Shocking service. 5 times I have been let down by this company, had to chase them after every failed appointment. Expected them for an assessment today to be told the heaters can be fitted tomorrow. They wanted to replace storage heaters with panel heaters which would not be cost effective at all. I just feel this is a con and wonder if they claim the govenment grants without even doing the work. I will be looking into that even further.

Qualified for the grant for storage heaters. Had a survey, within 10 days they were fitted. Absolutely brilliant service and here is me thinking it was probably a scam!

Just had my boiler replaced and couldn't be happier with the service provided. The engineers were professional and extremely helpful. Would recommend this company to friends and family.

Supposed to be delivering a government back scheme. Phone lines always engaged. Disablist company discriminating against vulnerable and disabled people. Avoid.

Strung me along for months about doing a job then eventually after I repeatedly got in touch they told me it was too far to travel, shambles of a company.

First of all I live in a one bed flat and had old storage heater had a leflet put through the post for smart storage heaters so rang the number sorted all paperwork out set a date for the to do the work . 7am in the morning get a phone call from the fitters to say they won’t be there until 10am fair enough 10am get Another call say it won’t be until 1pm . Still never turn up . So I cancelled completely. A few weeks later I decided that I would ring and get a different fitter team same thing did not arrive when they set a time . But they did turn up and do the job . However 2month later the Digital power of the Storage Heaters isn’t working properly I tried contacting both the installer on his mobile number and the actual number they give where I ordered it from I’m now I can’t get hold of anybody just says their mailbox is full. I really do not recommend this company

We decided not to go ahead with this on my Mum’s behalf simply because they would make appointments to come then arrive a day or so early - this happened twice. My 84 year old Mum was not expecting them and found it rather unsettling. We still only had the survey thank goodness and my mum’s neighbour has only had the roof insulation done but no sign weeks later of any storage heaters. Are they claiming they’ve done the work to claim the grant? Looks really fishy to me.

Our heating has never worked since they installed the new boiler back in March.

They first passed the blame to the boiler company and basically said it’s the new boiler which is the problem , which is under warranty.

We contacted the boiler company and they have visited us and did a full report to confirm it’s the actual installation by this company which has caused the problem. NOT THE BOILER!

Basically they have not done the proper works associated with a new boiler installation.

They have passed the book basically blaming irrelevant things such as the hive and not to put the hot water on etc. ( how stupid)

I have been with out heating for the last couple 3 weeks now.

I will be taking this matter further.

An assessor carried out his survey ready for the cavity wall insulation to go ahead.
The workmen arrived and became terrified of a crack in the old plaster on the wall that was present and decided that it was house structural failure and so refused to carry out the cavity wall insulation. The original assessor had passed everything as okay to ahead though. I asked a retired Chartered surveyor to look at the house situation and he checked the house inside and outside and determined that there was no structural failure what so ever. It was just a crack in old plaster on the walls. I contacted UKEM to ask for their services again and ask for a copy of the original assessor's report and I got no reply! They have my scanned in proof of elibility paperwork and I wonder what has happened with that too? It is a genuine company or a con? I am without answers all around"

Just an update to my earlier review to say that, as promised I received my wall cavity insulation guarantee through the post. I chased up my boiler guarantee and received a reply 2 hours later with the documents I needed.

I've messaged ukem twice regarding this matter and have had nothing back at all.
Had heaters installed by them or another company under their umbrella, to which i had 3 men in the house all in different areas. I've had a very expensive bottle of mens edp go missing since. This is hard to prove however they are the only ones who have been in the house and to not have a response is appalling. I'm a very trusting person and would never have imagined someone robbing from people especially a house with kids in!

Found many companies are under this main company and some are very hounding as they want their money ASAP

After being a little bit concerned about being offered something for FREE. The Service UKEM Ltd provided around Cavity and new boiler was Excellent. Very Proffessional work-men who did a great job. I have recommeded this service to my friends as well. Thanks Chris - Chorley

Cheeky but funny door canvasser, initially I thought it was too good to be true but I went with it.

Within 2 weeks I’d had both installed & I’m just waiting on my guarantees.

Can’t praise this company high enough.

I was approached on the door regarding free wall insulation and a FREE boiler
We were talking about buying a new boiler the week before as ours is 18years old. We arranged for a Survey as we thought it could do no harm
Anyway yesterday UKEM came and did our walls and fitted a brand new Ideal boiler I live in Leicestershire

Dimitri from subcontractor Arktech has visited my property to conduct a detailed survey for cavity wall insulation and was very professional and attentive to my questions. We have arranged to have our cavity filled later this month.

We've had an Ideal Logic boiler fitted free of charge and are very happy with the service. I initially had some concerns about the water quality on my system after the installation but Neil at UK Energy limited went out of his way to resolve the issue and arranged for 3 Flow Plumbing and Gad to attend my property within a very short space of time to sort it out. The customer service has been exceptional and the company can be relied upon to resolve any problems based on my experience.

I live in a 5 bed detached house so didn’t think I would qualify. But I went with it as my boiler was playing up. I’m glad I did as I’ve now had my FREE BOILER and walls fully insulated. Done a great job and would definitely recommend this company.

I had 2storage heaters fitted and one panel heater and I have to say that communication to having the heaters fitted amazing service from all the fitters they were polite and they cleaned up all the mess and took all the rubbish with them Kieron the fitter kept me informed at all times and the heaters are fantastic and working perfectly and we had the work done on the 11th may so yes a great company to use thanks guys so much our flat is now so warm
