“Preparing shipment”

Idk man… this seemed like a great idea but it’s been a month and a half since i ordered and they are still “preparing my shipment”. In the time that it takes for them to deliver the damned thing I could have written and recorded a full length album or hiked the Appalachian trail. I guess if you live in the UK it might be worth it, but as far as the US goes…I wouldn’t recommend it to a friend, likely not an enemy either. I will expect my shipment to be incredibly well prepared.

Rigtige flotte designes

Rigtige flotte designes, som sidder godt. Det er et super smart koncept, og deres kundeservice er gode til at svare hurtigt enten via mail eller Instagram.
Eneste minus er at de sender fra UK, hvilket desværre giver høje toldomkostninger, for noget man alligevel har betalt en god sum penge for.

Incredible company and customer service

I bought the peaches and cream set back in July and absolutely adore it I didn’t know my size so used their size guide and it fit perfectly. I also subscribed to their monthly subscription in July and as I was unsure of the times and didnt know if I did it correctly I reached out to the company via email and they replied so so quickly and reassured me that all was okay and sent me a tracking link for my parcel. Incredible company and customer service

Possible scam

I paused my subscription in November 2024 and 2 weeks ago at 5am on Saturday I received an email saying that the status of my subscription changed and I submitted an order. I didn’t do any of this, and I immediately enquired about it.

I haven’t received any reply yet, and I feel quite scammed, just because I paused the subscription instead of canceling it, thinking I could reopen it in the future. There is no way to call them, so even if I know their products are legit I would warn people on leaving their cards on their website.

Pretty designs, but terrible quality and customer service.

While the design is very pretty, and I was especially glad to find a set in black and green, the quality is very low and the customer service at this company is non-existant. I have been trying to get into contact with Unndr for three weeks with regards to a badly sewn bra and broken garter belt, however I have recieved absolutely no response. I am so disappointed in this company.

Not quite right

I just received my Forest Fantasy set today and as a whole I would say I am glad I got this on sale. The design is beautiful, the colour rich and love the combination with the garter belt. Now for the less good parts, it feels like quite a low quality garment. The sizing is very weird and the fact that both the belt and bra had only two closure clips made them harder to fit right. Upon wearing it, I could see parts where the bra was scrunching because it wasn’t sewn properly and overall, the set didn’t sit as right on the body compared to others of similar (pre sale) price point. I would return it but seems like they don’t accept returns.

Size chart wrong

Pieces are really nice seem good quality, biggest issue is they don’t accept returns and I’ve ordered £40 worth of goods that are now too big. The sizing chart is quite a bit out I am a 36C and usually a Uk14 in clothing so it recommends for me to get an XL that is loose, I suppose it’s better than too tight but there’s nothing sexy about saggy knickers 🙃

10/10 customer service

I ordered a set from Unndr and it arrived missing one piece of the set. I emailed them and got a response straight away. They were so generous in solving the issue and sent another set ( which I am awaiting)! Very good customer service!!

Not worth it

Avoid ordering if you are not in the UK - had the worst experience ordering from Italy. Ended up spending more on delivery and taxes than the set itself, which I had to pay in addition to the costs for placing the order - so imagine the surprise when it arrived and I had to pay more to collect it… additionally, after paying for “express” delivery, I waited almost a month. Definitely not worth it.

Quality was not good either - cheap materials and poor work

Great customer service, gorgeous & actually comfortable

I’ve bought two of the satin sets of underwear from this company and both have been beautiful but also really comfortable to wear which is so refreshing. One of the sets had a small charm missing and they immediately sent me out another bra so wonderful customer service- thank you.

Extremely disappointed

Extremely disappointed. After finding unndr on social media I purchased a subscription only to find the lingerie is cheaply made and poor quality and the fit is extremely off.

I received a two piece set when I paid for a full lingerie set that was nothing like the sets they had released in the past. Charging the same while offering less.

I purchased two of their collection sets with my subscription only to find that they were the same designs found on shein as well as designs from other smaller UK brands. They claim to be the first UK lingerie subscription service when other smaller brands have been doing so before them. I feel extremely mislead and annoyed after having my returns request rejected.

I found that the actual product did not meet the hype from their social media you're essentially paying for cheap surprise lingerie with a few flyers.

Going significantly downhill

I've been a subscriber to Unndr for over a year now, and unfortunately, there's been a noticeable decline in the quality of the items we’re receiving—something that became particularly apparent after the price increase from £33 to £37.

SIZING
The sizing has consistently worsened. For context, I’m a Medium in nearly every other brand and not large-chested. My body shape has actually become smaller since subscribing. I originally started with a size Large, then had to size up to an XL after a few boxes. While I really appreciated the smooth exchange process, more recently the sizing seems even smaller—my most recent set feels like I’d need to go up another size, which is frustrating and inconsistent.

QUALITY
The quality has dropped significantly compared to when I first subscribed. Despite not wearing the sets very often, I’ve experienced multiple breakages—straps snapping, threads coming loose, and decorative details falling off. It feels like the materials and workmanship have gone downhill.

APRILS SET
This month’s box was especially disappointing. We usually receive a 3-piece set, but April’s included only two items, despite being charged the same full price. I contacted customer service, and they said it was based on feedback requesting more “everyday sets.” Even if that’s the case, they could have still included three pieces to give customers the choice.
To make things worse, the bra included this month is nearly identical to last April’s design—just a different colour and lace pattern. One of the reasons I subscribed to Unndr was for variety, and this felt like a recycled design, which defeats the purpose of a subscription.
They also typically include a small gift like a tea bag, but this time the only “freebie” was a sticker—something I’ve received in nearly every box along with another item. The presentation also lacked the usual care: instead of the set being wrapped in tissue paper inside a nicely designed box, it was simply placed inside a plain, small box with little attention to detail.
When they raised the price, they said they were “Levelling-Up Our Luxury”, but it really feels like the opposite.

Nice experience but bad quality

Although the experience of unpacking the order is very nice, the packaging being very cute, the quality and sizing are quite bad. Considering the sizing for bras doesn’t follow the ordinary sizing, you won’t get a proper fit. As to the quality, it feels very cheap and unpleasant, one of my items has just ripped after only a few months of (rare) wear.

Beautiful Lingerie 🦋

This was my first set of lingerie I have recieved from Unndr. I subscribed to their quarterly subscription. Although delivery was delayed they communicated with me well and once my set arrived I couldn’t even be mad. Absolutely stunning and made me feel so confident!

Poor quality lingerie

I was very excited to receive my first Unndr subscription box, but unfortunately the delivery was extremely delayed. When I did eventually receive the package, I was shocked by the low quality material and sizing - the bra felt far too large and the underwear too small. Despite the pretty lingerie designs, I’ve been left feeling really disappointed. As a result, I have unsubscribed and will not purchase anything else from Unndr.

Scam...2 weeks nothing has arrived

I ordered on Black Friday (2 weeks ago) and on Cyber Monday (11 days ago) and I have received nothing. Now that I see the reviews I understand I may have been scammed. They sent the first parcel with Evri and Evri claims "it has been misplaced" and as always you cannot talk to a person. The have not even shipped the second parcel (75 pounds).
