Worst company ever still no refund or haven't moved forward with work they offered

Currently I have started working with Jack from Upbound studio to create my social media posts and I’m really enjoying the way he works. The finish is higher quality and the communication between us is great too. He is always available to help and open to constructive criticism and takes the feedback on board with a positive approach. Looking forward to continuing this journey and would definitely recommend them.

I used this company after the last company did a website and took the money and never went live. They promised me they would do everything as I wanted and would follow through on everything. I have been so disappointed with the service. They can never do an online meeting before 4pm and my work starts at 4pm so I can never make any progress. My site got hacked after I spent over 1000£ doing exactly what they told me to do the they said it was hacked because my web security was not good enough. I paid for a booking system but all of the work was down to me and the reading rot along them on was not to do all the donkey work myself. My site has so many mistakes grammatically and I still can’t use the site to advertise. They then promised me amazing results if I paid for SEO for three months. NOTHING. the site doesn’t even work so what’s the point. A total waste of time. Don’t use them.

Jack provides timely response and builds really good websites. He’s patient and understanding. They made me two websites for two organisations and I am in the process of getting a third website done. Very professional team at Upbound Studio, most particularly, Jack

We had a terrible experience with this company. We hired them, with Mark leading our website upgrade project, and paid upfront. Unfortunately, after several months, no work was done. Mark was consistently unresponsive and failed to deliver on any of the agreed-upon tasks. When we requested a refund, he stopped replying altogether. This level of service is unacceptable, and the company feels like a scam. We strongly advise others to avoid this company.

Quick, professional and efficient!! Our case was spearheaded by Jack, we have nothing bad to say at all with his efforts, he listened to our company’s philosophy, nothing was ever a problem. Totally recommend this company and Jack. We will be back for more!!

I recently read some of the reviews of disappointment re this Company after I had paid for a business logo. Contrary to what had been said previously, I can honestly say I had no issues with this company.I found them to very attentive, where they sent me 10 designs to choose from, which were tweaked to my liking.I finally got my logo. Subsequently, I found them to be most helpful with other areas of my business.I would certainly recommend this company.Great value for money.

How do I give this company a -5 stars? This is by far the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY EVER! Gosh! they hounded me with messages relentlessly to get me to sign up. As soon as I paid they completely stopped responding to messages and calls! I wish I could publish our chats here. I immediately thought it wasn't a real company but it's actually registered with company house. 1 of the founders lives in Pakistan, only 4 staff on LinkedIn, and I suspect their 5-star reviews are not genuine. I should've investigated them beforehand. So I'm using this as a warning to others. STAY AWAY FROM UPBOUND STUDIOS! There's only disappointment ahead.
