me a provider. Over 1 week ago I finally got someone to say they'd get a provider to speak with me. I reached out again yesterday about one. They said 24-72 hours for a provider, said I was "escalated" and still nothing. Don't choose them.

No way to log into my account. No way to reach someone that can help - I reached someone, they couldn’t help. I have no idea how to cancel my account. I swear I checked ratings before I signed up but I must have misread something somewhere along the way.

made me pay for 6 months supply and then only shipped only 1 vial. I was travelling and needed the remaining vials but they refused to ship, refund or cancel my subscription.

I am a 73 year-old male and I have been trying to get a nurse to explain the dosage to me for the past 2 1/2 weeks .

I keep getting told that the nurse would contact me within 24 to 48 hours, but that’s a lie !!!
Thumbs down for this company, Trinity meds …. Please do not use, there are so many other weight, loss programs, and companies out there.

If I could give it no stars I would. After emailing me and asking me to verify my address five times I was still contacted by UPS because the address was incorrect. because the address was incorrect I received my product late with melted ice packs. I was assured the product was safe to use. My second shipment same situation after sending me notice that it was time to send my next vial I again gave them my address and told them to please address it exactly as it is written and it was not corrected therefore again my product was late and this time because I live in South Florida temperatures were in the high 90s and it feels like temperatures were over 105 the product came the inside of the cooler was hot the bottle itself was hot and the ice packs were totally melted and sweating. I contacted Trinity meds and told them I did not feel safe using their product and I would like a return authorization and a new vial sent. To make a long story short after days of emailing back and forth I canceled my future orders and will go with someone reputable. Their customer service sucks and they insist the product is safe. I'm not willing to take that chance so hopefully my bank will reverse the charges.

I got approved and the communication was fine until after two weeks went by and i still had not received my medication. It was supposed to be for 5mg for one month. So 20 ml altogether. Two weeks later i get a tiny vial with just enough for one week shot. I emailed them right away. They have never replied to my complaint. I'm out $149 so i just gonna say live and learn and never use this pharmacy again.

I placed my order for a 3 month supply of semaglutide and I used Affirm as a payment option because I didn’t feel comfortable giving my debit card information to them. My state requires a doctor visit before dispensing the medication. The only complaint I have so far, is it took almost a month before I could get an online appointment with their physician. I received the semaglutide about a week after the visit. The medication was well packed and still cold upon arrival.

This is 100% a scam of a company. They ship medication that goes missing and arrives outside the recommended temperature range. They will blame the "pharmacy" and say that they will not replace the medication because it was delivered within the "allowable amount of time," even though it was lost for 3-5 days in 112-117 degree weather.
I am reaching out to lawyers to start a class action lawsuit. I have also submitted my complaint to AZ Attorney General's Office
The Federal Trade Commission (FTC)
The Better Business Bureau (BBB)
And the FDA.
