Absolutely the best company I have…
Absolutely the best company I have dealt with in years.
Quality tool storage at a fraction of the price of comparable products from other manufacturers, and all UK made which is great to see.
Very fast delivery.
Easy to fit in my van, good to have tools secure and easy to get to.
Highly recommend to all tradesmen.
I showed my tool drawer to a mate and he bought 2 straight away, says it all.

The buying process was simple and…
The buying process was simple and delivery when I was told it would be.
The draw is very solid and fits between the wheel arches, the only negative would be the lock position makes it very difficult to turn the key especially when on a bunch of keys. Otherwise very pleased with my purchase.

Apologies you feel we aren’t addressing your complaint. The factory operates Monday to Thursday and is closed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. This Monday we were closed for our annual stock take so apologies we haven’t addressed your complaint as soon as you would of liked.
The photographs you have sent, seem to show some a small area of superficial damage, I respect that you say that the packaging on receipt wasn’t damaged but I would need to receive back product to make my own conclusions. I’m happy to collect the product you would need to repackage it as not to cause damage in transit. I will then arrange collection, inspect it and refund as necessary if our inspections agree with your comments.
As a gesture of goodwill and considering our later than usual response time I can offer you a refund today of £50.00 against your purchase. Please let me know how you would like to proceed.
Kind regards,
Matt Garlick

Great vault, terrible lock
Everything about this product and the customer service is 5 star apart from the lock hence my 3 star review
I am sorry tuffbox but I have a “vanvault” in my other vehicle and the lock is far superior, I removed them both to compare, the “vanvault” lock has a sturdy key with dimples which is unpickable and not likely to break or bend
The disc lock supplied with the tuff box is thinner than the van vault so you can’t even upgrade as it doesn’t fit in the tuff box unless you angle grind the draw to make a larger hole for the lock to sit.
Now let’s get to the “tamper proof” lock.
Firstly the key is thin metal and looks like it will get damaged easily! As for the lock, I was able to pick this lock in under a minute with basic locksmith tools and very limited locksmith knowledge.
I am sure I speak for everyone who may potentially buy a tuff box and say please upgrade your locks and increase the price if necessary, tuff box is really competitively priced but an extra £20-£30 to upgrade them is a drop in the ocean to keep tools safe and still be cheaper than the other brands.
Lock & key are the only things setting you apart from your competitors, the rest of the box is really well made and functional.
The only reason we buy these vaults is to keep our tools safe, if somebody is capable and dedicated enough to break into a van they will surely get into a tuff box.
I would love to hear a response as I would like to support your business in the future if these minor amendments can be made.

Great tool boxes
Great tool boxes. Very strong and very heavy. I bolted too together and put in a pickup bed. Only down side is you can’t remove the key with it unlocked. Delivery was quick and well packaged.

Avoid at all costs! Terrible product
Brought a so called tough slider from these. It’s terrible doesn’t slide in and out effectively. The lock is awful and is too close to the bottom so you can’t even turn it properly.
If you need to call them don’t waste your time they hang up the call and then block you. They have done it to me twice now!
Avoid this company at all costs spend the additional money on a van vault don’t waste your money.
You can’t even put a bag of plaster on top of this box it stops the drawer from opening. It’s quite honestly terrible!

Dear Jordan,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I am genuinely sorry to hear about your experience with both our product and our customer service. We always strive to provide the highest level of service and quality, and it is deeply disappointing to learn that we fell short in your case.
I understand how frustrating it must have been to feel unsupported when reaching out to us for assistance. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and I want to personally apologise for any inconvenience caused by the way your calls were handled. This is not reflective of our values, and I assure you we are taking your comments seriously. We investigated this matter thoroughly to understand what went wrong and we believe your phone line may have been cutting out during our calls, and unfortunately, we were unable to capture your mobile number to follow up with you. I sincerely apologise if this led to any frustration or the impression that we deliberately hung up or blocked you—that was absolutely not our intention. We value every customer's concerns and aim to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
Your concerns about the TUFF Slider have also been noted, and I regret that the product did not meet your expectations.
I would like the opportunity to make things right for you. Please reach out to me directly at info@tuffboxes.co.uk with your mobile phone number so we can discuss the best way to resolve this matter. Your satisfaction is important to us, and I want to ensure we do everything we can to regain your trust.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. Feedback like yours helps us identify areas where we need to improve, and I am committed to making those improvements.

Great product, robust and well made
The communication from ToughBox was excellent they made sure someone would be there to take delivery. I'm really pleased with my ToughBox it's very robust and well made. The colours make it stand out, much nicer than the only black option if you go AmorGuard. The handle and feet very simple to fit with the bolts supplied. Unfortunately FedEx didn't show up on the arranged delivery date and turned up a day late
