This company took 7 weeks to do a survey, and despite the surveyor saying storage heaters could be fitted we didn’t receive any communication. They text unprofessionally, don’t answer calls, and it looks like they do the survey but don’t follow up with any work after. I’m reporting them to my MP as I think they are taking the ECO grants and not using them as intended. AVOID!

Avoid !!! Messy and leave mess. Don't turn up and don't let you know either. Definitely use someone else!!

Avoid, call around and find somewhere else. They are meant to improve you home but instead they cause damage. The trickle vents they fit are a eye sore, they make your windows look tacky, it's also alot noisier you can hear alot of the outside. The communication between the company is shocking. May they started the work up to now I'm still waiting for a response on sorting out the seal that wasn't replaced when they did the vents, hence the increase in noise.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. ITS A FAKE COMPANY. ALL THEY DO IS SURVEY YOUR HOME AND STEAL. THEY LITERALLY RANSACKED MY LOFT SEALING MY TOOLS. I STILL DONT KNKW THE EXTENT OF THE THEFT.

Absolutely discusting they have broke my fence and my babies play house and now they have done the heating I have water coming from everywhere ruined my floor and ceiling I have two babies under 5 now with no hot water or heating absolute disgusting

It took months to be offered a survey. All arrangements done through text messages. Survey was completed, basically lots of pictures and measurements taken. Ended with signing on an ipad, not sure what that was for. Surveyor said would hear in a few weeks. Now months later, nothing!

So far we have only had the cavity wall done yesterday but the guys who turned up were great! Had a few minor issues that they took care of for us, they worked non stop all day (I think they just ran on tea) they explained everything to us and have is more good advice on many aspects. They also fitted a positive input ventilation system in the loft to combat the damp. Again, first class job, neat and tidy, just waiting for the electrical connection from their sparky. So far I wish I could give them 10 stars.

Terrible service. Still waiting for a fire seal to be fitted on the boiler that they fitted in September. Heating makes a terrible banging noise and numerous times they have said they will come out to look at it to just not show up. Just had a message of them saying the engineer has told them the problem was sorted-no he didn’t bother his backside to come out again! Absolute joke of a company!

I had my cavity wall insulation done today from two lads, Brad and Ricky what a brilliant job and great set of lads really happy with the work they done I would highly recommend these two to do anyone cavity wall.

Doug & Neil installed cavity wall insulation today, very courteous and good communication, left the place tidy. Very grateful to get the eco grant.

Contacted this company as part of eco4 funding (cavity wall, loft insulation, solar panels) . They sent a surveyor from Sunderland who agreed the work , took all personal details to apply for government funding . Waited almost 4 weeks and then they booked in cavity wall. This was followed up by a cancellation and a call where they said they could not do any of the work anymore.

So just wasted 2 to 3 months over the winter period waiting for this company who promised the works took all.details and then refused to do the work .

Complete shambles - what a waste of time !

Workmen rang we have eco4 scheme cavity wall extraction and renew still awaiting loft insulation work?
Applied only for that grant not the heating upgrade not needed to be told I had to have this as part of grant ?this is untrue as far as I have been told by ofgem these are seperate grants I will not be bullied into having a service I do not need want this is my property and to my knowledge did not apply for it ?I am awaiting response ?communication is to be desired

They left the unfinished work and rubbish they should clear behind, but stolen some valuable items, building material and tools from my house. The boiler and heating system are faulty, but they refuse to come back and check. I have reported to the police. Now It’s on the process of legal actions.

They told me I was successful with my eco 4 application…. I contacted them 8 weeks later because I’d still not had dates for a survey…..
(Amongst several weird text’s supposedly from them asking to sent personal info again & again!?…..)
eventually they replied to say that they now can’t proceed with my survey!!!

Got cavity wall insulation done and new radiator thermostats installed that came with a room thermostat. All was going well until the room thermostat broke down which was only installed about 7/8 months ago and they will not replace and further more when I asked about the warranty/ guarantees on the radiator thermostats they have totally stopped responding to my emails even though the manufacturer has said it is down to them to replace.

Time wasters! Had a ECO4 assessment in September and still not heard anything. My two phone call plus two emails have been totally ignored.

We had a new boiler fitted with so called smart controls, cavity wall insulation and vents on windows. The vents were only put on one window, on all the others they put it on, took a photo as proof then took it off again. Since then the house has been tested and agreed we don't need them but it's still fraudulent. The boiler took a while to be fitted, and needed new gas pipes outside but that was due to circumstances beyond their control. Boiler was finally done, and an independent plumber has described it as a very good product, but here is where the good points end. When fitting the 'smart controls' on the radiators they removed the brand new thermostatic controls we had put on, and took them away. Over the last 3 months we have repeatedly requested their return or replacement, promises are made and never kept. The theft of these has now been reported to the police. The smart system is useless, it keeps going off line, promises of wifi boosters to stop this aren't kept, that's if you can even get hold of anyone. Even now on 10th Jan their answer phone is still saying we are closed until after the new year. We are left with a heating system that we can't control, comes on randomly, sometimes too hot, sometimes too cold, sometimes not at all, and no response from the company. Unless you have plenty of time on your hands to chase them and like a level of stress in your life, do not use them.

I was looking for a rough idea of how much it would cost to spray foam our loft. The company contacted me by phone as I filled in an online advert through Facebook. They wanted both my wife and I to be present (so they could give me the hard sell!) When it became apparent that wouldn't happen they lost interest quickly. I'd avoid this sort of set up.
