They were able to provide me the unlock code for my Samsung Galaxy S9. It took approximately 2 business days.

Im an engineer. I usually don't trust 3rd party sites but Unlockradar is legitimate, and were able to unlock my phone S8+ galaxy within 4 days.My only grip is the hrs they list they are contingent on a 9-5 work day not consecutive so don't expect if you it says 24hrs to unlock you'll get it in a day more like 3 days . Other wise they are great thanks.

Absolutely shocking service I can not stress to you do not use this site they take your money and do not supply your code they don't even reply to paypal so had to take a claim out against them they should not be able to trade the way they treat customers shocking stay way clear from them

I chose unlockradar after seeking personal reviews from unfunded sources. Many people can assure you that unlockradar WILL unlock your device. When a customer does have an issue, the complaint I see is that this service may sometimes take longer than the projected time. If you find yourself waiting longer than expected, do not worry. Unlockradar is a legitimate service and you will receive your functioning unlock codes.

I expected to receive my code up to 24hrs from the time of purchase despite having chosen the 1-12hr option. Personally, my code took longer than the 12hr projected time but that doesn't bother me at all. I needed an unlock code and I got an unlock code in less than 24hrs. Now I have an unlocked device.

The only thing I would recommend to unlockradar is that they make it more apparent to customers that the wait times are not guaranteed and that you may have to wait longer than the presented wait times.

Worth every penny! My Note 9 was unlocked within 15 hours. I entered the unlock code once, unlock was a success! I will definitely use Unlockradar again!

Unlockradar is a really good site to unlock your phone. No doubt. You don't have to panic they will definately get your phone unlocked.

I have 2 LG V30 phones I'd purchased from eBay (that were supposed to be unlocked, but that's a different story). I used 2 services to unlock the phones, one of them being UnlockRadar (due to trust pilots good reviews of the service). We received a working code from the other company in just over 2 hours. My wife's phone was now working.

I waited patiently for my code until approximately 30 hours, when I messaged their "24/7" support. They neglected to reply. So I messaged them again, the next time at 36 hours and 20 mins (Their website states a 1-36 hour possibility for code retrieval timeframe). Again, no reply aside from an automated "we're not here" reply. Again at 46.5 hours with a screenshot from their website that states they'll reply within 12 hours. And once more at 51 hours just to let them know it had nearly been 51 hours since I ordered. By this point I was about ready to contact PayPal to get my money back.

I FINALLY received my unlock code 51 hours and 15 mins after ordering. Thankfully it worked. To this day they have yet to reply to any messages.

The fact that this took them way longer than they advertise and 49 hours longer than their competitor is pathetic. That's before you even consider their total lack of customer support. I would never use their service again and would recommend you look elsewhere. Terrible.
