It was difficult to find the actual dock to pick up the washer. Sign is small and not immediately obvious. Communication regarding pick-up could have been better. The door was locked from the outside and awkward for the employee to open.
The washer itself seems to be running fine but has rust stains in the bottom which are concerning.
While I was offered a replacement machine after the fact, the inconvenience of returning was not worth it as I was informed I should expect imperfections... so who knows what the next machine would be like.

I love my fridge & the 2 men that delivered it. They toke such care to make sure not to damage any thing bringing the fridge in & taking the old one out. They were so polite & did wear their mask all the times.

We purchased both a pair of LG washers and dryers and a Samsung Double door Fridge. We have a slight squeaking with the washer after installation, and within the next few days the technical arrived and the noise was solved. We live in a rural community SW of the London Catchments and the delivery was reasonable. The service and sales staff ( the owner) were excellent, courteous and we saved thousands!
Will we buy again from this Company...you know we will.

I needed my oven fixed during COVID, the part took a lil bit, but like I said it was in the heart of COVID pandemic. Installations and inspections were all super quick.

I am a huge fan of Undervalued Appliances. I had a dryer delivered that didn’t work and within 2 days they had recommended a second dryer and delivered it. I was so thrilled at how kind Andrew was with me and how understanding. He tried to trouble shoot over the phone then instead of trying to send a tech out knowing I needed a dryer ASAP, he just sent out a different dryer at no extra cost to us. I would recommend this company again and again!

Bought 2 washing machines from them, both are working perfectly. Pickup process was simple and phone staff were very helpful when trying to see if the machines would fit in my van.

Excellent service. Installed quick and correct. Even helped replace a sliding door. Very friendly. Would use again when needed and recommend to others.
