Would definitely recommend this company.
Purchases of this nature can be sketchy. But right from the start there were no surprises. I had a few questions. All my emails were answered the same day if not within the hour. 3 weeks exactly from my order day my doll showed up. Packed perfectly for he trip from China. Literally 1/2 way around the world. She was every bit as pretty as the pictures on the site. One recommendation, check Utube for care and maintenance. Lots of good vids. there for this type of thing. I think you’ll be happy ordering from this company. Also the prices are very reasonable. Enjoy.....B.

everything its falling apart, already has holes on the hands trough the silicone on the knees, really hard to move her to do any potions, Very disappointed!!!!!

Realistic and pretty . Soft and very life like , but very heavy and stiff joints

I give True Touch Dolls 3 stars for the following reasons. They did deliver me my doll, and in excellent condition for a very low price. I’m more than pleased with the doll and happy I made the purchase.

The service, however, was less than adequate. In the beginning, they were completely unresponsive. It took me 5 weeks to receive my doll! It didn’t help that I bought my doll in late January at the beginning of a 3-week Chinese New Year holiday period. But even after that time, the seller never checked up on me. They never sent me alerts or updates about my order or notify me of anything going on with the production or expected delivery of the doll. They never kept me engaged. I left 2 voicemail messages that went unanswered. Only after I sent a second email 3 weeks into the waiting period, did I get a response. They gave me a false promise that it would arrive that week or early next week. It arrived about 11/2 weeks later. I also separately ordered a storage hook about 1 week before the holiday period ended. I found out later that it was supposed to be shipped with my doll, but it wasn’t included. Only after I followed up by email about 2 weeks after I placed the order and 1 week after I got the doll, did I receive shipping updates a few days later, and then, finally got my hook. If a product is going to take some time to ship, it would be good if the seller let you know in advance, instead of having you wait for an interminable length of time. And it would good if they gave you regular updates about the progress of your doll. But, since this is the first doll I’ve ever purchased, I don’t know if the industry allows for this kind of communication between a Chinese manufacturer and a U.S. retail distributor.

Because I want to display the doll and it’s so extremely heavy, I also had questions about a doll stand that the seller never answered, even if only to say that they couldn’t help me.
In short, even though they sold me a great product for cheap without defect, the seller was extremely slow and less than ideally responsive. If I ever buy another doll, I won’t buy from True Touch Dolls again.

Communication and customer service was top notch. Appreciate their business and would eventually be back for more!

What a fun thing to use always there for me , never complains!!

Should have been made, with a lighter skeleton material, Such as, PVC, Or Alluminum Alloy! One Leg is slightly Longer than the other, And the Doll Looks Nothing Like the Advertisement! If Nothing else, I get a good workout, just taking it in and out of the closet!

So far it’s been a very nice experience, it’s still early in the hole process. Get back to you as soon as the next step comes .
Wow is the word I will use it’s better than I expected it to be. So much detail it is just amazing.

Having bought many dolls on eBay and only once did I get the right doll first. I was surprised when my doll came home to me as it was more lovely that the pictures in the add. Every thing was just as advertise and I am very happy with her.

I got my doll yesterday she wasn't as advertised which was a bit of a let down as I got the special holloween edition I expected pierced nipples and bigger breasts In stead I got fairly average breasts and no piecered nipples as show on the picture. I also didn't get a heating rod with my order as stated I would overall for my first buy I am still having alot of fun with her. I just wished it was as advertised. Though I will say the customer service has been fairly good about getting back to me and my concerns. If your looking to buy I would suggest these guys despite the hiccups and I plan on buying more outfits / accessories to make her look a bit more as advertised.

Just wanted to say thank you for the reply and for assisting with the heating rod and piercings her body tone was white / pale what I received was tan was this also part of the make up and thank you for explaining why she may be different thanks again for the assistance because of this I am giving 4 stars and once they arrive I will then provide an update and provide 5 stars thank you again. Also is it easier to reach out to customer service via phone or email as I called yesterday with these concerns but didn't get any type of reply . Thank you.

I have reached out to this company in regards to what they stated they would give me I got the heating rod but no nipple rings as told I have also had an issue with the dolls feet ripping and tearing I have contacted them in regards on how to fix this and they asked for pictures which I sent in 4 total 2 left And 2 right since then all communication with this company has been me asking them to call and them ignoring me out right I have provided both contact number and email and not one single response this makes now the 8th call 3 in a row one call per day ! And still nothing I have since asked for a manager to contact me as it seems no one customer service representative wise can assist or cares to . And still no response at this point I have changed my star rating due to the very poor communication on this company's end and at this time i have to warn who ever I can to not do business with them as they don't seem to one keep there word and two communicate. If something changes I will update this but as of right now I won't be doing any additional business with them as I previously was going to. I doubt they will respond but I guess we will see.

Only took two weeks to receive. When it arrived exactly as I had hoped.

The doll is always cold hard to keep my cockIn the vaginal her mouth is too small she's heavy and hard to handle and she doesn't stand
