Update: I received an email at 10:37 PM last night telling me that they could not refund my money because the prescription was already sent to the pharmacy. I tried to get into the portal this morning to respond and my account is not found. I’ll be calling my credit card today to dispute the charge.

I would rate 0 stars if able. Requested meds 07/05/26. Approved same day and emailed saying prescription sent to pharmacy. It’s now 07/16/226 and the order has not been filled and shipped. Messages to customer service have taken two days to get a response and were generic with an apology but with no resolution. I have been getting the meds from another online provider for over a year and it has never taken more than 2 days to get meds once the script went to pharmacy. Sent a message today to cancel order and demand refund. We will see how long that takes.

I was first reluctant to try Trinity because this is a new provider with a few mixed early reviews, so I reached out to them first and they put me at ease. I bought the 3 month program and the price is the lowest I’ve been able to find. Customer support was great throughout the process. I received the vials in good order two days ago!

I have never been so happy! From the beginning of the process to receiving my first order, communication was 5 star!!! So accommodating to my needing my order before the end of the month, due to me going away for a month. Trinity Meds came through for me! Communicating with me everyday to update me on my order! I’m so happy I did not go by the bad reviews…only the good ones … I chose Trinity Meds for my care and couldn’t be happier!

I ordered mine a 3 month supply on July 6th and it was approved on the 7th, I admit I looked at the reviews and was worried. Customer service would email me back anywhere from 11:30 pm to as early as 5:30 and it would take them sometimes up to 2 days. I stressed and worried about it cause of the reviews but I got an email and did check my patient portal on their website and it showed shipped UPS next day air, I received my 3 month supply today, it was in a styrofoam cooler, the ice packs were cold and the medicine was cold. It came with instructions on hot to do it. My experience was perfect and no complaints. I start in the morning.

Should have searched to find trinitymeds reviews. Their website seems pretty good, but communication is very poor and for my first order (prescribed on Jul 6) there was still no status on Jul 14th in terms of shipping.

They seem to have no visibility or control over the labs they send their prescriptions to - once they've done the intake, they just make excuses.

When you cancel, they charge you $35 for their part of the process. My take - they don't really care if the prescription is ever fulfilled - they just collect the $35 everytime someone submits their application.

I’m not sure if I can trust all reviews. This site rates some companies low where other sites rate the same company as high.

Solid 4 stars. Everything came exactly as described and well-packaged. Will likely order again

This company is completely bullshit, I got charged 1500 dollars for a 12 month plan, I originally thought it was going to be 120 a month and a doctor would review the dosage with me.. did that happen? Hell no, I got approved within 10 hours and the email stated I was going to start at 2.5 mg which I already had started medication before trying to get a cheaper price at 7.5 mg.i reached out over 12 times from text, email , and on their website. Finally got their number on their bill of rights from the website. A foreigner answered the phone. He said I would be refunded if he could cancel the prescription from the pharmacy. I got approved at 12:43 in the morning, my first response was at 8:40 when I got to my emails. 11 emails after the first, still no answer. I told them I want it canceled on all forms of communication. I reached out to my bank and reported fraudulent activity. I didn’t approve the dosage, I didn’t agree to paying the full price ahead of time and I didn’t agree to no communication. This company doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I’d rather people be fat and healthy, rather than wasting their hard earned money on this scam. I’m going to report this company to the better business bureau in hopes that it helps any other fools like me that fell for this trap.

I wouldn’t even give this company one star. They have no customer service except AI and bots and they take forever to respond. Save your money and use a more reputable well known company.

They promised to have a medical person talk to me but they want your credit card first. they charged my credit card for 3 months.Supply, shipped the medication before I could even talk to anyone.I'm allergic to B12 and B6
That's what they mix everything with. So I would never irdered it, but yet they shipped it anyway, and build my credit card. Three hundred and fifty dollars, terrible communication, and they are very dishonest.People

I reached out from a social media ad that advertised tirz for $149 a month all the time. I received contact from a customer service representative who walked me through the process. I haven’t been overcharged and they were delivered in 2 days. These negative reviews do not match my experience at all.

Can anyone tell me why this medication is red? They will not answer my emails.

This company bucks!!!! I've been trying to get someone to answer some questions, maybe one of you'll can answer my question ?? I only received one bottle of GP1 , Isn't there suppose to be four bottles for the month ?? If someone could please let me know , I'd greatly appreciate it . Seems I can't get customer service to respond to me !!

Trinity Meds is a scam. They charged my credit card on 6/27/26 and as of 7/11/26, no product or shipping information. Have tried for several days to reach them and no reply to my outreach attempts. Disputing charge through bank and will report to BBB. Buyer beware.

Whatever you do, do not order from Trinity meds. They do not respond to customers. I have yet to receive a tracking number for the order and it has been a week since I ordered. A piece of advice is to do research on whatever company you order from before ordering. You're just going to lose your money.

Their customer service is terrible; I have sent 3 emails and still have not received a response. Shipping on my first order delivered late and they do not follow up. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
