Waited for over a week for the work to even start. Avoid

I enquired about the government ECO4 scheme and received an email to say I was successful. An email that started Dear (my surname), no title, containing typos and lies about the fact they had tried to call me. I only have one number and I have never had a call from them. Asking me to phone them and give them a different number to call me on. It all looks like a total data harvesting scam to me.

I should have read and taken on board these reviews... Dreadful experience. When a surveyor finally showed it was in no uniform, no ID, no branded vehicle etc. Strange but did the survey and told me we qualified for cavity insulation and loft insulation. We signed loads of paperwork and received no confirmation or explanation until the fitters showed up. Again no uniform ID or company credentials. After looking about for an hour, they told me they couldn't do any of the work , my house wasn't suitable for it. They did at least fill the large series of holes the surveyor had left in my walls though. Still no explanation from the head office, no apology, no offer of an alternative, they've just disappeared. Not sure what the game it but it sure isn't right. Avoid.

Terrible customers services, delayed another building job so they could fit the cavity wall, didn't turn-up, shocking they then turned up 7 days late and then called the surveyor names, saying he had not done his job properly. They don't answer their telephone and send you random texts which are nothing to do with you or the job. Just avoid at all costs.

This company is now trading under the name of UK Energy Support Ltd. They harvested my personal information on their website without permission. I had begun to input my details only to change my mind as many of the questions seemed intrusive and unnecessary, and I therefore did not click to submit the information or grant any permissions to use my data whatsoever. However, within a short space of time, they texted me and called my mobile from different numbers. When I didn’t respond, they sent me an unsolicited email which seemed to suggest that they may have already begun an application for an ECO grant in my name without my permission. My impression of this company is therefore that they are unprofessional and untrustworthy.

I contacted this company as I need a first time install of central heating system and a replacement boiler. Booked in for survey twice, the first time when I called to check what time they would be arriving and I was advised they had no record of the booking. Re-booked for the following week, I took time off work and they still didn't show. I have tried calling and emailing but I get no reply. Just feels totally un-professional.

Darren and Michael just insulated my loft and fitted window vents. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They were faced with a few challenges but did everything to make it easy for me. Fantastic pair and a job well done. Thank you so much.

My friend Bill has stage 4 cancer and did not have any central heating at all. Mark Richardson, Jodie and Steve the electrician to name bit a few have made a challenging experience very easy indeed. No problems, just 100% committed to providing a top value job but for nothing (due to the grant). Would highly recommend their family style service.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Took pictures of every room in house, all my personal information. Months and months of wasted time chasing them for the work to happen … “waiting for the money to be released” which is absolute BS… contacted OFGEM. AVOID!!!!!!

Following the recent installation of cavity wall insulation we were contacted again, this time by Jade, at UKEM, who arranged an agreed date for a heating engineer to come and fit new thermostatic controls to our heating system. At the agreed day and time Lee and Mark arrived and proceeded to make the necessary changes to our heating system. They explained the process, at all stages, and how to use the app to control it. Both Lee and Mark were friendly, professional and very patient - answering all the questions we had - to ensure we understood how to use the system. Great service

Promised the world. Then disappeared without a trace. It's a con. If they can't stick in storage heaters you're worthless to them. Also the heaters they supply are more expensive to run than what was originally there.

Scam site avoid the fake positive reviews

After seeing the reviews I was very worried! This is a true review. The A team came out Dean & Mark turned up at 8 am on the dot company based in Sunderland. They Removed all the old insulation that was degraded they worked all through from 8- 3pm without no dinner. Did a great job clearing all the mess after and left everything clean. Just a couple of issues regarding ventilation but this was sorted straight away. No complaints the lads worked really hard and polite and efficient. Blackpool

Recently had my boiler replaced and couldn't be happier with it. Staff polite & professional. Excellent service.

Had Neil survey our house, kept us fully updated and informed pre & post survey about the process, timescales, what is involved etc. Now looking forward to the next steps. Thank you

Do NOT trust these people. They took all my personal information and I fit all their criteria, after all the information given, I was waiting for her to tell me that she's booking someone to come out to see me, she told me that they don't do flat's! I own a converted 3 bed victorian big flat.

I was so shocked. Now what will they do with all me information? go with another company.

We were approached to have a new energy efficient boiler fitted free under government scheme. We accepted and all went fine untill it was fitted. We noticed we stared having a few issues but took a few weeks for us to pin it down. We contacted ukem who sent fitter round to see what problem was, advised ect and we tried to get sorted. Long story short 8 months later we have had problems sorted at our own cost by a reputable company as fitter was completely incompetent. Many false diagnosis, lack of knowledge and general being rubbish and not caring, missed appointments and now not even getting a response. Avoid.

SCAMMERS, EVERYONE SHOULD AVOID THESE SCAVENGERS.

THEY SEND COLD CALLERS TO YOUR HOUSE REASSURING YOU THAT YOUR ELIGIBLE FOR FREE BOILERS, THEY THEN SEND A SURVEYOR WHO TAKES PICTURES OF YOUR ENTIRE HOUSE AND PERSONAL INFO. THEY THEN DISSAPEAR AND IGNORE YOUR CALLS AND MESSAGES, BY THEN THEY HAVE ALL YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS AND THEY CLAIM THE MONEY FROM THE GOVERNMENT WITHOUT ANY WORK DONE, BY THIS STAGE YOU WILL SIGNED TO SAY THE SURVEYOR HAS CHECKED YOUR HOUSE SO TOO LATE.

WHEN THEY SEND THESE SCAVENGERS THEY WILL SHOW YOU A BADGE AND WAVE IT AROUND TO MAKE IT LOOK LEGIT.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Woken up by knocking on front door at 10 a.m. as I work nights and all curtains closed plus 2 "Polite No Canvassing or Cold Caller" stickers in clear view,this person continued to knock and wake me and my Dementia suffering wife awake. If this company has no decent regard for a person's privacy what's the chance of them giving you a decent service,Aggressive Canvassing isn't allowed, is it???.

The surveyors visited and were really concerned about paint missing from the external wall saying that they couldn't possibly do the work. I'd previously had a survey that confirmed there is no undue concern about damp. They didn't even come in the house, refused to do the cavity wall and went quiet when I said I'll await their written report and they noticed I have a video doorbell that has captured our conversation. I emailed the company and said I had concerns but haven't heard anything since. It was so odd.
