Great experience with unndr, had a little issue with sizing for my girlfriend. But they were more than accommodating giving me a full refund and swapping out the sizes for the next box. They also said that if the sizes were not right the next time to get in touch and they would sort it out. No issue is too big. She loves the underwear

Very poor quality. Never received my refund which they offered… was subscribed for around 6 months and all sets came with very different sizing. They feel very low quality on the skin and cup was always sewed very wrong which didn’t fit contours of boobs. Can tell they are cheaply made compared to me go to shop boux Avenue or lounge underwear etc.

Ik ben helemaal verliefd op de subscription box van Unndr!

+ Kwaliteitsmateriaal: De huidige stof prikt nooit en voelt heerlijk zacht aan. Ik heb zelfs gemerkt dat de kwaliteit van het materiaal verbeterd is; in het begin was het oké, maar sinds rond september 2024 heb ik echt geen klachten meer. Het voelt nu zelfs luxe en als een droom om te dragen. Bovendien blijven zowel het kant, de mesh-stukken als de kleine details zoals strikjes perfect intact, zelfs na meerdere keren dragen en wassen.

+ De juiste maat: Ik heb hun online maattabel gebruikt en tot nu toe passen alle 8 sets die ik heb gekocht perfect!

+ Ontwerpen die de hype waard zijn: Wat me oorspronkelijk aantrok, waren de unieke en leuke ontwerpen. Er is een grote variatie aan stijlen, van kleurrijk en speels tot elegant en stijlvol, en alles is gebaseerd op een thema. Ik kijk elke maand uit naar de moodboards op Instagram en de sneak peeks van de nieuwe ontwerpen. Zo kun je van tevoren inschatten of een ontwerp bij je smaak past en beslissen of je je abonnement wilt behouden of een maand wilt overslaan.

+ Zelfzorg centraal: De boodschap van dit merk vind ik prachtig. Ze plaatsen zelfliefde en zelfzorg voorop, en het ontvangen van deze box voelt echt als een momentje voor jezelf. Het maakt het uitpakken van een nieuwe lingerieset extra speciaal. Ik ben ook altijd blij met de leuke kleine cadeautjes en stickers die elke maand worden meegeleverd.

- Belastingen buiten het VK: Als je buiten het VK woont, houd er dan rekening mee dat je mogelijk invoerbelastingen moet betalen. Dit is natuurlijk niet de schuld van het bedrijf, maar in België wordt mijn box vaak gecontroleerd door de douane. Afhankelijk van die controle kan er momenteel een extra kost van 50-75% bovenop komen.

I absolutely looove the subscription box by Unndr.

+ quality material: The current fabric never itches. I've witnessed some growth in the material quality, it was okay at first but since around September 2024, I have no complaints left. In fact, the material feels soft and like a dream. Neither the mesh or lace parts, or the tiny details like bows, have been damaged yet by wear or wash.
+ right size: I used their online size guide and so far, all 8 sets I've purchased, fit me nicely!
+ designs worth the hype: What drew me in first were the fun designs. Not only is there a vast range of designs, from very colourful to very classy, they're always based on a theme. I'm very hyped each month to see the moodboard on instagram and get little sneak peaks of the next design. It allows you to tell in time whether the design fits your personal taste and you wanna stay subscribed or perhaps skip a month.
+ self-care central: I think the message behind this brand is simply lovely. They out self love and self care first and truly, receiving this box feels like just that! It's like a little treat to yourself and makes the experience of getting a new lingerie set a little more special. Especially grateful for the fun little gifts and stickers included each month.

- taxes outside of the UK: if you live outside of the UK, you should know that taxes may apply. This isn't the company's fault but I live in Belgium and my box gets checked by customs quite often. So depending on customs, a 50-75% tax may apply (currently).

Allright, I am back here again. They claimed they “sent my order” and here we are 3 months later still without recieving it. Now they charged me (I had the subscription, cancelled it now) again and are claiming that my second wellness box has been already delivered, which it hasn’t. I will come back and write a bad review every day until this scam company gives my money back (at this point 101$)!

Sizing is a little on the small side but having found this the customer service team went above and beyond to replace the lingerie quickly and without any resistance

I have started my journey with Unndr in March this year. As fabulous as my first set was the every other one keeps getting better and better in terms of wymiary and experience. I am a part of a VIP club and I just love the experience. My self esteem grown. I am more confident and respectful towards my body. I love unndr so much. I recommend to all and I cannot wait to see what the future sets are going to be!! It’s also not THAT expensive

Sizing is way off and the lingerie isn’t great quality, have had similar quality and look from lingerie I’ve bought on SHEIN. I was looking forward to wearing the set and feeling good about myself, however it did the exact opposite. Really really disappointed. Great idea, poor execution.

