I had problems unlocking my phone because a) I'm an idiot and b) I gave them the wrong information. The help chap was very willing to help and on discovering I was a) and had done b), established that they weren't able to unlock my phone and promptly offered a refund, which was sent within 5 minutes. Would definitely recommend them to you.

I would highly recommend them. At&t said they couldn't unlock my phone. In fact they not only said they couldn't, but they said it wasn't possible. So I tried unlockradar, and in just under 24 hours I had a code that worked perfectly the first time. Well worth the $30.

They stole my money and never sent me a code to unlock my phone. And never responded to my emails or offered a refund it's a waste of money don't trust them there are way better sites out there

ATT was incapable of unlocking my older Samsung S5 as it was no longer active or “under contract”. I wanted to use it as a global travel phone but was stuck with no options.

After my company furloughed me for covid 19 they also stopped paying for our phone service. Our phones had to be purchased for full price upfront paid for by us $900. After trying to switch my phone to a new service of my choosing I found out that my phone had been locked by at&t under the company account for 2 years even though I had bought it outright. Paid £24.99 for an unlock in 1-4 hours, didn't receive the code till 3 days later with no offer of reduced cost. Code worked and is legit but don't expect to get the code in the time you paid for!

Well worth the money, especially under the current COVID-19 lockdown . The code worked absolutely'Spot on' first time... I opted for the mix range timescale of 12hr-1day, it took just slightly longer... World definitely use again. Brilliant service! After being scammed by another company who tried to charge double the pupated price, unlockradar promptly sent me my code within 24 hours and even though Id given the wrong IMEI and model they worked to give me a code for the correct phone the following day at no charge. Fast service, good price and brilliant customer service. Highly recommend.

Was pretty hesitant to use any online service but was sooo glad I chose unlockradar!
