Unfortunately I have not had a good experience with Undeniable London. I bought my son a bracelet from the site a couple of years ago which he loved. However he lost the bracelet, and so I wanted to order a replacement. I placed the order on the 9th June, but it is now the 26th June and it has still not arrived. I have tried to reach out to Undeniable London using their email address, contact form, and Instagram but have not had any response. They have had my money, but I have no bracelet. 🥺

My experience was horrible I paid for 3 day express shipping 15 days ago and still have not received the package, tracking info or at the very least a response to the emails i have sent so plan on pursuing a refund.

Offer a lifetime guarantee on damages/breaks and after contacting with images they agreed to send a replacement however they never did. After contacting several times I was told this would be pushed to priority yet nothing changed. It had been 6 weeks now and still nothing.

i paided for fast tracking delivery and waited for about 2-3 weeks and got a refund cause they didn’t send it out to me and i contacted them 4-5 times about where abouts my order was

Purchased a chain with 2 day express delivery, that was a week ago, no shipping updates or tracking information, when I emailed to enquire about my order, I was told that they would come back to me same day with dispatch details, still nothing but have received numerous marketing emails in the meantime.

In summary, still haven’t received my chain or any details when, or if it will be delivered, communication very poor, customer service very poor and very very disappointed with the whole service that has been provided.

They said shipping will take 4-8 buses days, its been over 3 weeks now. They did respond to my email 2 times. Now i have no idea where my order is. The tracking app keeps saying: awaiting for data

I have not received half my order and when I am emailing I have been receiving emails saying it will be looked into but don’t hear anything further

My wife has had two strokes and it made her very happy having the angel necklace perfect

Ordered a gold chain for my partner to give him on Valentine’s Day. It came and it was silver. I reached out and they said keep the silver and they would send the gold. I have chased 6 times since then to no response. I feel this is rude and unprofessional

The chain cut on the first wear, wasn’t even strong enough… just wasted money on it cus now I can’t return it. Not to talk of how long it took me to get my order after contacting the customer service and no response. Then at the end of day the chain just cut off from my neck

I have literally not gotten my order yet and I’ve sent 5 emails to your company with no response

Never received item never received tracking

Tracking system didn’t work despite intervention from the company. Not overly impressed with product.

Placed an order February 13th to be delivered February 17th. To date, still have not received the order, and have been ghosted by the company in my several repeated attempts to get answers or even a refund. It is now March 6th and still have not received my order, which was sadly my anniversary gift for my husband on February 17th... yeah.

I have only recieved 1 necklace while I ordered 2

I wrote to them many times to resolve my situation but never heard anything from them

Great quality item and fantastic service.

I purchased 2 chains that looked very nice, however one broke very quickly so I contacted customer services provided pictures of said chain and they advised they would send a replacement on 23rd Jan , despite several emails being sent I have not received the replacement and they are no longer responding to any messages asking where the replacement chain is, this appears to be a common theme with this company.

Looks like I will have to go through the bank for a refund.