I ordered over 3 weeks ago and have never received my order. There is no dedicated customer service to chat or speak to about this either! Will be abruptly cancelling my subscription

I came across Unndr on instagram a few months back and I loved the idea of having an underwear subscription. Every month, a surprise through the letter box. The packaging is beautiful. The sets are always neatly folded and wrapped. They are true to size…I am a size 8-10. Small bust like 34B (on a good day). I love the fact there is no padding. The bras are adjustable so they fit me perfectly. Medium fits my bottom fine :)
I have probably 7 sets now and they’re ALL BEAUTIFUL. October’s set however…whew blew me away!
I don’t buy these for a guy…I buy them for ME! To make me feel good in them. If I happen to meet a guy he gets to appreciate them too ;)
I finally have sexy underwear including a suspender belt and suspenders to go around my legs! They have covered it all!!
Genuinely look forward to each box arriving to see what is the next design.

Where to begin!!
I began my unndr self care journey six months ago now, can proudly say these sets make SUCH a difference going into a new month! The cherry rodeo and the latest xoxo sets have been my favourites so far, quality is better and better every month, beautiful designs and packaging so well thought out by the team.
Such a good idea and the best pick me up, will remain a monthly subscriber for as long as I can!! The sets brings so much self confidence under any outfit- they’re such beautiful pieces. Looking forward to the following winter months to see what colours and themes will come!!

Ordered beginning of August, now the end of September and still haven’t received anything. Now it appears my order is ready for delivery but before it can arrive i have to pay over 40 euro extra (above the already payed amount for delivery) otherwise the item will be sent back! Absolutely do NOT recommend ordering with this scam company. Worst experience!

Bought a set couple months ago. I’ve only worn the bra 2 times and I put it in the wash… and the bra has broken. All twisted up and the metal underwire has come out. I usually wear lounge bras and they don’t have a problem going in the washing machine, so I thought these would be a problem. But I thought wrong.

I’ve just looked on the site about garment care and it does say to hand wash it… but still only put it in the wash once and it ended up like this… if I can send a picture I would but the best way to describe it, is someone kept twisting it to the point that you can’t untwist it, and metal poking out from both cups.

I just received the September box and it is absolutely gorgeous! Unfortunately the bra size is wrong but I emailed them and they fixed the issue (and the size for future orders) almost immediately.
They know what they’re doing, being professional and making us feel beautiful. Thank you Unndr 🫶🏻

The sets seem to be cheap. There is no elastic. Sizing is terrible and is not wearable. You cannot adjust the straps whatsoever. It is clearly very cheap clothing and comes in a very cheap flimsy box. Not worth the money at all. Would not recommend.

I ordered the Matcha set and the quarterly subscription - they deducted 97€ from my card but sent me no confirmation of order or anything, no shipping update either. It’s been two weeks and honestly seems like I’ve been scammed. Contacted customer service now so let’s see- will update review if they get back to me..

I ordered two sets for my partner. The first set (rose matcha) was so nice and fit perfectly. The second one (berry bouquet) didn't fit quite as nicely, so I inquired as for returns.
Got a response within 5 minutes, offered a new size or a refund and was just greeted very warmly.
We were able to resolve the issues with the second set very quickly and overall we are very happy with the look and quality of the 1st set. Will definitely be coming back here, as they have shown nothing but care for their product and customers in my experience.

I am in LOVE with Unndr. The sets are beautiful and great quality. I purchased the monthly subscription and also the Rose Matcha set. I had to size up and the customer services was fantastic sorted so quickly. Would highly recommend and I can’t wait to see what designs come over the next months!

Great customer service. The first set didn’t fit so I changed my sizing on the website. Next order came and was still wrong old size. So I emailed to ask why it wasn’t changed. They said it was after the deadline but they sent me out a brand new set with the correct sizing. Thank you!

Unfortunately I have not had a great experience with these guys. I followed the sizing guide and the first set didn’t fit, fair enough, I didn’t complain but asked them to change my size, which they Advised they did as it didn’t work on the website, they then sent me both the wrong size and sent wonky stitched garments. I really wanted to love this company but I’m out £80 with no wearable sets.

Update - unfortunately the set was sold out by the time my replacement was due to get dispatched and I was quite upset, however Jess in the team went out of her way to be extremely patient with me, came up with an amazing compromise and helped me every step of the way.
Her customer service is 10/10 and whilst I have not renewed my subscription for now, if I ever do it will be because of her and how she dealt with me, she’s definitely an asset to your team. Thank you Jess!
