Very responsive on the phone, immediately resolved my email address issue.
My package arrived timely. Cold and a package that preserve cold temperature. I had emails and text messages informing me of the status of my order.
Oh I appreciate the pamphlet and the information about the medication, how to inject and abundance of syringes.
I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. Now waiting to use the medication to check its effectiveness.

I seriously don’t understand the trinity med slander on here. Got my first dose in under 10 days. Customer service responds within 24 hours. You can always call them using their customer service number during business hours. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Im currently on week 3, got charged $149 for second month, same price as month 1. The problem people are having is unbelievable, they are impatient and unreasonable. 2.1 stars overall is not correct. 4-5 stars easy peasy all day. I am not AI, or a bot, im a real person, and if you have any questions about my experience, respond to this review and I’ll write back.

I'm editing my review, I can understand the chargeback Karen's pov because I am about to be one. I ordered and I live in Austin, their facility is 3 hours away, they shipped my order on a Friday, it was held until Monday in the heat of Texas, meds came steamy hot not room temperature and now they want me to just shut up and use the rancid meds and potentially get sick. I'm getting the run around for a reshipment.

If I could give a zero, I would! Trinity Meds took the money for my order out of my account 2 weeks ago! I have gotten nothing since. I have emailed at least 6 times and every response, if I get one, has been automated. No update, no product. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I never even hit process on an order and then I see $624 came out of my account. I immediately messaged and emailed them and was told that I would get a refund minus a $35 telemedicine fee. I was told on 3 emails I would get refund and that it would take 3 to 5 business days. Then the story changed and they said it was too late a week later and that I can’t get a refund because it was already being shipped. I don’t even know what is coming to me. Then they say it can not be returned once I receive the product. DO NOT EVEN GET ON THEIR PAGE AND TYPE IN INFO or may you may be charged. I’m hoping my bank can dispute it somehow. They tell me they don’t have a physical phone number for me to talk to a person. So I really don’t even trust taking medicine from this “company”

Wish I could give them a minus review. Absolutely a fraud. Stay away from these crooks. I cancelled my order in plenty of time for a refund and still they continued to fill the order against my wishes. They got me but don’t let them get you. I looked at the wrong site for the review which was excellent. They really suck. When the order arrives I’m sending it back because of the no faith in them what so ever. Went to my doctor that way I know what I’m getting.

The "Doctor" wrote a RX for a formulation that included a form B12 which I cannot take. I informed them that I did not want that formulation but they pharmacy was not contacted in time to put a stop to it. They charged me for the product, I have not received it yet but since it shipped out on 7/20/2026, I cannot receive a refund. The fact that their own customer support person: John Jakob Lambatan states that "You’re absolutely right to call that out. We should have made it clearer up front that your prescribed compounded formulation included cyanocobalamin (B12), and we’re sorry this wasn’t communicated in a way that helped you make an informed decision before the order shipped.", then I should get my money back for a product that I cannot use.

After 3 weeks I never received the product, never spoke to a medical professional. But they billed my credit card right away. Numerous emails and they refuse to get me the name of the supervisor and refuse to refund my money. Supposedly they are waiting for "the pharmacy" to confirm my cancellation (but then they say: "we see your cancellation"). I've filed a fraud claim with the Federal Trade Commission.

Huuuge scam! You don't get to talk with the provider, they do not respond to any requests and continue to charge you. Ruuuuun!

Ordered my meds on the 4th of July and was approved and it's currently July 20th and still haven't received my meds or a shipping update! This company is a fraud if you ask me

Terrible service I placed an order and asked to cancel it 5 hours later and they confirmed that it was perfect and that I had to wait 3 to 5 business days for the return and after 10 days they send me an email as if nothing had happened to tell me that they are going to make the shipment. It seems to me a total lack of respect and ethics. What an unpleasant experience I feel cheated

I was accepted for semaglutide in two days and received my medicine within 5 days. They answered all my questions and were very helpful.

Everything promised has been spot on. No issues so far.
On my 2nd month.

