The only way I could a response to emails was to dispute the charges on paypal. I've never had worse customer service in my life

Purchased two dolls. Came just as perfect as I imagined. Glad I went with this company. No issues, dolls came exactly as pictured. Shipping took longer than expected due to coronavirus but they emailed letting me know what was going on and kept me informed on my order throughout... got a little unsure at times because of the tracking number statuses but package showed up while it still said it was waiting to be picked up. these guys knew more than fedex could tell me. Well worth the wait. Anna and Angelina dolls are highly recommended :) excellent quarantine pickup... love them!

Have been and still trying to resolve mulyiple issues with my order! Gave them some time to rectify because of the covid-19 pandemic; very slow to respond to e-mails(sometimes you have to send a few to get a response). Tried calling and it goes to voicemail(still have not heard from them via phone!) Was promised on 2 seperate occasions that they would send a "we're sorry" package/item; have yet to receive either one and that was weeks ago!

Very quick I received my doll in excellent condition and it was packaged really well I'm very happy with True Touch Doll she's so realistic

It took a while for the doll to get here because of the pandemic going on. It took a little over a month,but I can completely understand the chaos that the company must be going through,and how many emails they must have received of people not getting the speedy delivery that I understand people were getting before all of this craziness going on.I was honestly scared that I got ripped off.
But customer service contacted me and explained what was going on and within a week I got my BEAUTIFUL doll:).And they even threw in some extra lingerie for the inconvenience
She was perfect...until I dressed her in dark lingerie. Completely my fault. They sent a maintenance pamphlet that I put aside while dressing her and forgot about it. I'm still trying to find the right solution to get the stains out,but I feel like it may be too deep. But I will not give up.It breaks my heart every time I look at her,But now I know better for my 2nd doll I WILL buy eventually.
So please anyone who reads this do yourself a favor and do research on cleaning and maintenance While you are waiting on your doll to arrive.
Thank you True Touch for a beautiful doll that I have taken hundreds of pictures of.I know that my next purchase will be handled with extreme care now that I know more about the product.
I kick myself everyday for something that could have been completely avoided
Don't make the same mistake I did.Wash anything dark a couple times before putting it on your doll.

Second doll I have purchased from them that has a strong odor apparently coming from the old silicon that was first used years ago, their dolls are not made with the new TPE odorless silicon. Also poorly assembled as you can see the seams where they glue it together, my other dolls from another company don't have any seams/lines anywhere on the body and they don't smell like decomposing plastic but True Touch dolls do. I won't be purchasing anything from them again.

It was just as good or better than any I ever had. Amazing how real it feels.

The rating gets 5 stars over 4 for the reasons that the company really does take pride in their work and to take care of the customer, I feel thats actually one of the most important pieces.

You get emails updating you on the status, unfortunately a hiccup ended on my part where the doll was shipped but no tracking number was sent, and later receiving an email to review it. How am I supposed to review whst I dont own yet? I contacted support and sure enough not even 24 hours later a response was sent with a tracking number. THAT'S how you win customers, keep up the great support!

The doll itself looked great when it arrived, came carefully packaged, bundled up and super safe for shipping, arrived about 3 weeks after purchase, especially during Christmas. The doll is heavy, so it ruins a few positions I honestly prefer, but thats minute compared to the positives. Good job True Touch!

Customer service was great and assisted when My shipment did not clear US customs. They canceled the order refunded me for payment within an hour of the request. Awesome customer service

The doll I purchased was everything I hoped it would be. I'm not disappointed with it in the least bit. However, the price I paid was considerably more than if I'd bought it from a different seller as I did see the exact same doll for much, much less somewhere else.

Awesome dolls, great delivery time, only minus was I did not receive all of the gifts promised. I will say True touch was prompt in responding and have promised to send the missing items, plus. I would buy from them again

Well to start, I placed an order on Thursday, received a message that it will about 2-3 weeks before she arrives, 4 days later I received a new message that she has been shipped, fast and very good, not have to wait, regardless, sooner than expected.
Basically, scheduled delivery is 7 days after the purchase.
Amazing.
My recommendations if you are looking for a smooth and fast transaction give true Touch Dolls a look, price wise is very decent, and will make another review when she arrives.
She arrived,.....First the package was extremely well packed, no rips or any sorts from shipping.
Opened the package and the doll was very well protected, a very soft blanket was wrapped around her.
After carefully disrobing her from the protective material, she was amazing, very well built to a real woman, anatomically on spot.
The skin felt extremely smooth, the breasts were solid, but still moved naturally, firm.
The buttocks, perfect candy apple shape.
The legs, long and very erotic, being that I am a leg man, hers are perfect, the thighs are well defined to the hips.

The pictures on the site are good, but in real time much much better, I highly recommend this doll Miranda, for those that have a thing for long legs, 20 inch waist and firm breasts,
oh and the weight, not to heavy, for as the waist is small which makes it a lot easier to wrap your arms around when you need to move her.
The fnigers and toes, perfect to move and adjust.

Good quality, but expensive. Not sure i got much extra for the last 700.00 i paid skeleton stiff.
