Gorgeous sets and wonderful customer service

I had such a great experience with unndr. The customer service was absolutely phenomenal — really friendly, quick to respond, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. It’s rare to feel that well looked after by a brand.

The sets themselves are gorgeous as well. The quality is amazing and they fit beautifully. You can tell a lot of care goes into the design and materials.

Overall I’m really impressed and will definitely be ordering again. Highly recommend!

Customer support has been absolutely excellent! I had a couple of queries about my orders, one around sizing and one about confirmation/delivery - the response time was super speedy and incredibly efficient! Great customer service really does make a difference!

Subscription not turned up for a second month.

Issue was resolved once the office change took place - Exact same thing has happened for March order and I’m left chasing up. Pointless having a subscription if it’s this much effort every month.

Really Regretting Ordering from Unndr

Made an error in delivery address. Sent them an email - no other contact avail I.e. phone. Response auto but stated they respond within a working day. This is now 4 days since I sent email and no response at all. I even sent a second email but again nothing.
They state they use Royal Mail 48 Tracked but there has been no email from RM saying they have my parcel. They say delivery will be within 2-3 days this is day 4 and I’m still waiting. I would like to speak to their customer service but there is no contact number.
Was contacted 07.03 26. Rectified issue. Contacted 09.03.26 to be told they had just sold the last one ( which I ordered on 02.03.26 and was informed they were ‘preparing my order with care’) interestingly you can still place an order for my allegedly out of stock item on their website. Clearly not well maintained. I was a new customer- I will not be a returning customer. Have now ordered item from uber reliable M&S. 🤗

Always have had a great experience but…

Always have had a great experience but after a small issue with my last order which is not really their fault as I’ve ordered from tik tok & the website so my order history is in 2 locations. I emailed them and they went above and beyond to sort it! Really impressed!

Love the underwear sets, love myself in them

I've ordered several sets, preferring to choose my favourites rather than subscription service. Each has been lovely and I really like the different designs and styles.

Bra fit is generally very good, with some being the best fitting and most flattering bras I've owned! Some have not such a good fit, but I think this is just the different styles and of course every body is different. Fit has always been still good enough to comfortably wear.

Customer service has been excellent, with helpful and quick replies and resolutions to the few issues/queries I have had. Each set has been as expected and often better. I genuinely feel great about my body and more confident wearing this underwear - something I've not really felt before. I'm really glad I found this company and look forward to more purchases.

Poor quality, long wait, misleading sizes

I ordered two sets during Black Friday and only received my package four months later, despite the website claiming delivery within 5-7 days.

During that time, I sent dozens of emails, and many of them were ignored. It wasn’t until I contacted my bank that I finally received a proper response, at which point they offered to refund the shipping fee.

When the package finally arrived, I was also required to pay customs fees (around €25), which I had not been informed about. Had I known about these additional charges, I wouldn’t have placed the order.

To make matters worse, the sizing advertised on the website does not match what I received, and the quality does not justify the prices charged.

I decided to order from unndr after seeing the brand promoted on Instagram as a “luxurious experience” with premium packaging. However, the items arrived in a simple plastic bag, and one of the Black Friday promotional gifts was missing.

Overall, this experience has been exhausting, poorly managed, and far below what was promised. I do not recommend this company.

Amazing experience

Amazing experience!
I didn't receive my package due to a mixup with customs in my country, messaged customer service and they were absolutely fantastic with helping! They replied quickly and made sure a new package was sent the same day, and moreover the underwear is gorgeous. Can definitely recommend!

Replacement Bras? No Problem

I've purchased a few sets from Unndr over the past couple of years and always had an excellent experience, recently I bought three sets for my partner's birthday well in advance and found out on the day that two of the bras were too tight of a fit.

Not only did the wonderful guys and girls at Unndr reply to my enquiry to repurchase rapidly, they even sent out replacements straight away even though we were outside of the returns period.

I cant recommend Unndr enough, treat yourself immediately.

I recently ordered a set from Unndr when it came there was a slight tear in the bra . I emailed to have it replaced or refunded, within a day I got an email back apologising and said they were more than happy to replace the bra.
Could not be happier to with the customer service.

Awful Customer Service - Multiple Emails Ignored

UPDATE: still being ignored via email!

As can be read in my below review, I had a negative experience shopping at Unndr, had questions about their returns policy, but was ignored when emailing them. I consequently left a bad review after my email was ignored for over a week. Unndr was quick to reply to my 1 star review (replied within hours) but still no reply to my email?? They then told me that I hadn't emailed them - which was not the case. I proved this with screenshots in my second email, but this has also been ignored.
Unndr only reply to reviews to make the company seem like they care, but there is zero attempt to resolve the issues being complained about. There is absolutely no point in telling unsatisfied customers to email the company when complaints will never be read or responded to.

I ordered a set using the Unndr size guide, as they said that 98% of customers who use the size guide fit into their underwear perfectly. The set arrives and I try the bra on over a t-shirt and it clearly doesn't fit.
I have a look at the returns policy and am left confused - they say that items cannot be returned once the hygiene seal has been removed - there was no such thing on my underwear?? - this left me with more concerns over wether or not the underwear has been worn before.
I have tried to email Unndr about this and have been completely ignored. I would like to swap the bra for a different size as it has only been tried on over clothes but they are ignoring my emails.

Regarding sizing, fit can vary from person to person, and while the size guide is designed to be as accurate as possible, it cannot guarantee a perfect fit in every case. The team is always happy to assist with size exchanges when contacted directly.

For clarity, all Unndr underwear is brand new and unworn. Hygiene protection is applied where relevant, and items are never resold once returned.

The customer service is really great. I had a bit of an issue with my order, because only a part of it arrived, but they replied to my message very quickly and got it all sorted out for me.
The whole interaction was very pleasant, they were really kind and the issue got resolved quickly.