What a joke. So initially they reached out and said ok you are approved, we will send it to the pharmacy. $432 was sent to trinity. Well my shipment was mailed from Texas “ups overnight” when I received the medication boxed with cold packs it was 5 days later, the medication was warm and inside the box was sweaty. I immediately emailed was asked to send pictures of everything, mind you they had the tracking and knew it took 5 days to reach me, pictures sent and I have emailed them all week. With no answers. Oh I’m looking into this, keep the med in the fridge and I’ll find out what to do next. 5 days an no answer of what they are going to do next. At this point I’m going to have my credit card company involved to see if I can get my money back.

The items are decent for the price. Shipping speed was standard, nothing extraordinary but it gets the job done

The meds were approved without a consult other than filing out something on the internet. Then they charged $199 for a memebership fee that I saw nothing about. The meds said they were shipped and were delayed with saver overnight by 4 days in Texas heat. When I got the package it was 98 degrees and they said to go ahead and use the product. I think that they should have at least filed a claim with UPS and sent me a new medicine. I will never suggest using them to anyone! They were quick to resond when signing up and hard to get ahold of after they get your money.

Ordered from Trinity Meds June 27, still have not received my meds! Asked for a refund, and they say i have to wait for the pharmacy to tell them it is cancelled on their end. As of 07/17/2026 i have no meds and no refund! Ordered from AltRX to see if they could get me the meds, and come to find out that AltRX and Trinity Meds are the same damn company!! Asked for a refund from them, as im sure they will give me the runaround too.

My husband was price checking and somehow it picked up credit card info and charged him. He got a message that it was approved and one minute later responded to cancel. This was July 8th. He responded multiple more times over the next week (I have the screen shots to support dates and times). On July 13th they said "We completely understand how concerning and frustrating this feels, especially when you were only trying to compare plans and then saw a payment go through.

Here’s where things currently stand on our side: your order was processed on July 10, and we have already reached out to the pharmacy to request that the order be cancelled and not shipped. At this stage, we do want to be transparent that a pharmacy cancellation request is not guaranteed, since it depends on whether they have already begun fulfillment.

We’re actively monitoring this and will reach back out to you as soon as we receive an update from the pharmacy on whether the cancellation was successful."

It was marked as cancelled on the account at that point. On July 15th they said "Right now, we are still waiting on the pharmacy’s update to confirm the order is truly cancelled on their side and will not ship. As soon as the pharmacy confirms the cancellation, we will send you an update right away with the next steps for your refund timing."

Today (July 17th) we got a notice it was shipped. When I logged in, it said that the label was created but it still hasn't technically been sent.

There is no phone number and nowhere to choose "cancel subscription" on their portal. It's only done through messaging on their website and answered by bots from the looks of the messages.

This is unacceptable. They didn't even have a copy of his photo ID on the account so technically this could be anyone ordering this stuff and charging it! How is that legal??? We are disputing the charges with our credit card company. They have had 9 days to make sure this wasn't sent and it still technically hasn't left the pharmacy.

I have read a lot of bad reviews about this company but thankfully I had an extremely positive experience! Hopefully that means they are fixing their past problems. I filled out my paperwork to see if I was eligible for the medication, by the end of the day I was informed I qualified, my meds were shipped quickly, the DR sent me an email going over everything, and I received my medication exactly as expected, a few days late but that was a UPS issue I just finished week one and am down 6.1 lbs I am taking the trizepatide/B12

It’s been the worst experience I’ve ever had when receiving my GLP-1 medication. I chose them because they offered a reasonable price, and this is my first time dealing with them. My prescription was sent to their unusual pharmacy and was supposed to be expedited on 7/11/26. Now it’s 7/16/26, nearly two weeks without my GLP-1. I emailed them about this and also asked for a refund. This whole experience has been disappointing, but I received no response. I tried texting the number because I requested a refund, but a person named Paige stopped responding. Y’all, please don’t go with them. It’s been a truly terrible experience!
