Recently had new carpet from trio furnishings service by chris was very good and excellent service from the carpet fitters.

Just purchased a new ottoman bed base, this will be then second one we have had from here, the product is fantastic, we were helped with our order by Richard, who was extremely helpful and friendly. Excellent customer customer service, without staff being pushy.

AVOID!! Absolute time wasters and never had such poor customer service.
Ordered a book case on their website just after Christmas which said was in stock. By 7th January no word on delivery so I gave them a call. The woman who answered was so unhelpful and did not seem like she could be bothered. Was told I would receive a call back with an update. 2 hours later no update, called again to be told the item is not in stock and the stockists have only just reopened after the Christmas period so they will place the order. I was told it would take a week to get to them then would be delivered to me the following week. 21st January, still no communication on delivery so I called them again to be told that it is out of stock with the supplier and won't be available until mid February. After this point I requested a refund as I'd had enough of their excuses and lack of communication. I can't believe it was going to take them over 1.5 months to deliver a book case...thats if it would have arrived in mid February.
Never had such a poor purchasing experience and will never buy from trio Furnishings again.

Customer service was absolutely amazing, so friendly and really helpful. Didnt push or pressure me into buying anything over my budget. If anything I spent below my budget. I've brought 2 sofas from here and my last one lasted me 8 years! Would highly recommend this place as staff and product are definitely worth it.

Terrible customer service. I will never purchase from them again. Lounge suite purchased less than 10 months ago.
Owner said we have to contact the manufacturer he will not accept the goods are not of sufficient quality and we have right to money back. Just keeps saying that they have to contact the manufacturers even when we explained to him that we had bought it from them not the manufacturer.
DO NOT PURCHASE ITEMS FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARED TO TAKE A GAMBLE PLEASE BE AWARE. THIS IS A GENIUNE REVIEW AND I HAVE NOT HIDDEN BEHIND AN ALIAS.

From the moment we walked into the show room we were greeted by a very friendly member of staff, we chose a sofa and the owner of Trio was fantastic he helped us with choosing the right colour fabric and the perfect colour combination for the scatter cushions. Great experience from start to finish looking forward to delivery will definitely go back again .

The staff at trio furnishing was really helpful and pleasant. I was buying a new sofa that I desperately needed. It was going to take 4 days for delivery. But they mange to fit my in 2 days.
I also bought a mattress and dinning table from there. They delivered it the same day.

Their beds are of great quality and their delivery was on point. Helped my wife when I wasn’t around.

I recently had a mixed experience with Trio Furnishings Ltd. Initially, an order we placed was canceled due to stock issues, which left my daughter quite disappointed. However, when I visited their store, I was impressed by their wide range of affordable and well-made products. Josh, the staff member who assisted us, was extremely helpful and polite without being pushy. He worked with us to find options within our budget and even managed to secure flexible delivery dates, which was a relief as we are moving soon. While Trio Furnishings has its hiccups, the service, especially from Josh, was commendable, making it a balanced experience.

Recommended to us by our son who had bought bed from this Co recently. Contacted Trio ahead of visit to get some basic info, from switchboard Operator to salesman Josh, service was very polite, Josh did what he said he would do for me in timely manner, no pressure sales talk, no flannel, just sensible info about what would satisfy my needs. Visited Co, on seeing beds, realised I needed something different to first thought. Josh gave good service, good advice, bought the bed. That was today, will review again for fulfilment of order review... all signs are good though...5 star so far! Thanks a bunch... so far the service matches research i did before contacting Co....

We went into Trio today and were so really happy with the service that we got from Josh , he was so helpful and did us an amazing offer on a sofa and chair , we can not recommend this company or himself highly enough, please give them a visit as a fantastic place with great prices and lovely staff , and always good to support your local companies

Absolutely wonderful service from viewing, to sales to delivery, these guys couldnt do enough for us, even took my old sofas out for me. Absolute stars. Love my new sofas, absolute bargain. Thanks guys

Very helpful and the manager went out of his way to help us as we was let down by another company on a delivery we needed a new sofa as I'm disabled and he got one to my house in less than 1 hour will definitely be buying from them again very pleased thanks John Biddulph

The man himself Paul Graham, great service, tried to get us extra chairs that he found had been discontinued,but then thankfully he remembered he had 2 more so we had the six chairs we needed. They are lush just what I wanted 😍. You always made to feel very welcome, love the help you get, I so love the fact that if someone asks if you need any help and you say no they eave you to look not follow you around, as I can't abide that. Trio have everything you need to furnish home. We highly recommend.

Visited the store today to purchase a bed. The friendly and knowledgeable Josh assisted us in making our purchase in an informative and “un-pushy” manner. He allowed us as much time as we needed to be confident in our decision. I am very excited to take delivery of my new bed in a couple of weeks. Thank you Josh.

Placed order, had an exited daughter waiting for her new bed, it was then cancelled as it was not in stock.

Been to trio’s today with my mom to purchase her a stair carpet and ended up leaving with the carpet, a new sofa, coffee table and a lamp Table!!
We were served by a delightful young man called Josh who was well presented,well mannered and smelt lovely!! lol..
Trio has a wide range of affordable,well made items (hence us leaving with so much) and what struck me about Josh was he wasn’t trying to upsell us anything or make us pay for the upper end goods,I fact he worked with my mom to get her the best price available for her budget..
I would happily recommend Trio’s to all my family and friends and can see us using Trio’s on a regular basis for decorations etc for our upcoming home..

Easy purchase, great communication, will use again ...
