Ordered 2 kits and they never arrived emails full of lies had to claim the money back from the bank avoid them at all costs

Ordered 2 football kits for my 8 year old son for Xmas. Only received one kit. The socks & shorts were adult sizes. Customer service very poor. Offered a refund for the missing kit minus postage. Still waiting for the money back. Do not buy from this company.

Horrendous company.

Ordered 2 strips. They only sent the shorts. Then offered different tops to compensate as when I chased they were " out of stock" advised I wanted a refund. They were then calculating it incorrectly advised I would then have to pay shipping costs for the shorts as the tops were not in stock!

Ordered 3 kits, one was missing.
The 2 kits that arrived were a DISGRACE.
Sewing and printing was all wonky, badges printed on blurry rather than sewn. Letters and numbers were all creased on the top. Socks didn’t even match the kit, had Barcelona socks with a Southampton kit, both off yellows. Tried to contact for a refund but just kept taking days to reply and saying they were sorry but their computer was broken so couldn’t reply but then never actually answered about where my missing kit was or how awful the kits were after sending pictures. AVOID.

40 e-mails in and no progress. They now claim they have refunded my money, they haven't. they have sent their own (screen shot) of a refund receipt that does not match my order. They are liars and untrustworthy. Trade unions and small claims enacted.

If there was the option to not select a star I would!!! Avoid at all costs! Never send the product out and refuse to give refund! Like it’s their money. Absolutely shocking. Down waste your time or money

They except your money , then tell you they can’t send you your kit and can’t send your money back because there is problem with there account!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I ordered before reading comments here. And stressed if it's spam, also it was because there were no information about my order but when I contacted them, they emailed me back. I got my order a little late but I got it as I ordered.

When i read these reviews i was a bit worried i wouldnt receive my order but i gave them 1-2 weeks and they delivered i will make sure to go back to them again one day.

Ordered a kit 8th Nov received it 27th emailed asking when would arrive they did respond.The kit is ok for the money but sent wrong socks.Just be patient and hopefully your order will arrive wouldn't order for Christmas it won't arrive.

I order a long sleeved Liverpool top on the 11/11/25. I hadn't heard anything from them apart from their email to confirm order. After a week, I emailed them and received a reply 2 days later with a number to WhatsApp them.
They then sent me through a tracking number for royal mail.
I heard from royal mail today to say my item is at Heathrow. So god knows when I will get it. I've had item stuck at Heathrow for a week before.
I must say I am expecting a FAKE strip .

Shirt ordered on the 11/11 and arrived 28/11.
Customer service not the best when chasing order so give yourself plenty of time of you’re ordering for Christmas

It’s a scam. After two weeks I was very concerned that the kids football kit for £41 didn’t arrive. On the website they state that need 2-7 days to prepare the order. After two weeks they did nothing!! I wish I could have checked their reviews before making the purchase. Awful company. Avoid

This is a massive scam. Don’t place an order you will never receive it or your money back. When my order didn’t arrive I was given a WhatsApp contact which is really dodgy. 6 weeks down the line and still no refund. I was told there was a problem with their account yet they are still taking orders.

We spent £82 pound on three kits for my son and it never came DO NOT ORDER a huge scam i hope no one makes the mistake I did

I had emailed and was told to message a number on WhatsApp which I did and they gave me a tracking number however this tracking has been stuck at Heathrow for a week with Royal Mail and it is under a tracked 48 label so usually Royal Mail would have delivered by now

hi i highly recommend to not order from here because on the 31 october i ordered a kit and 23 november i still havent received it ive sent emails i never even got a tracking code it seems like a massive scam to me

Scammers, ordered a a shirt 16 days ago still hasn't arrived. The tracking number they gave me is invalid. I have emailed them 4 times no response. Phoned the bank and got a charge back as they are scammers from china.

here’s an update so product is missing production code washing labels manufacturers labels well that’s a lie. One of the jerseys has one manufacturers name on the front and another manufacturers label inside yet this company will still not admit that they are counterfeit and I’ve offered me a £5 discount if I want to buy more products of them yet still no refund this is laughableplease please please. avoid like the plauge

Website says shipping in 1 working day, or 3 working days for personalised products. Order confirmation then says 10 working days to ship & up to 25 days for delivery. Even this is a lie.
They will take your money & you will not receive your goods.
There is no way to contact them except by email then the response is to contact customer service via WhatsApp, but no number is given.
AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!
