Terrible service. I ordered on a Saturday so as to ensure it would ship to my office and I could refrigerate it. My order was delayed every day. Finally I called them Thurs. They tell me miraculously that it will be shipped. They won't cancel it. The tracking number doesn't update but they promise it's coming Sat. TO MY OFFICE! No one was there to receive it and FedEx took it back. It was not refrigerated and so it is ruined. They won't do anything about it. Nowhere on their website do they tell you how to handle shipping. What a waste of time and money!

If I could give it a -5 I would. Do not order from this company. They have false advertisements. No customer service will tell you they will cancel the order and then send it out. Almost a month later. I’ve gone back-and-forth with them and even spoke to customer service when I could finally get somebody on the phone. If you call the number where it was billed, the phone is no longer working. Please believe the reviews that you are reading and not the ones that are positive because it’s probably somebody that works for the company or they pay to put it up there. Don’t believe what they advertise because it’s not what happens.

You will see a response to my complaint from trinity. This is the same response I got numerous times when I tried to contact. I did speak with someone in customer service (Tiara) a week before it shipped and she informed me that she did not have a ship date and could not provide one as they were backed up. I informed her they advertise approval in 1-2 days then ship free but it took 3 1/2 weeks to ship. I explained I would not be here to accept delivery in that time frame so please cancel order I would reorder when I returned. She said she would and get back to me if there was a problem. Never heard from her and that was a Tuesday but on sat I got notice it was shipping!
They don’t care that it sat on my porch in the heat for another 13 days. If it’s too good to be true it’s not. I’m out $149. Was reversed by amx After dispute cause they show it shipped & del. Im not done disputing unless I get a resolve and refund from Trinity and will continue review and warn against company as you can see many others have as well.

Great, almost perfect experience
I have been reading all of the reviews and frankly if I had read them first I never would have ordered from this company. My experience has been vastly different than most. I had my consult with them on 7/6, was approved right away and the medications were on my doorstep exactly a week later on the 13th. The reason for 4 stars is I had issues logging into my account after delivery and customer service could have been a little more helpful.

I received mine quickly with emails just as it said I would. I am still a little nervous because I ordered a full year and there is really no one to talk to personally from there. I’m a nurse so I know different signs to look for if I start having reactions or if it isn’t working. It definitely has curbed my appetite but I haven’t noticed much on weight loss. It’s been 4 weeks this week.

Extremely disappointed
They were extremely helpful while I was placing my order. The staff was friendly, willing to assist, and seemed very customer service-oriented. Unfortunately, that experience changed once my payment was processed.
After paying, I have received no updates, no emails, and no communication regarding my order. I was told my order would ship within two days after approval, but it has now been seven days, and I still haven't received a shipping confirmation or any update.
The only way to contact the company is by email, and despite reaching out, I have not received a response. Based on my experience, the customer service after the sale has been very disappointing.

I tried changing companies and going with Trinity. They tried doing the starter dose all over again when I have been doing the 7.5 mg dose. They do not listen to the patient/customer and do what they want.

Scammers! Get AI Bot Responses When Sending Emails, Won’t Refund Full Amount Even Though Order Hasn’t Even Hit Their Pharmacy To Be Filled
Purchased product on July 11th, I was emailed on July 13th, they won’t ship to P.O. Box and to send them a physical address to ship to. I did so the same day. I received an email confirmation that they now had a physical address to ship to and start the process to send to their pharmacy and then on to shipping once it’s done at the pharmacy being processed. So, I waited about a week to follow up to inquire when I would get my meds and got an email back saying it should be done at the pharmacy within 3 business days and then shipped within the same timeframe. So 4 business days went by and I emailed again, their response was they needed a physical address to ship to and I needed to provide one since they can’t ship to a P.O. Box… I was like are you kidding me? I already gave you that on the 13th. I said forget it and I wanted a full refund. I was met with several of the same worded emails, that I needed to provide a physical address, at this point it was maddening. Clearly I was dealing with a bot. I repeatedly said I wanted a full refund and finally after about 4 emails asking for it I was told they can’t refund the full amount and would have to charge me for the $35.00 consultation fee- they stated their policy doesn’t allow full refunds once the consultation is completed. I told them I was going to file a dispute with my CC company only to be emailed several more times the same email of we can forward your order to the pharmacy and get it going or they can refund me but not refund me the full amount. It’s been maddening trying to deal with them! Stay away from these crooks!

Credit card fraud after purchase
So let’s start by saying I did not think this was a scam until I started reading all these reviews. I was approved quickly and then I sent several emails asking where my medication was, it has been 2 weeks and due to come today. I’m honestly scared to take it now, is the med legit? Has anyone had good results? Is it safe?
What I want to say is, my credit card was compromised days after I made the purchase for 3 months supply. I thought it was Amazon but now am pretty sure these people are getting our cards and trying to use them after the purchase. Has anyone else had this happen? Be cautious.

Deserves 0 stars! Shipping took 2 weeks and when meds did finally ship, they were sent next day air but shipped on a Friday! So temps outside have been 95 degrees and higher and there is NO WAY those meds are going to arrive safely now. How completely idiotic for the pharmacy to ship next day air on a Friday - who does that??? At least w/o confirming Saturday deliver was available first. After I contacted the care team to voice my upset and concern they responded quite appropriately I initially thought, BUT now they've deactivated my login credentials. My email and password won't work. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!! I guess my only recourse is to try to file a dispute with my credit card company to try to get reimbursed $800. I feel like a complete idiot for not researching this company more thoroughly prior to purchasing. PLEASE listen to these reviews and save yourself a whole lot of hassle and expense.

Essentially a scam
Quick to approve and “send to pharmacy”. I was told they’d expedite my order. Two and a half weeks later no movement. I asked to cancel and receive a refund but I was told they’d expedite cannot since they sent it to the pharmacy and can no longer control it. I will likely never receive the meds and I fully expect my canceled subscription to be charged again despite confirming cancellation twice. Avoid wasting your time and money with this scam.
Update, they also charged me again after assuring me three separate times it would not happen and my account was canceled. Ended up disputing it with my bank as well as request the refund from them. I now have to ask my back to block them since I cannot trust them to not have “an error on their end” again.
