We bought a great fridge and would go back!

Under value Appliance exaggerated the seriousness of the scratches & tiny dents.
The telephone help was very helpful.
I would recommend them to anyone and everyone except those impossible to please people.
The delivery service was very reasonable, professional and on time as promised.

Washer buttons don’t always work. Takes 3 or 4 tries to get started.

Good delivery. The unit was very clean. Great they took the old fridge away. I will use them again

The pick up of our dishwasher was easy once we were able to locate the office at the London location.

Very good company to deal with, had a couple small issues with a dishwasher I had purchased. They were very helpful in getting these issues resolved.

Our scratch and dent fridge is working great so far. Not major scratches and small dent, who cares, we saved a ton of money. The installation and removal went extremely well by the 2 gentlemen.

Simply a perfect buying experience, from website to customer service to payment systems to pickup, all perfect. We are very happy with the six appliances we purchased last week. Highly recommended!!

Very disappointed with this business bought a stackable washer and dryer from them 4 months ago and they are both dead already and with all the extra fees for hook up, installation and removal I spent close to $1000 for only 4 months of use before they died. Unfortunately undervalue won't cover them because it's past the 30 day warranty! Will never buy from them again.

HELLO from Atikokan Ontario where people wait a year, and better to get delivery of their appliances. My washer died, and the fridge was "birthed" with compressor issues so I decided it was time to replace things and got a hold of UNDERVALUE and asked for ... 2 Maytag Washers + 2 Maytag Dryers + 1 Maytag Stove + 1 Amana Fridge ... They swapped out the one washer for us (it was a big order, someone wasn't sure it was legit) ... for a Whirlpool commercial unit, at the same price :) I then drove to TBay and got on a plane to fly from Thunder Bay to Toronto - Rented a car in Toronto to drive to London where I got a hotel room for 2 nights and the UHaul - UnderValue helped us to load the appliances from the dock and double checked everything was indeed working before it was loaded; as warranties do me no good 2200 KM away. Now I'm telling you all this because? ALL THAT - air fare, hotels, car rental, truck rental and gas to make a 2200 KM drive ... for SIX FABULOUSLY USED APPLIANCES - was CHEAPER and FASTER than FOUR NEW junky appliances from Leon's ... and no delays in getting it here. Prices can't be beat - selection is fabulous - I saw a fridge on the floor listed as NEW - WORKING it was returned because? The INTERIOR camera isn't working - the deals you can find in UNDERVALUE - can NOT be beat - province wide ... if I'm driving 2200 KM to hit up UnderValue you can BET I checked everything between - NO ONE "had us covered" - except UVA ... got them home - got the first set installed today, it's all working - wonderful and perfect. AMAZING shop - GREAT customer service - HELPFUL staff - WILLING TO HOLD YOUR PURCHASE while you sort out the logistics for such a trip ... Honestly if you need appliances - check them out. WOULD repeat and HAPPY camper ... YES they do get "new returns" but most of their stuff is "used" I'm good with it - I sure as poop won't find a NEW Maytag :) THANK YOU UVA <3 LIFESAVERS you guys are ... Thank you, for everything. We will leave a 2nd review when we get the other half of the load into the 2nd house and a load of laundry done here tonight :) Fridge colded up INSTANTLY though and look (listen) NO compressor noise! Stove also working great :D WOULD repeat - DO HIGHLY RECOMMEND ... make the drive, it IS worth the effort, and far more "hassle free" than "a real store" - give them a spin.
*Oh - and they also gave us the repeat customer discount even though it was all one purchase, and our first purchase - :) Business' that work with you are always a "keeper"

BRUTAL! ABSOLUTELY BRUTAL!!!

No issues sending out garbage appliances! I purchased 3 units

Washer-had dirty water in the drum and smelt nasty
Fridge-half ass cleaned and has a crack on the inside
Dryer-looks like a blanket melted in it
Upon delivery the washer was loaded up and I was issued a REFUND which I have since been told they don't do. After going over the 2 other units I was not pleased to see they were used and asked for them to be picked up and refunded. I was told NO we don't do that. Since I was not able to get a resolution, I said I would be in contact with a lawyer and the Better Business Bureau to which I was told, "We won't be bullied into issuing a refund!"
