If I was completely honest I have written a review and had been rejected and deleted.
So I made a purchase and plan to pay 64.00 a week for a ps5... 8 weeks passed and still no PS5. Then a month turned into months, I cancelled and am still waiting for my refund!! I wish they had a good customer service and would follow through with orders. The reviews here are not legit. Only trust GOOGLE reviews people. Be aware.

Company delivered the wrong product ( 1/4 the volume, 250ml instead of 1,000 m) and claimed (wrongly) that the 1,000ml product has never been on their website - WATCHOUT. Ubuy are a scam

Ordered some things they never got delivered so I asked for full refund and 3 months on still waiting or my refund

Bought two products as a Xmas present. It's now April and still nothing. Order was cancelled January and again it's April with no communication nor refund. Getting through or any comms is so long.

Still.wqiting on my product .can't seem to get thru to then.now .bummed out

I ordered a tablet lfor my sons school ast year never came waited and emailed them to say it was for wen he started back at school and no reply then out of stock again, then Feb 14th canceled order bc I got him one from warehouse stationary then the same morning I canceled got a text it was in transit. I rung them up said I canceled ok 25 to 30 business days I texted them last week about it said the company discussed it and no I'm looking at the 15th to 20th of April for my 1245.00 back that I've been waiting for too long, but not a problem to take the money from my bank but cnt give it back. I'm disgusted I've been with them for years and they got a check to say loyal customer they should be a loyal company.

Worst ever experience, I've been lied to every time I've rung this company is a scam,first lie was they told me my product was at thier wharehouse and will be sent out immediately it wasn't so I rang up again,now every time you ring this company it takes 40 minutes for them to answer,I call again and I speak to the same person and she sounds surprised that my order has been sent out and proceeds to put me on hold,she then returns with,sorry about that it is on its way and I will get it in 2 days, two days go by,I ring again 40min wait,I get the same lady she's surprised that I haven't received my product, puts me on hold returns with,sorry about that the wharehouse manager forgot to send out,so I rang customer service 50min wait,and guess who answers the same lady,I got hi it's, my name,I'm ringing because I still have not received my product, she then puts me on hold and returns with,so sorry about this our wharehouse team have been on holiday, I was like wth,and will be back next month,so I said could I speak to a manager she replies no he's away so I hang up,I ring customer service the next day 40min wait,i get a new person and tell him my story and he seems genuinely apologetic and puts me on hold to speak with his manager, he returns with this,sorry sir but we do not have this product in stock,I was like wth,and we won't have it in stock for another month,so sorry about this sir,this was December, so I said sweet ill wait he gives me a date of when they expected the product to be in-stock and when they will which was the first week of February 2024,February comes I ring 50min wait,a different guy answers I say why I'm ringing he apologizes and puts me on hold and returns with so sorry sir we still haven't got this product soooo I was like ft I would like a refund please,he said sure but thiers and 30 day period I have to wait I said that's fine,that was the 5 of February now it's April and I have been ringing them with no results,all I get is sir I have processed your refund and it's now in the hands of the accountant department I'm over this sxxx.UBUY IS A SCAM!!!

This is ridiculously I have seen others go through the same predicament in regards of not receiving items and requesting a refund & been told that it will take Upto 30 working dates for the payment to be released. I have called and emailed numerous times and have not been dealt with. It’s been almost 6months now & still no explanation to why this has not been processed. The payments have been stopped and the bank has been notified. they are quick to take your money but refuse to refund it all, claiming that there may be a fee for cancellation and some other bs deducting at least $130. I had made 13 executive payments and I’m disappointed in this company & there excuses ! EXPLAIN

My daughter bought an item from ubuy and was charged twice but from ubuy and youbuy Co managi and I contacted customer service and they told me to contact the other company and then the bank so the impression I got was we will take your money and let someone else take your money without taking any responsibility which is total bs.

Today is the 20th of March and I still haven't received my money into my account. Spoke to them again and Manger of ubuy told stuff my refund would be paid in a day or two. If not same story 2 weeks away. Have finally got appointment with a lawyer through citizen advice services. As I don't have money to afford a lawyer. On Thursday. U buy eat !!!!.

I will never ever sign up for anything more from this company,they are dishonest and there customer service is the worst I have ever known if you're lucky enough to talk to somebody

First signed up and started payments back in November. I waited months to receive my tv even after the initial “8 payments” and still never received anything. I called every single week to get updates only to be met with more excuses and no results. I’ve since cancelled my order and asked for my money back. Yet to get it back though.

Weirdly you can't give zero stars.

Scores of 1 star don't get a reply. Surely if you really cared about your customers, those are to ones you should reply to.

The whole process was a scam. I purchased an item that I knew was also on eBay thinking it would be purchased from eBay and sent to me. How naive was I?

The item was never going to be bought. Ubuy took my money, told me the order could not be filled and eventually refunded my $$, well most of them, some were lost in exchange rates. The next day, my product appeared for sale on Ubuy again, even though they knew it could not be fulfilled. The product was used, which I knew, but had a blemish which made it unique world wide.

I wonder if the real owner knew his item was for sale on Ubuy? I very much doubt it.

If you do this enough times the interest accrued between me paying for the item and getting my (partial) refund adds up to millions. And that is the scam. Some would call it interest fraud.

Don’t indulge these scammers.

Refund was guaranteed to be in my bank account within 30 business working days from the 19/01/2024.
Called up 2 days ago to make sure I will receive this within the next 2 days to which they agreed. Rang today to be told that we will have to wait up to 4 week from a lovely customer service team representative because the accounts manager “Stephen” didn’t want to talk on the phone and because of this I will be taking this to the Disputes Court with them paying the legal fees.
Definitely will be telling all my friends and families to not use Ubuy.
If you are having difficulties with your refund, I suggest doing the same.

The worst bunch of thieves I have ever dealt with. I ordered stuff with the hope that it would arrive for Xmas and when it didn’t, I cancelled the order. Two months down the track I am still waiting for my refund which is over $1000 and they don’t answer the phone or return your calls. Absolutely disgusting and I want my money back immediately.

Absolute joke! I ordered a tv from them that never came! Well after 10 payments I waited and waited nothing after countless calls and emails to them I got frustrated and canceled the order and am still waiting for a refund 5 months later! Complete fuckwits! Useless do not bother with them!

This company has stolen our corporate images, stolen our corporate text, stolen our products and set themselves up as impersonating us going is far as to say the customer is contacting us. They are doing this globally. They have no legal department and are located in Dubai. Copyright infringement is a $150,000 fine in the United States per item. Ubuy is engaged in reverse, passing off in violation of the Lanham Act. Do not buy anything from this fraudulent company.

Quick efficient, no hassles what so ever

No real complaints. I see one of my orders is still in “order confirm” after a fortnight. But when I bought that product the webpage clearly said it would take sometime to send my product.
